Just went there today and bought my daughter's first car. It is a very family dealership. I was really surprised after looking all over Cleveland for a decent, reliable, cheap first car. I ended up finding her a super clean one owner Volkswagen Jetta. Didn't know that this was the same Tradewinds that was on Brookpark Road where we first went.

I have a 2003 BMW 325 I had a mechanic to work on my car and after having my car for two months and 1,500 he tells me that I have engine problems and the car was riding and driving horribly when I got the car back from him. I was referred by a friend to call Matt at Urban Auto he sat me down and I told him all the issues with the car! I cried and prayed. Matt called me back the same day it was just a gasket and he was 80 percent cheaper than the guy and my car is back to normal driving like a beast! Urban Auto is the BEST EVER and Matt is amazing and very professional! I thank you again!

Id give the guys up at Urban's auto 6 stars if I could!! Ive been in alot of auto places, and have left numerous times feeling taken advantage of! Never with Urbans! I've been in on numerous occasions and have left more than happy everytime! Great service, knowlegable staff, fair prices, and it gets done in a timely manner! I mean, what really more can you ask for? Matt is a great guy who is super informative and def. Knows what hes doing!! I truly can't thank you and your staff enough for the years of great service!! If you are looking for excellent service, this is the place for you! A hidden treasure...the owner Matt is very kind and accomodating. These are traits we rarely see with auto mechanics. Honest and fair but very direct. He won't keep you guessing, gets right down to business. Make sure that you utilize small business services. Nice inventory and knowledgeable staff. Not your typical annoying salesmen, they will work with you until your needs are met and not push you into the wrong decision. Purchase a car but never received the title. They said it was lost in the mail, so I was expected to do the run around to correct the situation out of my pocket. Also threw away the my previous plates, more money out of my pocket. I could hear the car needed breaks when they sold it too me. They told me they would fix the breaks if I bought the car, so I made an appointment and they said the breaks were new just needed to be cleaned. When I had an inspection done on the car they told me that the breaks were bad. I feel as if I was lied to again and again. There probably never was a title to begin with. Very poor customer service, they don't care if you are satisfied. They just want your money.

I bought a vehicle from them 2 years ago and the van is still going strong to this day! The 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan I bought has yet to have something go wrong. I've kept up with oil changes and that's about it. The staff were very friendly and patient while I decided what vehicle to purchase, which took me about 4 hours. I had low monthly payments and was able to pay biweekly since it was easier for me. You can call in to make a payment which for me was extremely convenient! Once I had enough money to pay the vehicle off I made my final payment and I had my title within a week. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for an honest used car lot. If I'm ever in need of another vehicle I will not hesitate to return!

I purchased a used vehicle from a company I will not name. A few minutes after pulling off the lot the check engine light came on. I then realized my back taillight was not working. My warranty company recommended I take my vehicle to Urban Auto Repair. I’m so happy they did. I dropped my vehicle off and very briefly talked to Matt about taillight and check engine light. I talked to Matt later that same day and was told my vehicle needed a new engine. Needless to say I was devastated. I only had the vehicle for two days at this point. Matt and his team replaced my engine with one with much lower mileage on it. That in itself was wonderful but they went above and beyond. Matt found other issues with my vehicle and replaced and repaired those as well. I’m sorry I can not recall all the other repairs Matt completed as there were many. Once I received my vehicle back I had a few concerns. I went back to voice my concerns. As busy as Matt is he took the time to not only listen to my concerns, he took the time to take a quick drive with me to see what I was trying to explain to him. I know absolutely nothing about cars and when you don’t know what your talking about it can be hard trying to explain what you think might be wrong. Matt was very patient and kind. I left my vehicle with him so he could check it over again. I was called later that afternoon and was told my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to get my vehicle Matt once again took the time to talk to me. He put my mind at ease. Thankfully there were no issues with my vehicle. If you need any auto repairs this is the place to go. I will be going to them with any future repairs and general upkeep. I could not be any happier with the service and respect I received.

I took my 2014 ford explorer police intercept vehicle here for a new water pump & I can’t say enough good things about this place! Amanda & Matt are exceptional! Explained everything thoroughly, kept me updated, didn’t try to push anything on me. Matt was super honest and upfront and didn’t sugarcoat anything when it came to what I was going to need and why! Do not bring your car here to have body work done, my car was stolen by a guy here name Matt. Trusted him with my car after 40 days of leading me on he ghost me and i come up to the shop my car is gone nobody here has answers. He then blocks me. I have contacted the police and fbi this place is involved with stealing cars and selling them illegally
