We had a 6 point buck run into the side of our 2024 mini van three weeks after buying it… mind you, we’d been on a waiting list for 4 months also. The passenger door was ruined and the window shattered along with a smashed quarter panel. We called Randy and he got us right in. This is the first brand new vehicle we’ve ever owned, so it was incredibly disappointing to say the least… they fixed it in a week and we can’t even tell!!! We are so grateful for Randy and his crew! They did an unbelievable job!!! Thank you for making it a stress free event! We can’t thank you enough! P.s. I wasn’t sure his age and eyesight would get it done, but man, it’s flawless. I had some damage to my vehicle and I took my car to this establishment. Jake and the two Brandon’s were very nice and professional. They made the process super easy and stress free. They also had my vehicle ready within one week. When I picked up my vehicle you couldn’t even tell it had been damaged! Most of the people I talked to were kind however after being given the run around. I Would not recommend this shop. After wasting time, cancelling my rental, and taking time off work to get an estimate they said they could do, I showed up and then all of sudden they could not do it unless they were guaranteed to be able to do the repairs on the car. This was after I told them several times I'm going to a few shops for an visual estimate BEFORE I decided on where I would pick the repair shop. Complete lack of transparency until last minute. I would recommend Cowboy Elite as they were able to provide what I needed without being forced to use them.

Fixed the hood of my car perfectly. It had a burn mark from neighbor shooting off fireworks. Worked with insurance company, who didn’t think hood needed to be removed to fix the problem. They were able to explain that hood needed to be removed to fix appropriately. Looks fantastic, can’t even see where burn mark was. Thank you all so much!!!

I took my car to wreck a mended collision center in Panama City, FL for an estimate on a dented rear bumper. Brandon Strickland gave me an estimate to replace it and paint to match. Brandon and his staff did a wonderful job. Brandon is a very honest guy with great customer service. The total was less than the estimate given. He could've charged me the original estimate, which I was expecting. What a nice surprise when he told us it was $385.03 less. The team at Wreck-a-Mended did a fantastic job on my car. It looks great. Just as important, the place is owned and operated by people who love cars as much as I do and it shows in their work and attitude. Great job on painting my Jeep. The dealership sent it to them to take care of the Jeep corrosion issues and they ended up doing more than required and not getting fully reimbursed. They would not let my Jeep go away looking mismatched due to some factory issues with the paint. She looks so good and they told me if I reordered my vent stickers we had put on when we first got her they would put the new ones on at no charge and they did. Thank you for a job very well done. They truly care how their work looks.

These guys worked their booties off to get my car back to me as fast as they possibly could after I had a fairly bad wreck. Excellent Quality of work. They're also always super pleasant anytime you call, which I really appreciate. Even plugged my tire for me for free after it got a nail stuck in it. I am so thankful that Bay dodge Jeep & ram recommended me to come to Wreck A Mended Collision center I went there in distress from loaning my brother my jeep thought he messed my door up and come to find out he did not mess anything up the screws were loose from previously getting new door! Thank you Mike and Brandon so much y'all are life savers! I will also be back to freshen up the paint that Mike noticed was not done when they put on my door on at other place I used previously to put new door on. My car was recently painted by the guys over at Wreck-A-Mended Collision and they did an amazing job. Sadly when I took it to have new tires installed and alignment done at a different shop, the technician scratched the new paint job. Great news is that Brandon over at Wreck-A-Mended saw what had happened and fixed the damage at no cost to me... Even though it was a different shop that messed up. These guys went above and beyond to make me happy ( and I will admit, I am hard to make happy and always look for a mistake). 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Wreck-A-Mended on Jenks Ave in Panama City, Florida to everyone and anyone who needs their vehicles painted or body damage repaired. This family owned shop is incredible. Jake, both Brandon’s, Randy, the entire staff is fantastic. They have great communication, the work is impeccable, very easy to work with in a trying situation after a car accident. I highly recommend them over any of the chains who don’t care about you or your vehicle. The staff here treats every customer like they are the most important, and make sure your vehicle is repaired like they would want their own repaired. They were able to match the color on my vehicle perfectly, which is amazing because it’s a very odd color. I’m so happy with their service.
