Replaced my clutch twice in one year. It failed both times, and then Nick said "I suggest you burn it." It was also broken into while on their lot because their policy is not to keep any cars locked, ever. Had to replace the whole steering column myself bc Papoo's wouldn't take responsibility. Lied about having cameras on premises. I finally had the clutch repaired somewhere else. Called to ask Nick for a refund, and he hung up on me. Currently awaiting a court date.

Super rude had my car since Monday and can’t give an update….. Dude just hung up on me because I told him I needed an update…. If my car dealership wasn’t paying for this repair I would got get my car….. Dude that answered the phone is nasty and I wouldn’t take my dog to get fixed by him…..

Family Owned and operated for over 40 years ! Nick is a mechanical genius, and he definitely gets it from his father ! Honest and reasonably priced. highly recommend. They just installed a brand new lift and have been doing renovations as well. Check them out even if it's for a diagnosis, they're always willing to help :)

Buyer beware! There's a reason the place looks like a dump! I had the front struts replaced. Upon completion, the hubcaps were not aligned with the valves but bashed onto the tires. One tire had to be repaired because the valve had a slow leak. Who is capable of such incompetence? I asked the owner who said come back in a few days to discuss it. He probably wanted to have some back around. I offered to split the cost of the damaged caps if he would cover the cost of the tire repair ($38.70). He just went off! Screaming and yelling. What a phony! He talks all nice when you arrive. A little adversity and he just has a tantrum! Because of the hubcaps, I went to another mechanic to check the struts. Wouldn't you know they were poorly installed and considered defective! Perhaps the Duralast warranty will kick in. So I'm out the cost of the strut install, a tire repair, two hubcaps and, maybe, new struts. Don't give them too much credit for being cheap. There's a reason.

They rifled through my car including my center console, not sure if anything was taken. Sign saying not liable for anything missing from your car. DO NOT GO HERE if you have a nice car, if you do remove anything of value. They checked my car by plugging it in yet my trunk was also open when I came to pick it up. Suspect at best.
