I was driving through Cleveland over winter break when my car broke down in the evening. I lived in Michigan and was headed to PA for xmas, and had already been on the road about 4 hours, with 5 or so to go. My boyfriend and I started calling car repair places, and this place picked up despite having closed ten minutes before. The woman on the other end advised I find a hotel and helpfully pointed me to some places nearby, but then heard I was in the middle of a multistate road trip, talked to the mechanic nearby, and told me to come over. We arrived after hours in the dark, were invited into their foyer and given beverages, and hung out with the family/friends while the car was worked on. QCC was overwhelmingly wonderful in what could've been an overall gross experience. They fixed my car within an hour or two, and were good company in the meantime. Solid help when it's needed. I'd recommend them to anyone.
