Excellant service called in the morning around 820 am. Told him that I needed an alternator and battery replaced on my 2011 KIA Soul. He was able to move things around and got me in at 900 am. Car stopped running half to the shop and he sent a tow truck to pick me up. Finally made it to his shop and they fixed my car and I was on my way work at 1030 am.

Dan is gone. paid 750$ for 2 rotors in front the and brakes with 1 o2 sensor bank 1, first they put the brakes on without checking. I left my with brakes not working right, lucky i checked and they "fixed" it. Within 1 weeks my brakea are sticking and making and noises. Rushed Sloppy work, Thanks!

Highly recommended! Staying in the area for a vacation and woke up this morning to find my car had a flat tire. I don't have a spare, so I called AAA and the tow truck driver was from this shop. Very friendly and maneuvered that tow truck around other parked cars parked at the hotel like a duck in water! AAA recommended my vehicle be towed to another location but the tow truck driver said that their shop could do the same, either repair the tire or I could by a new tire, so I decided to have my car towed to Auto Repair Inc. Can't remember the tow truck driver or the front office manger's names, but I was treated very kindly and professionally and my dirtier than **** floor boards were even covered with those paper mats as to not get my floor board any more disgustingly dirty than they already were! WOW! And they could have said, "Hey! You need a new tire!" I wouldn't have known the difference, but my tire turned out to have a nail in it, so they simply repaired the tire! My vacation continued, and I drove around Cleveland all day today without any issues! Thank you!!! Highly recommended!

Dan at Auto Repair Inc. has helped to repair my car on multiple occasions without breaking my bank. I'm a college student, and I don't know much about car repair, but he explains it to me in ways that I can understand before I decide whether to get the repair done. He's extremely fair when it comes to pricing and I get my car back quickly. I just took my car in yesterday and they said it's ready to pick up around noon today. I highly recommend Auto Repair Inc. For your first time, you don't necessarily have to make an appointment, but I would recommend doing that so that they can prioritize their repairs.

I had to be towed from a parking lot after calling AAA. Driver was professional and courteous. When I got to Auto Repair, Ken and Marty were kind and helpful in explaining what happened to my car which suddenly just stopped. All employees I dealt with were great, especially the one who saw me pulling out and noticed I had no brake light, which he immediately fixed. As a lone female I felt comfortable working with them and their service. Thanks to all.

I have just had the absolute BEST customer service experience with Dan at Auto Repair Inc. Had my car towed to him and he discovered the issue I was having was covered under warranty. He went that extra mile to call the Ford Dealer and discuss the issues further, and suggested I take it to them! His honesty was REFRESHING! I am a small business owner. One of my vans went down. I searched towing, car, auto repair near me. I found this company along with red carpet towing. They are in the same location. Within 20 minutes my van was towed to the shop. Within an hour I had a diagnosis and quote. I accepted the quote as the price was reasonable. My van was repaired the next morning and my tech was able to pick it up. I have never received service so efficient. Cassidy the dispatcher was courteous and helpful. Joseph was awesome. Evan's diagnosis was fast and correct. I highly recommend Auto Repair Inc. A great family owned small business!

I wish I could give Auto Repair Inc. 0 Stars, even minus Stars. Auto Repair INC. on Smith, by the Veterinarian, should be boycotted!! They were awful to my neighbor and friend Sharon. They were going to rip off a single mother of 3. 700.00 to replace a hose? Oh, that's because the hoses come in packs of 2, even though Sharon needed 1 hose replaced, they were going to charge her for an extra part, that they were not going to use on her car. I know parts are expensive, but that's ridiculous. She told them that was too much and called around and M & S Auto's estimate was for 260.00. They recognized the dire need of a working Mom. They had compassion for her situation and helped her. They fixed her car in 20 minutes, instead of the Tuesday, originally stated. She had her car towed to Express Auto 1st. They did a diagnostic test on her car. They charged her 70.00 for that, and gave her the 700.00 estimate. When she wisely declined, she tried to pay the bill with her credit card over the phone. They refused to take payment over the phone, and refused to release her car to the towing company. She was sick, with 3 kids, I gave her a ride to the shop to pay in person. They made her wait around the desk, while the workers stood around, taking another customers info over the phone. One guy told her to quit asking questions. What type of men take advantage of a woman, who is obviously sick and struggling. Speak to her in a way that she comes out sobbing, at her wits end. SHAME ON YOU AUTO REPAIR INC. KARMAS GONNA GET YOU. THANK YOU M & S AUTO, not only for fixing her car quickly and at a reasonable price. But for showing compassion to a young family in need. Your great business practices will be passed on with recommendations from us!! Thank you so much!!

Top notch place! Really impressed with the integrity and fair pricing here. Very honest and friendly people. They explain things well, and got my car fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I will absolutely be bringing my car here in the future - it's so hard to find a good auto shop. My Buick is driving way better now, and I'm definitely happy with the outcome. I met this team last year when I needed a tow, found them to be reliable, so contacted them again this winter. When they arrived, they mentioned that they also have a repair shop. I'd been having problems all year, & even the dealer hadn't been able to fully remedy the issue. So I decided to give this group a chance. I'm so glad I did! They figured out that an aftermarket alarm system someone had installed was putting a drain on my battery & frequently causing it to start beeping when I got in the car. They removed it, put in a new battery, and I haven't had any further problems. I give them an A++ in all review categories and they're now my go--to mechanics when my car needs attention.

Visiting Cleveland from Virginia and car conked out with my wife driving alone late last night. Called AAA and a lyft to her spot on the road and Edwin showed up, loadrd the car, and let us hop in. AAA had a suggestion (closed) of a shop I was gping to leave car but Edwin said his shop coukd attend, and he gave them a heads up.what is gping on with my left keys. 8 a.m. shop took my call and 2:22 writing this glowing review with the car in hand (all good, includong a need maintenance oil change). Had car trouble while in Cleveland for work. The battery light came on and the car became hard to steer. AAA towed me to Auto Repair (6601 Smith Rd) and I am so grateful they did. Within minutes they diagnosed the alternator, started the repair right away, and even put in a new battery at a discount since mine had drained. Every step of the way, they were kind, honest, and incredibly efficient. What could have been a stressful, expensive day turned into an experience where I truly felt taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough. If you need auto repair in Cleveland, this is the place!!!
