Went in with estimate of around 400.00 to do the wheel bearing that I thought was making a god awful noice, turned out to be something rubbing in my wheel well. Left out with just a diagnostic charge! I have seen other shops that would have fixed the "wheel bearing" problem just to get the money! These guys are amazing and something you don't find too often in this world today they are TRUSTWORTHY! I will recommend 100 times over and will be back when I do actually need work done! Thank you Chuck and everyone at your amazing shop!!!

I was driving home from a dentist appointment when my brakes locked up, scaring me 1/2 to death. And the driver behind me. I had been to Chuck's before and it wasn't too far so I went there very slowly with my hazards on. Dawn, the receptionist explained that they were very busy but cordially said they could look at it. I said I could walk home and she said that wasn't necessary, Chuck would drive me. Which I've never had offered to me at any other service station. To make a long story short, the mechanic started on it that day and finished by around noon the next day with a repair to the brakes. And they even checked the air in all 4 tires. After noticing the light was on. Great Service with a reasonable price.

Family owned! Always professional and pleasant! Reasonable prices and speedy service. This last time I took my vehicle for a tune up. Scheduled the drop off a day or so in advance. I dropped it off when they opened at 8am and they had it done before lunch. Just blown away by the quality of service! Chuck is always there to greet you and talk about what is going on with your vehicle and is honest with vehicle assessments!

I am so blessed to find this mechanic! I recently moved back home and was dreading getting my car fixed at the dealership when it came time for repairs. I did some research and found a favorite neighborhood mechanic, who is now my permanent mechanic! The service was excellent. The front receptionist, Dawn, is very sweet and helpful and always served with a smile! The owner Chuck, who’s also very informative, runs a great business! They made me feel very comfortable as a woman to bring my car to a mechanic. Last week I took my Mini in to get serviced on and I expected my car to be at the mechanic all day or at least for a couple days, because that is what I’m used to. I was so shocked to get a call three hours later after dropping it off and Dawn saying my car was complete. Since my car has gotten fixed, it has been running very smoothly and no complaints on my end! Once again, I’m so glad I found this mechanic and they have a lifetime customer. I will definitely be recommending this mechanic to anyone who needs great service and quality work! Thank you again!

This is the 2nd time I have used Chucks Auto for my car’s maintenance. Dawn at the front desk is super friendly and very efficient. Chuck explained to me clearly about what my car needed right away and what could wait. I most recently had my brake pads and rotors replaced along with a tire pressure sensor. I found the price to be on the high side of fair. I called on a Thursday and got my car in that following Monday. I dropped my car off at 8 am and picked it back up before noon the same day. I will continue to use Chucks Auto to maintain my car.

You can always get your vehicle in to be serviced relatively fast, and once they have the vehicle ;repairs are done very fast. Always impressed with the fast diagnostic and then speedy repair time. Always does great work and great communication. Pricing is pretty much on par with the industry standard. Overall you get what you pay for these days and chucks will get you quality work.

I’ve been using Chuck’s Auto Center for the last few years exclusively when my vehicles have any issues. They’ve always been fair, communication was good, and the work never failed and came warranted 12 months 12,000 miles. I’ve had timing chain replaced on a Kia, have had an engine oil cooler and filter housing replaced on a dodge ram, and all minor service work done. Always drove away better than when I came in, and through my research never got overcharged. Always was fair pricing that’s what means the most to me. The shop lady dawn also contacts you days later asking if your car is still doing good. You don’t find many businesses anymore who actually care about you, and I mean that.

Chuck was upfront and honest. Replaced my fuel injector on my 2018 Cruze. His team completed it on the same day that I brought the car in. Several phone calls through out the day to update me on status. Receptionist was very pleasant. I would recommend anybody to go to Chuck’s. Plus his facility looks well kept and neat.
