I asked the mechanic to put a little power steering fluid in my car along with the service I was paying for. Instead, he sabotaged my steering system to the point where it would barely work. Also, after finally finishing the paid service on my left front end, my right front end seems to have been compromised. I am too afraid to go back and let them touch my car again.

I took my car because I thought I needed brakes. The manager or owner was very nice and honest. He told me what was wrong and surprisingly it wasn't the brakes I don't need them for a while I love that he was honest and told me to get tires first and if they tried to sell me breaks refuse and just bring it back...never been told the truth at a car repair place money over integrity but he is really honest and I will definitely bring my cat back when I actually do need brakes!!!

I'm a very happy customer. Came in today bc my car started being loud yesterday. Recently had my catalytic converter n some pipes replaced. Was really worried about having to pay more money to get the problem taken care of. Thankfully, Mike looked @ it & found the issue. All though it's a different pipe, he took good care of my car and me. Didn't even charge for the issue I was having. Need someone great to fix your muffler, pipes or catalytic converter go to Rainbow Muffler on Clark Ave! I'm definitely a happy customer! 😊

Brought in 2 trucks and both they were unable to be fixed AND have a new issue on both trucks and now have 2 none drivable trucks. And the kicker they fixed a problem on one of them just for me to pay almost 1k for them to say it’s unsafe to drive bc of the new issue that popped up after they finished fixing it and brought it for a text drive …???? Don’t recommend had this same issue years ago at the w130 spot after paying over $1k my car went up in flames as I drove it off the lot drove it back in they took out the fire and said well you can pay for this to get fixed another problem they made smh so don’t with rainbow muffler I’ve never had this issue with mr Cs I’ll take paying cash over payments if it means my car will be be worse every time just to make high payments !!!!

I just want to express how wonderful this place is. I called and was told to bring my car right away after telling the owner my problems. He got me in ASAP gave me a free estimate to make a long story short 2 days later I found out that my issue had a recall 🙌🙌🙌 I was happy because I didn’t have the money to get my car fixed however the shop was so concern and gave me so much valuable advice I had to call them and let them know what the outcome was. Trust and believe I will be back if needed and i recommend anybody that need service to go there because they are very upfront and just overall a blessing

This shop is amazing! I'm not from the area and spent a few months looking for someone reliable. I had my brakes and rotors done back in the winter for a very decent price and because the service was so great, and I was told other things that would need work soon, I came back! When I came back, I thought it was one issue and Mike at the front desk informed me of a different major problem under the bottom of my truck! He gave me all of my options moving forward and the team did excellent work on my truck and in great time! Such a great shop! They know what they're doing and I will be bringing all of my friends and their cars here !!!! THANK YOU TEAM

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for 5+ years now because we’ve found that the work done on both of our cars has always been excellent. We’ve also always found the prices to be fair and in most cases lower than the competition. Especially for the quality of work that is done. The staff seems very knowledgeable and have always provided us with the security one would want from their mechanic. The man at the counter, Mike, is a pleasure and always takes the time to address any of our concerns with so much patience! To save time, I ordered an exact fitting Caliper and Rotor for install. The woman at the counter said, "We don't install parts that a customer bought" Seems they REALLY want to UPcharge on Parts. Bad Business Motto. Could of had a quick lick. Very Dismissive.

Rainbow muffler charged $350. For a mid pipe, exhause and tailpipe. They used parts off of the old exhaust on the repair, used different sized exhaust pipes and looks like a blind person was working the welder. The lady working the front desk was rude and dissmissive.

I had a loose heat shield that was driving me batty. I went to my usual muffler shop but they were booked thru closing time. I decided to head over to Clark Ave and try my luck. Well Lucky 🍀me had a minimal wait and then my issue was resolved and an another issue I had known about but was choosing not to address was also taken care of. And get this… I was given my keys and told to have a nice. “You are all set,” I was told with a smile definitely deserved a great review for that level of old fashioned kind hearted service. This will now be my first choice in all things exhaust and muffler related!!
