This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They did way more and way beyond an outstanding job. My family and I travel a lot and spend much time in our minivan. All of a sudden the van started making strange jangling noises and we took it to about 7 different mechanics and spent over $1000 to get it fix but no one could fix it. We took it to Jason Automotive and Jason was the only one who could correctly diagnose the problem. He was completely booked for about two weeks but out of a sincere and compassionate heart and realizing the severity of our problem he and his team worked overtime staying after hours and overnight to work on our van. This place is highly recommended he and his team take extra measure to ensure the satisfaction of the customers. We greatly appreciate it and needed it.

Jason and his crew always do a great job without charging and arm and leg. A shop in Medina was charging me $50 to screw in a single bolt, when he brought me out to go over what he did he told me your ABC.. was hanging so I threw on a bolt for you. I drive 45 minutes to get here because they really are the best around.

Jason is the best mechanic I know, I say this as a shop owner myself, in fact I find myself consulting with him on more complex repairs and getting better information than I can through high end programs and multi thousand dollar scan tools. I'm firmly convinced there isn't a job he couldn't do and despite being one of the best he still keeps repairs affordable for his customers! 10/10 I'd recommend Jason's 8 days a week if I could!

They had my car for a little over a week brought in for something simple I provided the part they broke the part and said it was faulty then whenever I’d call up there you ask for the actual guy that works on your vehicle they say they'll leave a message for him and you never hear anything back then after all the time spent he said he can’t fix the problem and still charged me for my car to not be in working condition once he’s done very unprofessional with the way he handles things honestly I can’t recommend this place to anyone

I don't know if you're affiliated with the location in Alabama but there is someone impersonating you and stealing money from people pretending to be a mechanic. I paid Jason Clark 550 to fix my car and he stole my money and won't give it back he claim that this is his shop in Ohio and another location in Louisiana. He's a fraud and you need to press charges for him impersonating you, he has given you a bad reputation and now Noone will ever trust him again because I've put him on the map to everyone. Im on a fixed income he took advantage of my situation I am not impressed with Jason automotive business anymore.

I wish I could give Jason ten stars! I took my car to another place first(look at my other reviews). They sat on my car for over a week and nothing got accomplished. I took it to Jason, told him I did a tune up and asked if he could check my work. He was booked but fit me in. He looked it over and called me in less than three hours and said my car was fixed. I asked what was wrong and he said the hose connected to the cover wasn’t properly seated or clamped. He clamped it and I was on my way after being without a running car for about two weeks! Thank you Jason! He has integrity and he keeps his word. He also will tell you what is wrong and explains it so you will understand. He literally took me to my car and showed me what was wrong.
