for the past 10 years, I have mostly taken my car to the dealership. I rarely take it elsewhere because the few times I have, it’s been an issue. One place put on some after market parts and didn’t hook them up correctly - I ended up getting pulled over and a police officer let me know my break lights were continuously running. I recently moved to Fairview Park and I was worried about taking my car all the way to the dealership given the way my car was driving. I decided to give this place a chance and I am so happy I did. I received great service, I was not talked down to, and I didn’t feel like I was being over-sold on services. My car left driving like it did in its prime and it didn’t cost me a fortune. Due to the convienent location and excellent service, this will be my car repair shop for the remainder of my car’s life.

Very prompt service and great work! Reasonable prices as well. My only issue was that they failed to call me for about an hour after my car was fixed, and the staff became defensive and rude when I asked why I wasn't notified sooner. However, I would definitely recommend them! Just be proactive about calling and checking on your car's status so you don't waste your time.

Excellent service! We stopped in here while test driving a car. We usually have our local mechanic inspect any cars we buy but we were an hour from home. They were closed but 2 of the mechanics came out anyways and spent at least 15 minutes doing a very thorough inspection, giving us peace of mind for the purchase. Very kind and helpful staff! When the truck got there, they immediately got to work doing everything they could, and got me back on the road THE SAME DAY! Called Rich and Eric to get my oil changed initially. Since then I can't say enough. They've done everything from general maintenance for me to engine repair, brakes, ball joints. Literally anything I may need done. But there's a why I continue to go back repeatedly. The team is fair there, they are not going to tell you something that isn't 100 percent. If they are looking for what is causing your vehicles issue, ( because let's be honest sometimes it's one thing but two things can actually be causing the issue you're having)they keep you updated . They are caring compassionate and understanding and more than that capable and honest. There's a litany of reasons they got this rating but bottom line is if your looking for a mechanic who can do a great job you want to call this team of people. They're amazing.

This team of mechanics is so wonderful to work with! Over the last five years, they have helped me with a number of things to keep my old car in great shape. They’ve changed my tires, fixed a windshield wiper pump, fixed a window that wouldn’t roll back up, problem solved an engine issue and replaced cracked fluid lines. They always do what they can to creatively self my old cars problems. It is also so nice how much they smile when talking to you about your car and how they fix it. Their positivity is very helpful when you are feeling stressed about your vehicle.
