Took my car in to get fixed they told me it was the water pump 1400. I said fix it. Then called too days later said I owe him 2000 and it’s not fixed. And to fix it it will cost 3500. Came to the price of 2500 3 weeks later went to get my car. And the next day June 28 2023 my car blows up Motor is locked up. I went back today and he said take me to court. This isn’t for me to bash this guy this me just saying save your self some time and money find a real repair shop.

A fantastic shop! I've used their services numerous times. They are quick to get you in, sometimes as quick as the next day, and they are quick to get you back up and running, also sometimes as quick as the next day from drop-off. Pricing is fair and service is exceptional. They have always done my requested services as well as those that are more emergent while recommending upcoming service without being pushy to have it done right away and with them. I look forward to continuing to use this shop!

My 2009 Chevy Impala sounded like it was going to fall apart. My neighbor thought it was my drive shaft so I called Bob Royal's. He said drop it off in the morning and I'll try to get to it as quickly as I can. I dropped it off the next morning at 7:50 a.m. and told him I really couldn't afford to be without my car for too long. Would you believe he called me at work before 11 a.m. to tell me it was finished?! It turned out to be the bearings. I picked it up during my lunch break and thanked him for getting it done so promptly. He told me he knew I was desperate to get my car back so he put a rush on it. What a sweetheart! My old work horse is nice and quiet and drives like a dream. Best $362 I ever spent.Thanks for the fair pricing, excellent work and exceptional customer service!

Visiting Cleveland and discovered a leak in tire. Checked nearby garages and called Royal Service who got me in quick and plugged a nail hole. This business is genuine, hard working, and want to serve you. Finding a honest mechanic is huge. No gimmicks or phantom problems. Just honesty. They are kind and very determined to help. I cannot recommend them enough.

I took my 2014 Subaru. Forester, head gasket four thousand dollar later, my motor blow up and I don't have a car thanks to you guys. These people are thieves. Don't take your car to them at all. Whatsoever, give yourself a favor and take your car 20 miles away from this shop.

You should not be taking your car anywhere else but here. My husband took my car to the dealership to get an oil change and the mechanic there came out to tell us there was a nail on the tire of my car and it needed to be replaced. My husband decided to take my car to royals to see what he said. Turns out the nail did not even puncture the tire and George just picked it up and my tire is totally fine. This is not even the first incident similar to this that George has helped us with. Incredibly great staff. Will not be taking either of our cars anywhere else. Thank you Royal’s.

If your looking for a mechanic this is the place. Staff were wonderful and the price was right. I've taken my car to a dealership for everything.
