Paid $200 for 4 tires 3 days later one was flat the owner wasn’t there when I came only a guy who speaks no English at all. Had to ride down the street to moes for them to replace the tire and now here it is 2 weeks later all the tires are balled down to nothing

Got there in the late afternoon. They got me right in, and et me pick which tire I wanted. About 50 bucks / tire mounted & balanced. Nice guy, quick service, with a good eye that found a crack in my rim, and offered a way to seal it. I'll be back

Got a used tire put on here and when I ask if I could get some help putting the spare back under the car, they employee smuggly said "that's yo job". When providing a service to the community, try to show some sort of customer service. Businesses need CUSTOMERS not the other way around. You definitely lost a customer

About a month ago I was in Cleveland for my mother's surgery at the Cleveland clinic being out of town. I had an emergency brake job done after I heard a horrible noise while driving and did not want to take the chance driving an hour and a half back home. The shop owner was able to get me in the day of. Norm the mechanic (of 30+ years) was fantastic, quick, and knowledgeable! I am very grateful for the experience I had and they truly care about their customers.

My 2020 Palisade was making a squeaky rubbing noise. I hadn't had any major work on my vehicle of course, my warranty was ending. I knew if I took it back to the dealer, they would charge me an arm, leg possibly a couple of pints of blood! Since i'm on a serious budget and needed quality work at a reasonable price!
