I went in to have my brakes checked out. They found out they had made a mistake the last time they did my brakes. They were nice to fix the problem on the spot. Every time I have taken my vehicle over the last 4 years, they always explain to me what my vehicle needs done, answer all my questions about it and even take pictures if I ask to understand what they are talking about. I love they always are friendly and willing to work with me. I appreciate the mechanics and especially the 2 gentleman in front who always make sure my vehicle is running correctly and finding me the best deals when possible.

these guys are awesome chris is amazing when it comes to lifted trucks and big tires. I bring my lifted dually and havent had a problem yet he is the only one I trust with it. Billy and Dylan have diagnosed my jeep and my wife's suburban and got me back going same day and didn't try to over sell me on things I didn't need. doug is always great to deal with even though he always teases me all in fun great guys all around and a pleasure to deal with

Always good service! I had piece of metal imbed in a tire on the edge and another place wouldn't even look at it. I had gone because they were closer to me and they said I could wait for up to two hours because I didn't have an appointment. Firestone looked at it and detemined the metal was just in the tread, removed it and did a leak check and I was all good. Shout out to Dakota for doing this for me. Above and beyond!

My company had the vehicle towed to this location as it was the nearest mechanic shop that accepted Enterprise Fleet services. They had it back to be in 24 hours, which was a huge relief. I had an excellent experience at Firestone by the mall on hwy 77! I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Jim took great care of me from start to finish. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything they were doing. Doug, the supervisor, was incredibly helpful as well. He went out of his way to apply coupons and save me a ton of money, which I really appreciated. Great service, great team, and great prices. I’ll definitely be returning! The service at the Panama City Firestone auto service was exceptional. I was treated with kindness and respect. They inspected the symptoms that I described and found the problem, where others have failed to. While inspecting they look over other areas to make sure my vehicle was safe. The mechanic was extremely qualified and found mistakes made on previously done work, then he corrected it. They also found and took care of areas of neglect on my part like corroded battery terminals. In conclusion the staff and the mechanics at this store are qualified and nice. The service is fast and very good. My car rides and runs better than it has in a long time. I would highly recommend this automotive shop for any work not just tires.

Firestone Complete Auto Care Panama City absolutely gets 5 stars from myself because I highly recommend them for vehicle maintenance and inspections. They did such a good job installing new brakes all around on my all wheel drive crossover SUV. The services were completed on time and correctly. All the team members that I did business with are very helpful and efficient while also balanced by being honest and thorough as well, especially Hunter. I am truly impressed with how he exercises his customer service skills, they are exceptional. It is awesome to get to be treated with respect and common courtesy like I was. Their location is also a bonus, conveniently located near many good restaurants and stores for entertainment if needed. They also have free Wi-Fi and a well kept, office, lobby, and parking lot.
