Bottom line.....I won't return to this Ford service center. A 3-hour oil change is unacceptable, but the lack of communication was my biggest issue with the service I received. Their excuse was that they didn't have the correct oil filter for my 2002 Thunderbird (scheduled my appointment 4 days before so plenty of time to have the correct one on hand) and had to "order" the correct one. This was not communicated to me until over an hour into my wait. Now they did comp my oil change for this reason, but during my wait I spoke with another customer whose appointment for an oil change was 2 hours before mine, and now she had been there 3 hours at the time and her car wasn't even on the lift yet! For that reason, I don't believe the lack of having the correct oil filter for my car was the reason for the excessive wait time, especially when there are auto part stores right down the street. Most importantly for me, I have always had my T-Bird serviced at a Ford dealership and even purchased new tires through Ford. I take excellent care of my car and expect the same treatment when I take it to be serviced. I was not given the customer experience I expected from Ford with this service department and will now sadly travel 50 miles to hopefully get better service and better customer experience.

They coordinated our appointment and provided a loaner vehicle making the entire process stress free. We are very appreciative of their help. 5 star dealership!!

I have been happy with my needs from AutoNation Ford in Panama City Florida. Recently I had a new set of Michelin tires and an alignment on my 22 Ford F-150 and Lori my Service Writer made sure I was able to get in right away and on my way to promote Drug Education materials for Counselors at a conference in another state! And the price of the tires were lower than the big box stores. Try them out!

Took our vehicle in for recall work. The work was done very well. Only reason I did 4 out of 5 was for the time frame it took to get done which caused some issues with work transportation in the household. Our service advisor was very timely in responding.

Worst experience I have had at a dealer. Made an appointment for a Tuesday and picked up my car the following Tuesday and they hadn’t even test drove it to diagnose the issue. What’s the point of making an appointment? Stuck having to deal with this for warranty work or drive twice as far to the next dealer. What a joke. Ford knows the transmissions have issues so they put you off until the warranty expires, what a brand! Never had any of these issues with Ram or Ram service on my 21 dually. Not to mention this is now our only vehicle for a family of 5 and they couldn’t offer a loaner vehicle until I called Ford and hassled them about it. Pay $60k for a new car for your family and then get stranded, out of pocket, for a rental while my car sits in their parking lot 🙄. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

I was notified by email that I needed to bring my car in for two recall problems. When I arrived, I was told I would need to leave my car there all day. I received a text just two hours later that my car was ready to pick up. When I got there, I learned that neither recall was taken care of as the parts were not available. That is the first I was made aware of that fact. The only work done was to check my brakes for leakage (one of the recall problems). Unfortunately, the agent that I worked with in the morning was gone when I got there in the early afternoon and she had not left my paperwork where anyone could find it. I was told it would be emailed to me whenever she returned but it has been over 10 days since my visit and I still have received nothing. Also, my keys were not readily available and had to be retrieved from the repair shop. Overall, I was very disappointed in the level of service that I received.

Complete lack of customer service. Brought my Transit in for a recall on the backup camera (second recall on this - you'd think Ford would have figured this out after 20 years). Dropped off at 10:00 on Thursday. By 4:00 the tech still couldn't figure out how to update the software. Service Advisor (Karen) said they needed it for another day. Called Karen Friday at 10:00, 12:00 and 2:00 - couldn't connect and no return phone calls. After the third attempt I tried the service manager (Jennifer) and didn't get a call back either. At 3:30 I tried again and pretended I didn't know who my SA was so I would get transferred to the pool. That SA admitted Karen wasn't in the office that day (???) and that the tech was just finishing. I was scheduled for oil and tire rotation but canceled that to avoid them holding my vehicle any longer. So the SA (Karen) either had the day off or called in sick on Friday. No-one bothered to call and let me know and the receptionist kept transferring me to someone who wasn't in the office. No-one else bothered to pick up the slack, the service manager didn't cover her employee or return calls and the techs obviously can't be trusted to perform any work. On top of it all, my Transit still thinks the service hasn't been completed so I'll have to bring it in again (NOT TO THIS DEALER) and either have the work performed or validate it is complete.

When I bought my car I purchased the extended maintenance program which does free oil change and tire rotation etc. I have a 2017 ford edge with 22,000 original miles. The technician came out and said he would not do the tire rotation because my tires were 10 years old. My son checked them they were put on 3/2017. I still have a year or so more on them. Then he said I needed a new battery. I am not happy if I agreed to all the problems he said I had it would have cost me almost $2000. Why did I get the maintenance program. Needless to say I only had the oil change. Plus if I did get new tires. I found the same tires they listed for $400 less than your price. Not a happy camper.

My 2018 Raptor ws due for its 100,000 mile service. The service person at AutoNation Ford took the time to explain 3 of my options for service and the pros of each and the cost. I chose thenone that fit for me and they did an awesome job at doing all of the service in less than 24 hours. I moved to PCB this year and Im looking forward to using them in the future.

Love the Ford service center. The building is very nice, there's comfy chairs, a children's play area, good coffee tea and hot cocoa, water, vending machines and all. The workers are so helpful and quick to get you in. Jessica is the absolute best and who I go to every time. I've had issues with a vehicle I bought at a differnt dealership 5 hrs away and she's helped me work with them on getting my car fixed under the little warranty I got. She's seriously the best help ever. I only go here for my ford.

700 miles from home on vacation with three toddlers in a Fold Gold Certified vehicle with all the warranties and a new check engine light. 10 “service advisors” and a manager but no one can even pull a code for me for 5-7 days. Turned me away driving 1.5hours to the next closest dealer. Their service department clearly has gotten too comfortable behind a keyboard to get their hands dirty actually helping someone in need.

Called to setup an appointment to address a Manufacturer Recall and spoke with Samantha. From start to finish, they were most professional and did everything they said they would do, while continuously keeping me informed along the way via text and videos. I was concerned as to whether this would take longer than a day but ensured me it would not. When finished, I received a call letting me know my vehicle would be ready by 4:00 pm that same day. I arrived a few minutes early and low & behold, it was ready, after a complete and thorough "check-up". All good! This was a seamless experience, which I was completely satisfied with! I would recommend to others!

(UPDATE: The GM who is responding "as if" was always aware. He has screamed at me, he just didn't know my husband was listening, yet, he didn't yell at my husband, he then agreed to take the car back AGAIN. They pocked the RECALL funds in JULY 2018 for Brake Boosters...the problem continued on (as well as countless other problems) I will not subject myself to his whim to pretend to be kind and caring on YELP when I've seen that dealership treat others as badly. The CARFAX was Tampered with, and he knows that also. I deal straight with Ford Corp...not them. ) with a jacked up car. This car went in for brake problems at least 6 times. Kept long times. Kept 4 months. Was lied to about the recall and break boosters. Evil GM. SHAME ON CHRIS COGBURN. I then learned Ford Motor Corp paid them thousands in Jun 18 to replace the break boosters. They lied and kept the money. I still have no idea how they were supposedly fixed since they had the car nearly 4 months lying saying they were talking to Ford Mechanics to troubleshoot. It just got more beat up, scratched, filthy and FORD MOTOR CORP ALREADY PAID THEM 6 MONTHS EARLIER SO THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THAT LIE. BAD CARFAX. I DESPISE THIS DEALERSHIP AND IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH DEALERSHIPS OR MY NEW OR NEW USED CARS. EVER. AND THEY ARE CRUEL. All he possibly sees is money and they would just take the money and not do the repair. No thank you Steve. Ford Motor Corp. doesn't even show that you also had my car from Dec-Feb/Mar either. After a friend of ours TOLD us to tell you it was the brake boosters...but, you already knew that because you were paid by FORD months and months earlier in full to replace the brake boosters and chose to call me irresponsible, and "learn how to take care of your car." nope....I'm not falling for anything to contact you at all. You are a very unprofessional and unkind man.
