EVERY I go here they are polite,good humored, and willing to give you all the help you need( even when you don’t know what the heck you’re doing). They did come out and change my wiper blades TWICE ( once in the rain), and wouldn’t take a tip -I’m an older woman so no they weren’t looking for a date. Laura, 4/25/20—plenty of easy parking too.

A few more associates were found to be lacking knowledge I feel truly slowed if not stopped the quick helpful service I expect when dealing with a person. I had already watched the video they pulled up to help them me. I left without being sold the replacement parts requested.

AutoZone don't have the best customer service some of the workers are very unfriendly and they kept giving me the wrong part. I had to go back like 3 to 4 times before I received the right part for my vehicle and I can't say all AutoZone's but the one that I encountered and I also called before I went there to make sure they had the part in and even the manager couldn't get it right they need a little more training in my opinion

Service was quick, however even after describing the gasket needed we were given the wrong part twice. But they did return it for full refund once and the other time we just needed to exchange the part for the right one. No issues with any of the experiences / transactions.

I needed a new gas cap, which is just a simple in-and-out kind of purchase. Both registers were busy with customers, and it seemed like it would take a bit to complete their needs, so the person I believe is the mgr asked someone to check me out so I wouldn't need to wait. I didn't mind waiting my turn, but I do appreciate the staff considering my time and getting me on my way. The staff helped me pick the item I needed in a nice, low price range. Now my gas cap is tight and sealed!

I am commercial costumer walk in to the store Noone said anything walk to the isle get what ever I need to get came up to the register #2 guy with out uniform I asked if anyone in commercial to r8ng me up he said he can help me there I gave him pack a fuses he asked if I know that it will be no difference in commercial I replied I know I gave him my pin and told him to charge card on file and told asked if he is ready for PO signature popped up on the screen I asked if he did put PO he said no so he canceled the signature put the PO and still didn't change ar to card on file he got message on the screen because I dont have enought money in AR account I asked him again if he did card on file he said yes but he did not change finally he changes to card on file signature pups up on the screen before I start my signature signature box goes away he ask of I want the receipt I said yes when he brought me the receipt I asked if he clicked skip on signature he replied yes I said dodge not skip my signature I want my signature on the invoice he said why it matters and start8ng little argument I asked where is his name tag he replied with his name Alexis I asked for store manager if available he said no then turns to the guy next to him I could not see his name tag fully but I saw first letter J and he called him Jerome long story short this Alexis or what ever his name is need to know the dress code black hoody with roses in forst of it is not the dress code and they need to learn on how to great walking costumers and of course costumer service not it his a $7 part I spent 10 to 15 minutes to write this down for you I hope you guys take this notes and talk to your employees and when I come back to this store I wont have to deal with same people you can find my number under my commercial account Gs Automotive Care home store 4503 I would like to hear from someone that this issue been addressed to the store manager level and Alexis get his lesson 1 start is because I dont have option for 0 start

I bought a pump for my car and it turned out that it only works when connected to the battery, but not otherwise. The owner of this store said that they will not make a refund because I used it (I OPENED IT!) He himself was confused, first he says he will not return the money because it is open, then he says because it was used. HOW can a person understand that something is wrong with the product without opening it and return the product, the return policy says the opposite. Do not buy anything here, because they do not care what is wrong with the product, the main thing for them is that you DO NOT OPEN WHAT YOU BOUGHT.

I went there right before clothes looking for a headlight. For my car simple fix, I've done it a 100 times and the guy gives me the wrong ball. So I take it back in and show him that it's the wrong ball. He doesn't do any looking on the computer. He just goes and finds another similar balb. As mine, but that's not the same bulb. So I go out there and take the second one out there and it still doesn't fit. And by now, the store is closed and my bulb has not been fixed, and the one that he gave me was too small. So it fell inside of my lens. So I have to take the whole lens. Soft just to get the the light bulb.It's just crazy how people act when the store is closing like it doesn't matter.It matters just as much as if the store is open.Just give me the right part literally.If you give me the right part, I go outside.I plug the part in.Put the plastic boot back on and I drive away.But you gave me two wrong parts, and this was the guy that was closing on 10/19/2025

You want to talk about super rude! The girl working the counter cashier short stocky girl super rude to all the customers and if it would have made a difference I would have said something but I can see it's not going to change how she treats people! Management needs to retrain this young lady!!
