The ( Self Car Wash Bays ) boxes that are in the bays need to be replaced totally & I thank God for a very polite white male worker in his late 40's there today with helping me to switch to another bay that works & thank you very much sir.

This place is a rip off .. machines dont work rite .. most booths dont have high pressure soap the are all broken .. and i will never use the foam brush they scratch your paint .. i have a new 3300$ paint job not trying to do that .. more then ounce i have gone here snd and wasted about 7$ on just water .. they have some triple foam thing that never works also .. this place is a joke and rip off if i could give less than 1 star i would.. never again will i go back

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! The machines took out money and stopped working and wouldn't wash eithher of our cars. The employee claimed he couldn't give my roommate and I a refund because the owner wasn't around. Yet they kept taking customers knowing the machines were having problems. DONT GO HERE!

Worst car wash ever. They scam people by putting a sign that says it cost $10, but once you go in it’s actually $15. Not to mention the car wash didn’t even work. The people who worked there didn’t even help me. Please do not go here.

Please don't go to this place. I don't ever write bad reviews but I feel like I should write one for this place. All I got from the touchless car wash was something like a $10 water shower. I wash my car every two weeks so it's not like it's a very dirty but this place was just a very bad service and quality. Just go elsewhere

They don't have hours of operation. So why does it matter what time I clean my car. While in middle of putting coins In vacuum and in the process of washing car they decide to power off the lights. Thanks for nothing doesn't make sense. I'm a clean person at least I don't litter and play loud music. Like these younger kids who all gather up at car washes and just hang around not even probably creating buisness for them. But that's fine businesses like them I hope they get closed down.

Waste of money. Went to wash my car and all I got out of the machine was pressurized water. It would not power up any other function. No foaming brush, no high pressure soap, no tire cleaner. There is no attendant to be able to refund your money. There was a phone number on google but when I called it was not connected. Very dissapounted that I lost $5 and got a wash that was no better than a heavy rain.

Worst experience ever. I wish it was possible to rate below one star. I left the car wash furious and swore to never go back there. They have an old car payment system which malfunctions a lot. The manager of the car wash is never present. The guy who works there has a don't - care attitude towards work. When my roommate made a payment of $8 for her car wash, the payment went through, but the car wash dispenser wouldn't work automatically even though the payment was done. The guy who works there told her maybe its her card (and she believed it) so she paid AGAIN. And when it was my turn, the same thing happens (I lose another $10) and the guy says both our cards are bad. What are the chances? Immediately following this, 2 other customers also complained that their payments went through and the car wash wouldn't work. Writing this review is making me revisit that experience & I don't wanna go on further. All I want to say is that this place is not worth going to at all.

Nothing works. Machine billed my card and told me to drive in, then find the wash is powered down. Try to call the number on the building…..voice mail is full. Try to call the number listed on Google…..it’s a fax machine. If you look at other reviews you see this has been going on for years. I’m guessing they have no interest in fixing things. In fairness I was called back a few hours later and offered a refund.
