Pop, Sabrina, and especially Chris were incredibly helpful today. A random warning light came on in my car this morning, so I headed straight to PTSD. They didn’t waste any time—quickly running diagnostics to identify the issue. Thankfully, it turned out to be something minor, but they still treated me like I was their top priority. Last week I came in to get a tire patched. I was impressed with the customer service and the fair pricing. They went over and above by even providing an extra service. Today, I went to John Lee Nissan for an oil change. Afterward, I noticed my windshield fluid wasn't spraying, so I asked them to check it. They said it may just be a clog. An hour later, they said I needed a new motor for $452 and change. I declined the service, but still had to pay over $100 for the diagnostic. FAST FORWARD....I left John Lee and drove straight over to Pops PTSD. The had my clog diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes and charged NOTHING, because Chris said, "It was too easy!" They have proven their motto, "Taking the trauma out of your auto experience." I highly recommend. Give them a try. They made me feel like they really care.

I cannot say enough great things about Chris and his crew!! My car was running so rough, we thought it was an oil leak. Got that fixed...was still running bad if not worse than before we took it to Kia to have it fixed. It kept stalling and nobody could figure it out. We were without our car for 3 weeks due to this issue. We have 3 kids, we both work on the beach. Total nightmare. My coworker suggested I give them a call. Chris was very polite, helpful and mentioned they have a payment plan. He got my car towed over there and worked on it the next morning. He also inspected the vehicle and pressure washed the oil off the bottom of the engine because the oil put in our car was NOT oil. He was very thorough and did a wonderful job fixing our car. Even put air in our tires. The car runs so beautifully now!!! Will be recommending them to everyone I know and will trust nobody else but them with my car needs! Thank you guys so much!!!!

A friend of mine suggested Chris and the guys at D&D tire to replace a couple of tires on my 2007 Ford F150 so I went to see them and what an awesome group of guys I needed two tires replaced and a front end alignment done but little did I know I also needed an inner and outer ball joints replaced which they took care of in a flash.Then about two weeks later I bought some new wheels and the tires were too big so once again I called Chris and he quickly came up with a solution for my needs and recommend their financing options which is the route that I went. I would recommend D&D to anyone due to their knowledge and willingness to help you get results.I won't take my vehicles anywhere else GREAT JOB GUYS 5 STARS !!!!

1st time here was great for an easy tire replacement. Fast, affordable and seemed to handle the rim with care. 2nd visit attempted to use them for mechanical work, they insisted a fuel pump replacement would fix the issue on my f150, it did not after th 700 for the fuel pump I was told it was fuel injectors. I was already pretty heated because I KNEW it was not the fuel pump. But when someone is 99% guaranteeing it will fix the issue. I went ahead because at this point the truck was not running. Only to be told it was fuel injectors... Driving truck after repair and truck begins having some running issues. I return thinking it's related to the work just being done. As it was the first drive home. Long story short they have the truck and ride it a few days to see what the issue is. After informing me they think it's the transmission. I take it to get a 2nd and possibly 3rd opinion. Come to find out all the time they were driving my truck it was low on transmission fluid. Seems like the first thing to check if the transmission seems to be malfunctioning. Lesson learned only go for tire work Today go for tire work on a different truck. Have used rims in pretty pristine condition. I am having tires unmounted and different ones put on. I notice all 4 tires of some scuffing and 2 of some small chunks out of them... we get I'm a small quick debate and realize some of the scuffing is just rubber from the machine but still have some small gouging from tire removal. Long story short I was still trusting them with tire work and now I can't even do that. Definitely a no on mechanical work. If you have some junky tires or are really in a bind they are okay but for anything else. Go elsewhere!!!! The first 3 pictures are before dismounting and the all the others are the damage that took place in their dismounting. 3 of the rims were literally mint condition now all 4 have damage ranging from multiple scuffs to scratches to two have gouges in more than one area. I am a very honest person and I leave reviews when a manager makes zero effort to acknowledge and or address an issue. He looked at the prior photos and said they already had scuffs... 🙄 then said the scuffs were just rubber. Then refused to do anything else on the tires. So I had to go elsewhere and get the new tires mounted.

Scratched the surface of the rim . They never told me and rushed me away . They charged me $169 more than a dealer at home, but that’s ok because I needed a tire . Paying more than usual is expected because we are from out of town. They know that they can get a way with it ! So thank you for fixing the tire and scratching my rim. GOD bless you and your family and I will pray for y’all .

Brought in my jeep, was told it was front differential, went through a mess with that, never fixed. I replaced the drive shaft and it was fixed for awhile, I took a look underneath and when they replaced my front differential they shoved a bolt in the bushing so it wouldn’t move. Will not be going back. Told many others to avoid

I got four new tires and the same night I replaced 12 lugs and tire studs because they did not tighten the lugs on my kids tires. They also wanted to charge me a thousand bucks for $120 in parts and three hours of work replacing my brakes and a few small items. Con artists, they thought they could rip us off becuase my daughter and girlfriend dropped off the car. Told my kid that they treat thier customers like family. Should have noticed that red flag. Lol

My son visited Pops Tires twice in the recent future and recommended them to me. I visited them Saturday 12/6/2025 and let me say...they are very friendly and treat you like family. My truck work was going to take several hours and my business is about 1 mile away..so I told them I was calling an Uber..and they offered to take me to my shop! Outstanding....plus when I met the techs in the work area to bring them the lug nuts for the new wheels...they are just a friendly and accommodating as the sales persons in front and went so far beyond typical experiences i have had in my life with some auto repair shop techs...that i tipped each tech! That says a lot about an owner. I also had the privilege to meet Pop, the owner, and I see where his staff get their demeanor! Pop is a cool guy, showed me his scale model collection and other neat wall art of cool auto related stuff.
