Wasn't to pleased with the work and the lack of communication that Touch of Class provided, took close to 5 months to get my car completed after a theft and an accident. Had to take my car back numerous times bc they failed to make sure the car was completed before they gave me back my car. Very frustrating experience. If I ever have any body work or any other kind of work done to my future cars, I'll be taking it some place else. The whole situation was a nightmare!!

My car was rear ended by a driver whose insurance worked with A touch of Class. When I took my car in for repair I was informed by one of the young ladies working there that they had no record of my vehicle and that the insurance company failed to make the appointment. I was so frustrated but both of the receptionists were so kind and understanding. They never became irritated with me, they called the insurance company on my behalf and got me taken care of right away even without an appointment. My experience with the insurance company of the driver that hit me was horrible but the best thing that came out of it was that they recommended A touch of class. I had no prior experience with ATOC before this but the way they treated me truly represents their name. I'm so grateful to them they kept me from crying.

The name and then some says it all. A TOUCH OF CLASS AND BEYOND. I appreciate the professionalism & great customer service DeeDee has given me the whole month while my car was in their care after my accident. Got my car back in tip topped shape inside and out. Inside smelled like a brand new car🥰 I most definitely recommend them for any automotive repairs/maintenance!! Thank you!! 😊

After a deer decided to jump into the side of my van, A Touch of Class stepped up and did an absolutely fantastic job. The van hasn’t looked this good since it was new. 10/10 would recommend

My insurance had me bring my car to this shop because it was their "preferred" shop. I had a terrible experience with them. I brought in my brand new car that was broken into and they looked at all the damage and told me they would take care of the damage I pointed out along with any other damage they noticed during their "detailed inspection" of the car. I received a call from them about a week and a half later that my car was ready for pick up. When I saw the work they did I was surprised they were even a certified bodyshop. The only thing they repaired was the broke window and repainted the door. They didn't even bother looking at the inside of the car that was missing a radio and needed various pieces replaced due to scratches and dents. The driver's door still had glass in it that you could hear rattle when you shut the door. When I confronted them about it they said they were not aware of the damage on the inside and that it is impossible to clean up all the glass shards in the door panel. So, I let that go and had them order all the correct pieces and I would wait another week or so to get the other half of the car taken care of. Two weeks go by and I have no heard back from them. I called and they told me the pieces came in last week but I guess nobody bothered to even call me? Unbelievable. So it's been almost a month and my car has still not been repaired. This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! If it was for my insurance I would have never gone here.

The service was amazing here, I got into an accident a couple months ago and needed a whole new passenger door. I turned my car in on Tuesday and they told me that it was going to be ready by Friday. Unfortunately it wasn't they were sent the wrong door handle. So my car was ready by Monday after work. And it looks like I never was in an accident! Great place , great customer service!

All in the name! First class workmanship and operation. I am extremely particular about my vehicles. Kevin and his team put my car back together and it looks better than when the car was new. The paint job is very impressive. I checked around on pricing and found their pricing to be extremely fair especially for the quality of work. I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else. Thanks for a great job!

Very quick turnaround my vehicle was finished in four days. The estimated process was fast as well. They work very well with your insurance company and the car rental company.

They kept my car longer than 30 days and did not provide me with a loaner. I had to call everyday to get an update until my car was ready. Even after picking my car up, it's still not all the way together. I've been to other body shops and never received this kind of treatment. This was disgraceful.

I had my 2014 Sierra detailed here. The attention to detail and quality of work was exceptional. The staff was professional, friendly and took the time to assist with any questions. My truck has that show room look again, inside and out. THANK YOU! Kevin you have a great company, keep up the good work and will definitely be referring Touch of Class.

Been here twice in the last 2 years because of accidents needing body work. The ladies at the front office are personable and pleasant. Work on our cars has always been top notch and they work directly with insurance company. Highly recommend.

Completely dishonest, arrogant manager. You can see their responses to any negative reviews to verify that. Manager likes to quote how many years of experience to validate his incompetency. I've had 3 vehicles repaired here. First two came out great. But they were a simple dent, and an easy bumper cover replacement. When it comes down to actual collision repair, they fail miserably. They are great "parts changers", and can match and blend paint well. But if you car has any significant damage beyond cosmetic, do yourself a favor and find a shop that knows what they are doing. And even more importantly, find a shop that will admit when they made mistakes. Look at all the responses to complaints this shop makes on negative reviews... It's always the customer's fault, they always did everything perfect. do you see anywhere they admit they are human and made a mistake? Manager straight up lied to me, insurance adjuster told me he did. So unless you enjoy being lied to, and told that it's your job to do THEIR job to get your car fixed correctly, you should definitely find another shop!

I was hit from behind unfortunately about a month ago and A Touch of Class was one of the options for repair work, my dad and sister-in-law also had work done here previously and were both happy, so that’s how I picked this place. Kevin and the front desk ladies were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and even had my car ready a day early, fully detailed clean inside & out! There were some minor issues when I picked up my car, however, Kevin made it right and that’s why I am giving them a 5 star rating.

Actually, I am very satisfied with the work, customer service, and quality of work. I was very iffy, but they assured me everything was going to be just like new! Guess what? It really was! When it's a 2024 Mer-GLE-350 and you make her brand new again. Great job A Touch of Class! Thank you so much for being patient with me as well.

Worst experience ever please take your time and read this review. Number one communication with them is very difficult number two they will keep your car forever. About 6 weeks or so. For just a simple side swipe. number three they do not have reliable places to get parts from they keep getting bad parts and trucks breakdown with Expected parts on them etc. number four they kept my spare donut tire I had to go back and get it number five wheel alignment is extremely off the mechanic was jerking down my wheel to try to straighten the wheel out. How professional is that number six when they replaced my headlight they didn’t put in the LED light that I had back in. I had to go spend 100 bucks to buy new bulbs number seven, They got some kind of a white substance all over my tire, my rim, the back bumper. The top of the car took me forever to get that stuff off. And number eight they told my insurance company multiple times that my car was done. My insurance company contacted the rental company. They ended up needing my car for about a week longer because of the miscommunication I had to almost pay $200 out of my own pocket for the rental car I’m gonna have to get an alignment done, I already spent money on the bulbs and one last thing the tire sensor isn’t correct so I have to have that recalibrated. Overall, just really bad experience and when talking to the owner, which is a female so I was trying to be really respectful to her because of that she didn’t wanna take any blame basically was telling me it was my fault about the car rental place, etc.

So far , so good. I dropped of car on Monday after I was hit by a big doe deer. This is only Thursday, so really it's still being accessed what needs to be done and get estimate together. I will check back with you all as repair proggressis! But all indications so far points to a quality repair.

Toniannie and Carolyn were great. They just need to do a better job of calling the customer when more time is needed to repair your vehicle. My car looks brand new though!

Very horrible shop. Don't let your insurance company talk you into taking your car there. They are a scam. They will only quote enough damage to get the job. Even if your car is a total loss. The repairs were so-so. They lies to the insurance company about checking the whole car for damage afyer my car was stolen. They repaired only the major damage, then lied that the rest was wear and tear after I confronted them about not repair other scratches and dings. THE CAR WAS STOLEN!!! NOT WRECKED. . BEWARE!!! The owner is a liar and the girl at the desk was born with an attitude.

I’m giving this place 2 stars because while the final repair looked fine, the overall experience was disappointing. I chose A Touch of Class to repair my bumper through a recommendation from one of their employees who’s a friend of mine. Because of that connection, I expected the management to appreciate the referral and ensure that everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case — and if this is how they treat someone referred by a friend, I worry about how they treat customers they don’t know. To be fair, the final result of the bumper and the surrounding area was excellent. The problem was that they damaged another part of my car while accessing the area that needed repair. My recommendation to anyone bringing their vehicle here is to take detailed photos of your entire car beforehand. That way, you can confirm its condition if new damage appears. Honestly, this would be a great practice for the shop itself — documenting cars during disassembly could prevent confusion or assumptions between their own teams. The wait time was longer than expected — almost two weeks for my repair. There was also a discrepancy in the pricing. I was told the cost might increase if hidden damage was found, which was understandable. However, the price also went up because they said my paint was more expensive than expected. As a professional body shop, that’s something they should have known up front. I didn’t receive the updated quote until two days after they already had my car and after the bumper had been ordered. It felt a bit like a bait and switch, and had I known the paint cost in advance, I might have made a different choice. When the secondary damage occurred, it delayed things by another day. While they didn’t charge me extra — which would have been unreasonable — they also didn’t offer any discount for the inconvenience (the manager did apologize). Since I paid for everything myself, including the rental car, that was frustrating. By the time I finally got my car back, I was just relieved to be done. The paintwork looks fine, though the panel they damaged still shows some scratches underneath. Overall, the craftsmanship was solid, but the communication, accountability, and customer service fell short.
