I don't do many reviews but this shop is worth the time! I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado and the timing chain broke, resulting in a pricy engine repair. Mike at the front desk was very patient, respectful and empathetic to my situation. He gave me multiple options and was willing to work with me on how to get the work done. It took quite a bit time for me to get the truck back on the road (all due to my limits) but I did and I am very pleased with the service provided. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for something that is hard to find these days, honesty and reliability in an auto shop. Give them a call and ask for Mike!

I will never go to this place again! I will definitely not recommend anyone to go here as well. Talk about price gouging! My car had a battery that would turn the engine over enough to find out what was wrong with it. They told me that I needed a new one or they're not going to move forward with the diagnostics. I told Mike that I could bring a battery up there ASAP. His reply was " We don't allow customers to bring their own parts." A battery? Really? So it was either pay to get my car towed back to my home or get the battery that their shop will provide at $278. Then they told me that my car needed a new distributor because of the pickup coil being faulty. I had just replaced the distributor pickup coil with a brand new A/C Delco part. Hooked up an LED light to the connections and turned the gear on the distributor and the light flashed, letting me know that the pickup coil was outputting power. Mike told me that the pickup coil couldn't be replaced and the whole distributor has to be changed out. So he replaced the distributor with the cheapest part he could possibly find and charged me $600+ for it. The highest price I could find for the exact part was $149, and that's just a retail customer walking into a parts store and buying it. Needless to say my car was back at their shop in less than a week. I installed a radio in my car which took no more than a half hour to do and when I went to start the car the battery was completely depleted. I use my battery pack and attempted to start the car in which it just turned over like before I brought the car to their shop. Mike's immediate response was "If it's something else besides what we've already done I'm going to charge you more money to find out what it is." No phone calls from the shop so I decided to stop by to see what was going on. "Oh your car is ready. We charged the battery and it's running." My response was what was wrong with it? Mike told me that there was nothing wrong we just charged the battery. I didn't believe him but I wasn't going to stand there and argue with him and be threatened to have the police called on me. So I was charged $978 for a battery and a distributor for a small block Chevy 350 in my 1992 Cadillac Brougham. I don't even trust their work enough to even drive my car around the block. Update: Please look at the condescending reply to my review by whoever it is from the company! They do not care at all about their customers! Just the money to be made off of them! Lesson learned!
