Johnny and Kayla were excellent! Fit me in on a Sunday with little notice. Johnny did his best to save me money by suggesting I buy my own parts and just pay him for the labor. He didn’t try upselling me on anything and got my belt repaired in under a few hours. I will be going back for my future auto needs. It’s hard to find someone to trust when it comes to auto repairs and I’m thankful that I’ve found someone I can go to. I highly recommend!

Johnny fixed my car when everyone else was telling me that I should just buy a new one due to the fact that I have an older Ford with a lot of rust on the wheel well area allowing it to rust away from the frame. He ordered a new wheel well and welded it back together and my car is back to basically brand new. He did an over look of my car and came back with there being no other issues with it and said I have a good running car (2006 Ford Escape). So why would I want to go but a new car, a monthly payments, when this one still has many miles yet to put on it. People just don't want to take the time that's needed, which is very sad 😞. Thank you very much Johnny. I definitely recommend this place and will return for future auto repairs!!!!

Kept my car for 2 months. My rocker panels were hung incorrectly. Metal left extending into wheelwell. Somehow my car speakers were blown. My doors were all scratched up. All for the overcharged price of $2900! My car doors no longer lock. there is over spray inside my car. The front fenders do not line up with the doors. I would not send my worst enemy there!!

I highly recommend Brand S. I was told by 2 other mechanics to get rid of this car due to a rusted frame. I’m so glad I was referred to Brand S. John was great! When I called him a week before I brought the car in, and I texted him pictures he was confident that he could fix the frame. He was able to make the repairs at a reasonable price too! I really love my car and I am hoping to keep it for a few more years! Our family will definitely be back for any more repairs and couldn’t be happier with the great service provided.

Worst experience at an automotive shop I have ever had my vehicle was stolen But that's after it had sat at the shop for a month without being worked on I told the man I was coming to pick it up, he then informed me I needed an appointment before I can pick it up next thing you know 1 hour before I was scheduled to pick up the van it was stolen, If you're looking for good communication and honest work don't go to this shop.

HEAVEN SENT! MIKE AND JOHNNY ARE AWESOME, A POWERFUL DUO! My 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan was having issues with the panoramic sunroof and no dealerships wanted to take her in, even for a look. Mike and Johnny didn't hesitate to solve the issue. They went above and beyond to fix my sunroof, and did so in a timely fashion, at an unmatched price. Their kindness and tech wizardy left me feeling grateful to have found them. 10/10 recommend!

PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!! And do your research on the BBB before making a decision This shop is TERRIBLE!!!!…when I say TERRIBLE his attitude is bad his communication sucks and a complete ripoff he charged me $750 for absolutely nothing starting off I gave him a $300 deposit just to have my car in a worst condition then it was just for him to proceed and tell me he will take my car if I don’t pay $450 ….need I say more he has a thousand excuses why he is delayed on everything his first excuse was he got into a car accident to his reasoning for ignoring me for almost a week to the next excuse being how it was difficult to get whatever parts he needed to never show a receipt of the parts or a breakdown of labor after having my car for a MONTH AND 3 weeks i left countless voicemails and text messages to still be ignored I told him I wanted to come a get my car and Instantly got a response…for him to tell me i still have a balance of $450 I will post before and after pics …I am a business owner myself I would never treat any customer or client this way I am not here to put any bad comments I am here to tell the truth and save other people MONEY,TIME,and HEADACHE

Go literally anywhere else!!! I had my car towed here because he told me he could do a diagnostic test and every day was another excuse, more bs, never once told me what was wrong with my car until the 6th day when I said I was coming to tow it back to my house he then said it was a “fuel pump, if not then check spark plugs” …. charged me $120 for a diagnostic test and he never even figured out what was wrong with my car. He never checked my fuel pump or spark plugs. Neither of those were the issue. 6 days, $120, for nothing. He also has a horrible attitude like a bitter old woman.

I've taken my 02 Dodge Dakota there twice now for work. First time was to have the frame welded, second was for the drive transfer. Not only did they do both jobs in a timely manner the cost was almost half of anyone else who quoted me and he welded both sides. Highly recommend Johnny over at Brand S Auto! BEWARE OF THIS SHOP !!! I took a 2011 Chevy Colorado here for frame repair and not only did they not do the repairs needed they also had my truck for months . Made several calls to him and nothing but excuse after excuse . Finally receive a call stating truck is ready and my bill is $1800 dollars . I pick the truck up and from the minute I drive off I can tell something wasn't right . Sure enough I take it to two other shops to find out he literally did nothing . In the photos you can clearly see the torsion bar is bent which he claims he replaced. He used a $5 dollar can of undercoat spray on the frame and from what we found that's all he did . Save your time and money and find a reputable shop because that he is not .
