Very unprofessional woman who answered the phone and the owner is even worse... smelled like liquor and had trouble standing/walking covered in prison tattoos very rough looking guy. Woman looked like she was on something too. I didn't want him driving my car so I took my car to Elliot Brothers and they did it right!

One of their employees addressed me in the parking lot and when I told him why I was there, he immediately got rude and told me I had to leave the parking lot (even though it is a shared parking lot). When I told him I was trying to walk into another business, he got argumentative with me and threatened me. I am not sure if he was the owner or just a mechanic, but if this is a representation of their business, I would not recommend them. Having been in the consumer service industry for over 15 years, I can’t imagine getting combative or trying to start a fight with someone outside of my business.
