Took our new car in for its first service and was kept waiting over an hour after it was completed. No one bothered to come find us. Did not address issues we were having with lane assist even though we told 3 people about it. NEVER AGAIN

I'm changing my review because they have bent over backwards to do the right thing. They sale cars so fast that we slipped through the cracks on their used car quality control checks. As soon as they were made aware of it they have scheduled us in to have the items that need it addressed.

I usually do everything I can to avoid this dealership for maintenance on my Toyota (I have never heard good things so I’m surprised to see the rating they have) but after having to have my car jumped multiple times over a few months I figured I would give them a chance. My thoughts were maybe it’s something that only the dealership can fix. They told me the diagnostic fee would be $160, I ended up paying $190 because of course they add some bogus fees in, for them to tell me “we recommend you starting with replacing you battery because you have the wrong battery in your car. The new batter will be $398” I paid $190 for them to tell me they think I need a new battery. WHAT A JOKE. I have been to multiple service shops with multiple vehicles and this is ridiculous. My new battery was $219 elsewhere, go figure you can buy half price somewhere else. All that to say, if you have a Toyota with stop start, let the store your are purchasing know and you’ll avoid a lot of headache. I have never heard of people having these issues with other makes of vehicles but apparently this is an issue with Toyota highlanders.

Appointment was easy to setup online. They were friendly, service was quick and cost reasonable. However, I asked for synthetic oil to be installed and I am not sure that was completed. Invoice reads Mobil oil 0-20W. Should read Mobil 1 0-20W.

I am impressed by the movement I observed while waiting in the showroom. The service department stayed at full attention to their duties. Very customer oriented, guick, and clean. I balk at dealership prices but they performed the work in an hour and a half that would have taken me two days.

It turned out interesting, they left the car on Monday and said that it would be ready on Friday, then it turned out that after the holidays. A squirrel or rat ate the electrical cables inside the car. Sienna 2022 and what kind of car design is it that a squirrel calmly comes in and ruins the car. In short, it turned out that the Toyota warranty does not cover such cases. The $8,500 payment came out and they left the car on Monday, they said it would be ready on Friday, they didn’t give me a replacement car, then it turned out that it was after the holidays on Tuesday. More than a week without a car with children, it’s good that the holidays have begun and now on holidays my family and I are without a car. “Thank you” to Toyota for a good car, any rat or squirrel can terrorize me. the car is in Liza, I thought they would give me a replacement car until they fixed mine. In short, it’s not a car, it’s some kind of garbage and there is no responsibility for the service, they said on Friday, do it on Friday, we’ve been waiting for more than a week. From where the squirrel can get inside and how to get the cables, I still don’t understand, because of the defect, Toyota has to pay me through the roof for a car that is not covered enough. Tom Cash was extremely rude to me while I was trying to drop my bosses truck off. I did not have an appointment but that has never stopped your service team from being able to squeeze me in or politely tell me they are too busy to squeeze me in. I've never had a bad experience here until today. Tom was demeaning and he even rolled his eyes at me. I was very calm and extremely nice the entire time but I will most definitely opt out of using Tom as long as he is there.

The service advisors appear to be trustworthy. The labor cost per hour is loaded. The time to repair is a book rate not actual. They have flexible pricing programs for those that inquire . Rental cars are available at the repair shop. The remaining staff seems to be friendly and competent. This location supports both Toyota built brands. Do your due diligence, schedule your encounter and you will have a pleasant experience.

The people are awesome, clean, well dressed and friendly. They keep you informed of progress. The waiting was roomy, spotless and comfortable. It was more like a hotel lounge than a mechanic waiting area. Plus they finished ahead of time and provided a recommendation for lunch.

TLDR: No proper updates, locked my keys in the truck, used and lost parts of my tire changing kit, did nothing to make it right. The service that we received was beyond subpar during the Strut replacement on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Throughout the duration of the replacement they constantly called the wrong number to provide what few updates they did. During the replacement they used my tire change kit to get off my tires and lost parts of it and didn't even try to put it away properly in my vehicle. They call 3 minutes before closing to ask if we were still picking up the Truck after not notifying us of its completion. They said i had to pay over the phone and they would leave my keys in the truck UNLOCKED. They then told the Service Member to park the truck and LOCK it according to him. As a result i drove an hour out of my way to bring spare keys for us to be able to get into my truck. They DID NOTHING to make up for their mistakes.

Pretty bad experience Was told when I scheduled that my truck was still covered, turned not to be true so I'll have to do the oil myself However, our appointment was for 2 cars and estimated at 1 hour Somehow one car ended up taking 2.5 hours Sales department was great and its a nice dealership I imagine they were overly busy, but an appointment should have priority

By appointment I brought my car to get checked to the Toyota. I had a “check engine” light on. They checked my car and told me the cause of the issue, gave me the quote and I placed the order to come back. Later upon arrival to my house I noticed that protection cover clips underneath of the car were missing. I had to return to the shop 15 minutes prior to their closing to tell them that they did not put the clips back. Their reply was that they were broken. Then I asked to give the broken clips back to me. They told me that they threw them away and they could not help me with that. It was Friday and they told me to come back on Monday when I had to go out of town. My concern was that if they had noticed that the clips were damaged or broken why they wouldn’t take care of it and fix or inform me about the damage. The way they handled the situation and the way they related the concern forces me to stop buying the Toyota cars.

I had to take my Toyota RAV4 in to be serviced this morning and I had the privilege of working with Mr. Patrick Tansey. He has got to be one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met! Most places want to get as much money out of you as they can but he made sure to let me know if something wasn't necessary at the time to try to save me as much money as possible. I've always had great service here but this was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had at Toyota!
