I just recently brought my car in to have the clear coat replaced that was peeling on the back of my car and to have the door to my gas compartment fixed. My car was there 7 days. When I picked up my car, my steering wheel column was stripped! Not only did someone try to steal my car while it was there, but they put the Mercedes emblems on backwards after they replaced the clear coat on the back of my car! Also, my gas door was glued back on and the adhesive was smeared around the gas compartment! I notified Gary, the owner of the shop about these issues. He over talked me and tried to blame my husband for these things saying "he didn't have an appointment anyway!" He also denied my steering column was stripped while at his property. Typical characteristics of people who do not take responsibility for a poor service provided! In conclusion, I wouldn't take a bicycle to get painted there!

First let me start off by saying the owner/operator Gary is the man. I had an extremely outrageous quote from another body shop and on a whim contacted Gary to ask about my original quote. I sent it over and he said to give him a day or so to look it over. Once he called back he stated it is something he would be able to work around to get better pricing. Car was then moved to his facility and work started right away. After roughly 3 weeks my vehicle was put back together in excellent shape. I recommend this place for many reasons. 1. Prices aren't overly inflated. 2. Great guy to work with that kept me in loop of what was going on. 3. Car looked to me as if it came from a shop that was charging a significant more amount of money. 4. Gary very easy to work with. These are just a few, but I could keep going. I know many people are skeptical about going to smaller shops and maybe believe you need to pay an inflated rate to get your vehicle back to top shape. I will stand behind Gary and his shop and say that is not the case. Before shelling out unnecessary money I would suggest you stop in and see what he can do for you. If it wasn't for Gary I would not have gotten my car back because of the price the original shop was estimating and my insurance not willing to pay. My only issue at this moment is that I would probably never work with Gary again which is a good thing, but if I ever needed him again he would be the go to. 10/10 for this shop for the work, professionalism, cost and repair job performed. Again thank you Gary and I will go to bat for you at anytime sir. Thank you for a job well done.

This is a little overdue. Back in March my wife and I started a project on a small 33 yr. old convertible. It was solid but far from perfect. We took it to Earl Scheib and sat down with Gary and described what we wanted for the car. With realistic expectations we handed him the keys . Two weeks later we went to pick up the car and Gary and his crew had exceeded our expectations. I have gotten so many compliments on how nice the car looks. I want to thank Gary and his crew for a great job!

Great body work. Also fantastic paint job. Opt for the glossy paint people swear I get my car waxed. They've worked on my car three different times what can I say I'm a dent magnet. All three times the car was a showroom star. Not overly expensive at all. The owner Gary is an exceptionally nice guy. I highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Earl Scheib, the customer service was impeccable from the initial phone call to the completion of my car. Gary was very thourogh with his estimate explained the do's and why's and kept cost low as possible. I did shop around a bit and there was no way I could get a better price for the quality of work I received. As an added bonus to the excellent customer service, I had a cracked windshield. Gary called around and found me an excellent price for my windshield! Five stars from me!

Dropped off our car to be worked on for body repair. Told them to fix the growing rust and to repaint parts, including scratches. The car was in there for weeks on end, seemingly getting worse and worse over time. When we got our car back, we were ran for 2500 dollars and disrespect. Parts of the car were painted matte, there were scratches all over, and paint buff splotched all over. There were still dents and scratches on parts asked to be fixed, and chipped parts left to be. One of the biggest things were scratches all across the windows and paint on the interior. The rust on the bottom side of the car was just painted over. I don’t know if it was unprofessionalism or intentional vandalism, but we could have just left the car as it was and it would have looked better, and we would have kept $2500, more than a quarter we payed for the car itself.

be aware- under new ownership: we dropped off car for longer than anticipated, work never fully completed. we went back several times only to be sent home. finally picked up in despair- car incomplete, more scratched than before, color NOT even closely matched. matte in places. chipped and scratched in spots where it was immaculate before. painted and smudged all over interior and under hood as well, avoid like the plague!!!!

Garbage!!!! I should've listened to the reviews and i didn't. Now I'm paying for it because now I have to take it to a real collision center and pay more money. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS POST LIGHTLY!!!!!! unless you're ok with paying him and then paying a real collision center to do it the right way... it's going to peel off you just wait. Especially around your molding and door handles. It take about a you to really start peeling you'll see.

Just make sure you have all your receipts and even if you try to go the cheaper route don't do it.. I'm out of money and a car now it's time to go to the courts enough is enough of waiting for a full refund ..thought he was doing me a favor but overall just got played...For some reason even I thought he was a life saver because he worked with me the payments but I was giving payments every week faithfully just to get a partial refund and been waiting on the rest for a while now I will have to get the courts involved. Just stay clear

Aka Cleveland Auto body and paint Mario aka Maroun Fagher. This is not Earl scheib this is another company that is operating out of a building with an Earl scheib sign on it. I don't know what makes people wake up and say I'm going to be a bad business person I'm going to scam people I'm going to do bad things but this is definitely the place. I bought a hood for $1,500 and a scoop for a challenger they both are black I asked Mario to paint it p r y red to match the car he quoted me $500 I gave him $250 which was half the deposit and he pretty much just kept my hood and scoop. It's been 90 days and all he's been doing is giving me the rental house and what makes it worse he gets a kick out of stringing me along I mean all I could do is be optimistic and hope that I would get my merchandise back or I would get my merchandise back with the service that I had made a deposit on but that is a no and what is worse is that he just kept stringing me along oh it'll be ready oh it'll be ready and that's the worst part about it is the game playing I'm not sure exactly what he got off from that but that's what's going on I have text messages receipts but I mean in the end that doesn't matter just stay away from here if you value your time and your money and your investment I recommend that you go somewhere else. Now you can go anywhere and get scammed there's a 50/50 chance either it's going to work out or it's not going to work out I read on here if someone wrote that the good reviews are fake which they probably are and or they are old from the original earl scheib once again this is a warning. STAY AWAY. IM OUT OF $1750🤦

Stay away. Don't go to this Earl Scheib. When Mario called to say, car was ready, it wasn't. When I arrived, car still needed work: The door was very bent. Fiberglass, at end of Bumper, was so loose enough that my hand or the wind could pop it. He says don't move it. (I barely put pressure on it) His fix should durable enough, that it can't be moved easily. The fiberglass should not be loose. Then he does something to "fix it"; still popped. Then weeks later the other end popped, also. From day of pickup: The door closer, in the hinge area was missing. It's actually to help prevent damage to your door or to a car etc next to your door. (It's a standard part) Since 1. He called me to come pick up, but it wasn't ready, (clear sign of not really knowing was happening at your business. Like I said Mario called) 2. Car was missing a part; standard for car doors, 3. had loose fiberglass; 4 his fix for that end didn't work & 5 the other end was quick to pop off. 6. He, or his staff, disrespected me & my car by leaving cigarette ash on the middle console of my car and a cigarette butt was in bin of that door. Fine if smoke in my car, while working on it, but don't treat it like an ashtray. Given all the above. I just wanted to be done with the hassle of dealing with them. Earl Scheib should reconsider partnering w/Mario I say definitely go somewhere else

Terrible..asked to fix some rust spot. When I can to pick up, told me he only did one side, when I asked for both sides to be done. But charged as if he did both. Rust was back in a week. Worst 750.00 ever spent. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give a negative review I would. Me and my brother brought our cars to Mario Aka Cle Auto Body Collision & Paint LLC with a promise to paint it and buff it. THE NAME ON THE SHOP IS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT HE OPERATES. The guy not only messed up the paint and looked like an amateur job but him or his staff most likely joy ride the car and made a damage to my headlight that costs around $1500-$2000. The car was spotless when we dropped it off and when we picked it up was dirty as some workers from construction used it. He had the audacity to say a black car and what he painted looked more brown color matches with each other. What used to be 4 day job became a 2weeks nightmare after following him call after call. The guy Mario gave us always a different excuse about why he was not at the shop. And the name of the shop is not the same what is advertised. I am looking to process this guy by legal matters. Guys please avoid this shop if you don't want to mess up your car.
