Don't come here if you need anything fixed... you tell them one thing and they do another. Came here and asked exactly for a 4 wheel alignment..Waited 2 hours and they came back saying i need this and that then charged me for an inspection. If all I wanted was an inspection I could of went elsewhere and got it for free. Never coming here again. I also seen other customers coming back for messed up work they've did. Be cautious

Don't want to be "that customer" and write a bad review, but after being out of almost $2400 and my vehicle still won't pass the emissions test, they don't deserve a good review from me. My fiance initially took the car in to Dan because it wouldn't start, told them to fix everything that was wrong (which was $1900), got it back and IMMEDIATELY started having issues with it not turning over. I took it back just to be told that it would be an addtl $384 to repair something else; 3 months later I still can't pass the E check and the dashboard is lit up with all sorts of other lights. A bunch of fun artists. The only good thing I can say was I didn't have to wait long to get my car back, but I guess I wouldn't have to since it was barely serviced in the first place

I had high hopes for this place. I had front-end work done, and my car seems to drive well. Since I just got the car, I'll update this review if that changes. Unfortunately, they have poor communication and undesirable work practices in prioritizing their workload. I was given an estimate, only to feel ambushed with a higher price when it came time to pay the bill. I was not notified that the cost was going to increase to allow me the choice to proceed with the work or explore other options. Secondly, the salesman did not share information about the warranty of the parts and labor, nor did he provide me with the option of purchasing better parts with a better warranty. Lastly, I was told since the parts came in so late in the day that, they did start the job but would do it the next day. I called the next day to check to see when in they would be done repairing my car and was told they were not going to work on it because they had other 3-4 hours jobs they wanted to complete first. It clearly did not matter that my car was there first, and I had to be inconvenienced for another day without my car. 5/30/23 This is an update to my review. I am changing my review from a 2 star to a 5 star. A manager reached out to talk discuss my concerns. I talked to Doug, who was very helpful in resolving my concerns and working on putting better practices in place to benefit all customers. I appreciate the prompt attention and management's acknowledgment of my concerns. The fact they actually reached out and had a discussion with me shows they not only care about their work but the customer as well. I will definitely come back and recommend this place.

I take my car to Best Buy at 7:00am on Wednesday and drop it off. I tell the guy, "hey my engine light is on and my heat is not working. I got it diagnosed at Auto Zone and they said my engine light was on due to my thermostat." So the guy stated yeah it may be. I then told him ok if it is then I have the thermostat on the front passenger seat. He tells me ok you can leave it and take one of my cards so you will know who you left your car with. I then stated ok and you will give me a call before you fix anything right, he stated yes I will. I get to work and a couple of hours pass by and I get a call from My Daughter's dad, which is the person who ALWAYS suggest me to go there. He said they said its going to be $350/$360 to fix the thermostat for your heat and to give you an oil change. I tell him ok well tell them to go ahead and fix it. So I'm sitting here at work and its nearing the time for me to get off. I call them to let them know hey I get off in the next 15 minutes which is 4:00pm and I will be there to pick up my car at like 4:15/4:30. I was then told, "Oh I apologize I meant to call you to let you know it wont be ready until tomorrow they have it all took apart now and I know its not going to be ready for you today." I am in total DISBELIEF because not only did you not call to tell me this in a timely manner or bother to call me at PERIOD so that I could make arrangements for a ride home and to work/school for me and my daughter the next day, BUT my car has been there since 7:30am. I let this go and go ahead and make arrangements for a ride. After work the next day I go pick up my car and on the drive home I notice my heat is still not working so I figure like ok they just fixed it so I'm going to give it time to let the antifreeze or whatever run through it to heat up. I get home park my car, get in it this morning blast the heat, nothing but cold air so I give it time to hopefully heat up on the ride to work, get close to work after a 15 minute drive still no heat. I go up to the shop and tell the guy hey, my heat is still not working.....He tells me well yeah you know it could be something else. So I stop him in mid sentence like what do you mean it could be something else I mean I brought my car to you all yesterday telling you that my engine light is on and my heat was not working and suggested it may be the thermostat and as an auto shop after my vehicle was diagnosed it was your job to tell me exactly what was the problem and get my ok to fix it in which I gave you the go to fix and so now you're telling me that the thermostat may not have been the problem it may be something else that is going to cost me MORE money..... I am so ANGRY because I feel like my car was NEVER diagnosed by them to see what the reason for no heat and was not at all tested by them before I picked it up to make sure the heat was working and I am still curious as to WHY did it take a full day and a half to put on a thermostat that didn't even solve the issue..... So I am out of $550 in 2 days for the cost of the car and transportation for the car being held over night and getting it back in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off to be FIXED with NO HEAT and the engine light STILL ON.........

Overall, wonderful experience! I needed new tires last minute and Mike was able to get me in very quickly and helped to make my decision on which tires to go with. After getting my car back, it rides very smooth. Very thankful for such a positive experience!

I wish I could give less than 1 star from the experience I just had. My wife and I travelled from Mentor, OH area. This place provided excellent service in the past. This time it was sub par. Before the sales representative got my money, he was nice. When I came back because my car was shaking on the freeway because they didn’t put my hub rings on with my new rims, it seemed like he had an attitude. So I ended up having to go elsewhere and spend more money for something this place should have done proper the first time. It was later discovered that one of my new rims was also chipped. I would not recommend this place to anyone from the experience I just received. Additionally, I gave the guy who was working on my car a tip. I guess my tip should have been to put everything in the box with my new rims on my car!

I had stopped in to Best Buy Tire at the recommendation of my Fleet Supervisor..to check on tire prices for my vehicle. "Ted" was the gentleman who waited on me. He was very very knowledgeable about the tires my vehicle needed. I explained to him I was just "item shopping"..and that was not a problem. He gave me a written quote..on the back of a business card..and told me if and when I needed tires..to call him 1 or 2 business days..& he would have them ready. Bad business. Supposedly, on September 18, 2024 they replaced a thermostat on my vehicle … an hour after I got my car, it overheated, thus breaking down again in the middle of the road. I towed my car back to them… got it out the shop today, September 19, 2024…as I type this, my car broke down and overheated again off Broadway Avenue. I am livid. I just paid $600.00 to Best Buy to repair my vehicle. I have missed picking my daughter up from school and time at work. Also, when I called and showed up in person, I was met with apathy by the staff, and a nonchalant attitude when inquiring about my vehicle, like I did not have a right to ask and be upset. I have not drove my car since September 6, and this is how Best Buy do me. I would have given them less than one star.

Had a flat just before getting on the freeway. Gave them a call as they were close. Recommended a tow service, United. Very helpful to get my truck to them get the PITA spare down from under the bed and on to get me on the road. It was suggested I needed all new tires and an alignment. I went ahead and did this a different day. Very competitive and fair as I waited a few hours for this to be done. Ask for Ted! Thanks Ted appreciate the help in a bad situation.

This place gets five stars from me. I’ve been here maybe three or four times. I got a brand new set of tires rotation. I’ll be back in the spring. I definitely recommend the team there. My experience was horrible dropped it off Thursday morning at 7:40am took an Uber to work. Called at around 8:45am with a price stated it would be around $800 ok. He proceeds to say it will be ready by 430pm. I called at 4 now its 5pm. I have someone hurry up pick me up from work rush up here and wait to see my truck no tires still up. Then stated it won't be ready until Friday. Leaving no solution for me to take my daughter to school, get to work and do things I needed to do Thursday evening. No money was talking off. I was told they took a mechanic off my car to work on another. Then they order wrong parts and had to wait. They over charged and then inconvenienced me. Never again!!!!

I didn't want to do this but I'm personally unsatisfied. I waited 6 & 1/2 days just to be told my rack & pinion was bad & when I finally arrived I had problems closing my hood ( never was a problem) my hummer was dead ( new batt,fuse box, fuses & alternator) & what pissed me off the most was my vech had been trashed in the inside. I've always held this place to a high standard. I would never give my vehicle to them again .no trust no security & And shame on them you can't even trust, They got your best interest in your vehicle. I didn't want to interact with my problems there Demeanor already gave me my answer to what they were gonna do

I called this shop as it was recommended and they just kept hanging up on me. 1st time I thought accident and second i got upset so 3rd i was going to give them a piece of my mind but the guy who picked up said stop calling and hung up. needless to say my employee was still stuck with the car I refused to do business with unprofessionalism such as this. My guys vehicle can find better anywhere as it wont take much to outshine this rudeness.
