Went for recalls, and of course they want you to get other stuff done, so I got an over-priced oil change, that was on sale, but still more than I normally pay at the repair shop I frequent (the car is over 10 yrs old, and I only drive it on occasion) The service was good, and the lady that took care of me was really nice. The place is clean, and the wait wasn’t very long.

Randy made the experience wonderful. He reached out even after I had spoken to someone previous regarding my entire situation. He made sure I was attended to and that is great customer service. This experience made up for my last 2 not so great experiences. Kudos to Randy, need more like him in all dealerships.

3 hour wait for a scheduled appointment for regular servicing. Why make an appointment if it’s going to be hours before the work is done(?) Pricing for a regular service appointment should be straight forward- the estimate was no where near the final cost. I wonder if the service dept is just a front for sales to try to sell to a captive audience. Shameful!

In the past, every time I have gone to this Kia dealership, the service has been impeccable. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was when I went this time to the dealership. I found out that the service manager, Kim, was let go from the job. That was a huge disappointment to me. She was the glue to that department! The place was run like a fine oiled machine. When I got there, I first of all had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone just to talk with me. I found out that two of their advisors were out-one on maternity leave and one out sick and one of their representatives had only been there 2 1/2 weeks! So they finally got all of my information told me it would be one hour and 15 minutes to one and a half hours. That would’ve taken me roughly about 12:30 PM since the car got into the service bay around 11 AM. 1 PM rolled around and I had not heard anything. Usually if they’re running behind, someone comes over to tell you that they’re backed up and they’re doing their best to get the car out As soon as possible. So I had things that I needed to do so I went back to the service area to find out what was going on, and there was no one back there. Like I could’ve heard crickets when I went back there! finally, I saw the new person, Kim, and asked what was going on. She said something like we’re working on it, sorry, will get to you as soon as possible, something like this. So I left the room and went back into the showroom and stood by the counter where you pay. The representative Michael, whom I purchased the car from, Came over and asked if everything was OK. I said not really. He asked what was wrong and I explained to him that this was the worst service I’ve ever gotten from here. He apologized and said he would try to find out what was going on. I stood there and waited about another 15 minutes and nothing had happened, nobody had come to get me nothing. By this time, I was getting pretty exacerbated. I went back into the service area to find Kim there alone again and the service manager on the phone walking into his office. I walked up to her and said something to the effect of my car is sitting out there, looks like it’s done, where is my paperwork and keys I would just like to leave! She starts rifling through the paperwork and apologizes and said something like give me a moment I’ll look it up for you. By this time, I really had lost my patience. I’m sorry to say. The service manager was off the phone and that’s when I pretty much lost it. I said to him that my car was done. It’s sitting outside. I’d like to know where my paperwork is and my keys because I’d like to leave. He got up and went over to the desk out front, apologized, And reiterated that he’s very short staffed. As he was walking to the desk I Said to him that in all the years that I have come to this Kia dealership because I’ve had Kia for over 13 years I have never had such poor disorganized service! I told him that this is unacceptable! Anyway, he comped the oil change which was the appropriate thing to do because I was quite upset. Obviously, that is good business because he wants me to come back. I told him that I hope when I come the next time because I get my oil changed only there and every six months.. I’m hoping that the next time it won’t be much better. I really don’t know what happened between the service manager, Kim and getting fired, but she really was an amazing, organized and professional manager. I don’t know the gentleman who is the manager now and I really hope that he works out there. He definitely has his work cut out for him, but I will say one thing: when you have a dissatisfied, customer, you don’t make excuses for the poor service. All you say is something along the lines of, “I greatly apologize, please accept my sincere apology.” You do not make excuses. So it doesn’t matter to me that you have a woman out on maternity leave and one calling in sick. That is not my problem. Anyway, I realize this is a very long review, but I wanted to explain the situation.

Being my first time to service my new Sorento with Spitzer Kia it was excellent! Randy was very polite and helpful when I walked in. Rachel did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable and also so polite! Everything was done in a timely matter. When I received my car back it was washed and vacuumed! Great service!!

I had a decent experience but was not happy with waiting 3 business days plus a weekend to get my car back for a repair that took an hour. As luck would have it, there was no loaner vehicle available. When I asked if I could drive my car, which was only being serviced because the heat actuator needed replacement, I was told if I took the car and brought it back when the part was available I would be pushed to the back of the service line. $750 dollars later…I have heat in my car but I’ll never get my time stuck in the house back.

Randy was AWESOME!!! He was able to get me a loaner car, which I wasn't expecting and was stressing over the costs of UBER, and extended keeping it due to the repairs taking longer than expected due to my unique circumstances. He answered my questions immediately by texts and phone calls. Everyone at the dealership was extremely pleasant to interact with throughout the process. Sadly, I wish that I wasn't moving to another state because of the difficulty in finding a trustworthy dealership!

Was called for needed warranty work and representative “scheduled” my appointment for 8:00am the next morning. They also mentioned the work will take approximately 20 minutes. When I arrived, no appointment was made along with no account was even set up. Additionally, I was informed the time needed would be much longer relayed. I gave 4 stars because of how great the representative was. Belinda was very friendly, attentive and genuinely concerned for my time and worked what she could to make it happen.

Brought my wife car for a recall and we received the car with missing parts, stop lights not working, e brake light not working. They make a mess inside the car and mechanic left tools inside. Contacted service department and emailed the manager with the pictures and 6 months later still never contacted us for this.

The experience was great with the dealership. They did not have the exact color in stock however they made several calls and found the color and model I was looking for within hours. Walid Chaiban helped us throughout the entire process. From test drive to final purchase. He was thorough and easy to reach out to. He responded quickly each time we had a question both before and after purchase of the car and was a huge help in getting us the right fit. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE!!!! It Took 3 Days Of Many Phone Calls to Even get Someone To Speak to me!!! I Bought a Brand New Kia Seltos in March of 25, and My Car Not Even Being a Year Old They Had to Replace My Windshield Wiper’s and The Part where the Fluid comes out. After Finally Waiting 2 and A Half Hours Later, Only to get home 30 Minutes Away to Find that The Fluid wasn’t Coming out on the Driver side!!!!! And Also the First time Months ago I Got the Clear Coat added to my Car and The Rental Car Company they use Gave Me a Rental Car That was FILTHY AND HAD OLD AND MOLDING FOOD IN IT!!! I Work 2 Jobs and Couldn’t Turn Around to get Another!!! Nobody Contacted Me to Apologize or Offer any Explanation!!!! Just Like this Past Friday January 30,2026…. SO NO I WILL NEVER RETURN TO SPITZER KIA!!!!! I HAVE TWO DEALERSHIPS CLOSER TO Me!!!!

I was sold the car that was a lemon and nobody could do anything about it. Sold it to me as a great car, but it had numerous problems and eventually just got repossessed. This company has left me with a major problem so I hope they’re incredibly happy and proud of themselves by selling such vehicles. They are also so cheap individuals when it came time to make me an offer for the car. They only wanted to give me $1900 when they knew they just put a new motor in worth $5000. Stay away from this place do not buy their vehicles. Their mechanics are also useless. The sales people lie overall a terrible practice.

I had a great experience with Belinda Frost. She is always kind, accommodating, and truly cares about her customers. I needed a same-day appointment because I was unsure whether my car battery was failing, and she completely understood the urgency. She didn’t want anything to happen to me and made me feel genuinely cared for. Brenda was able to get me in the same day, which meant a lot and made the whole experience stress-free. I hope that her leadership can give her a BIG promotion and do something kind for her!

I wish I could provide two separate ratings. The service advisor I worked with was excellent and very professional. Two weeks ago, we drove over an hour to purchase a Certified 2023 Kia Sportage. While driving the vehicle home, we discovered that the drive mode select switch was not functioning properly. Unfortunately, we were unable to return that day because we needed to be home in time to pick up our children from school. I later scheduled a service appointment for the following week for what was supposed to be a Certified vehicle that had already passed a 164-point quality assurance inspection prior to sale. At that appointment, I was told the switch was indeed not working and that I would need to return again the following week for the replacement. At that point, I felt compensation was reasonable, as this issue was clearly missed during the certified inspection. In total, I made two additional trips to the dealership, missed two days of work, spent over four hours driving, and put extra miles on our newly purchased certified vehicle. All I requested was compensation in the form of two additional oil changes and tire rotations, in addition to the two that were included with the purchase. Unfortunately, this request turned into a disagreement between our salesperson and the service department. I was told the salesperson had already provided the two included services and that if the service department added more, they would have to cover the cost themselves. In the end, I received no compensation for the inconvenience, missed work, or additional travel. For that reason, I gave a two-star rating for customer service—excluding the service advisor who assisted me and agreed that some form of compensation should have been offered, especially since this issue was overlooked during the certified inspection. I would like to add, prior to this issue, sales, financing, and our entire experience would have been 5 stars.

Everyone at Spitzer Kia Cleveland are so welcoming. I went in for an oil change and was out the door in a very short time with a freshly washed vehicle . I was offered coffee and was greeted by Juan who helped me find my car 6 months ago. The customer service was so good when I purchased my car. The sales staff are not pushy at all. So I recommended Juan at Spitzer to a friend who bought a car a few months later. He agreed, excellent customer service.

Belinda was thorough. Made sure I got what I needed. Definitely an ace at what she does. Friendly and good convo. The other two girls in service were nice too while I waited, didn’t get their names though so can’t properly give them credit. Erica from sales came in clutch and pulled through getting me set up with a loaner. Service manager should learn some communication skills though. If he had an issue with me getting a car to drive while mine is in service, he doesn’t need to let it seem like it’s such an inconvenience and doesn’t need to exaggerate the importance of getting the dealer plate returned as if I would misplace it lmao. All while 5 feet from me, preaching it loudly to someone else and micro managing them to reiterate to me. Tell me yourself. I’m in Operational Mgmt of a multi state business and can still communicate directly to my clients, not through someone else. Drop the ego. But major shoutout to Belinda, Erica, and the two other ladies in service for being great.

The show room was clean and accommodating. The salesman izzy was polite, professional and gave me space. He answer all my questions and answered some questions.I didn't know to ask.
