Really satisfied. I used this place to get a repair from an accident through my insurance and I was really satisfied. I will say the only thing that was not done was that I didn't get a call about what was going on with my car dying the repair process like I had asked- but I assume it is because on my State Farm app they told me what was wrong with my car. I am not familiar with car repairs or what "variable transmission" or even what a transmission is haha (what was stated on the app) so I would say it would have been nice to get the call to explain what exactly what meant etc however when I came to pick up my car the lady had the owner come up and he explained everything to me and they also fixed the rubber lining on the door that was loose on my car (not related to the accident) for free so I really appreciated that. My oil wasn't changed and it was low but I didn't expect it to be but I am sure it would of been done had I asked (just a heads up for anyone new to repairs through the insurance) I would recommend to my family and friends. They also cleaned the outside of my car which was super nice! Everything inside my car was just how I left it I would definitely use these guys again!

As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!

This place is AWESOME. I would not trust anyone else to do any work on my VW Passat. Recently was side swiped by a passenger bus knocking off my side mirror. These guys ordered the parts and replaced the electric mirror in a couple days. I have had several cars serviced here and when I say they “Take Care” of their customers. I truly mean this!! There were a couple instances I went to another shop and they couldn’t quite figure out what was wrong; Shaker Quality Auto figured it out and repaired it quickly and wonderfully each time. I really went back and forth on how to write this review. I’ve only used Shaker Quality two other times to switch my summer wheels to winter wheels with no issues, fair pricing. However now that I needed real repairs I had real concerns. I called bc my car would vibrate at high speeds - they gave me an appt a few days later. I dropped the car off around 8:30/9 am. Waited at a local coffee shop until 2 pm when I gave them a call for an update. They informed me someone called out and they couldn’t get to it today but would get to it any other day that worked for me. Ok fine staffing issues happen, I would have appreciated a heads up or an earlier communication. Brought it back a few days later. Dropped it off around 8:30, by 9:30 they told me I needed new tires. Again around 2-3 pm I called asking for an update and they stated the tire people didn’t have a fourth tire in store so they couldn’t replace them today. Again, would have appreciated an earlier update. Now I bring it back a third time. Dropped it off around 12 pm, they call me at 4:30 pm saying it’s almost done. I come by, pay, and while I’m waiting the mechanic informs me they couldn’t complete the alignment because they needed a specific tool or bolt they didn’t have. I’d have to bring it back a FOURTH time now just to replace tires. When I get home I’m looking at my tires confused because they left a bunch of lubrication all over the rims and tires so I try to wipe it off when I see there’s damage to all 4 rims, underneath the tires on the very top lip. No way regular driving could have caused that damage, I know what state my rims were in. Also there was a dent on my quarter panel that wasn’t there previously. I leave them a message and they get back to me when they open wanting to make things right. I tell them I can’t just leave my car for weeks as I live alone. They offer to pay for a rental car while they service my car. It took them about another two weeks to get the rims resurfaced and the dent fixed. Now if we’re keeping count, that’s three entire weeks just to replace tires. While they did all they could to right the wrongs that happened, the car looks great now and seems to drive alright, I can’t overlook the insane inconvenience and stress this entire situation has caused me. As a side note, a different mechanic there offered to “take me to dinner” for being so patient with them. Unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable. Likely was just a lighthearted joke but still.

Earlier this year my car had been scrapped against the side of the brick wall and the rear passenger door was super scratched up and dented. I took my car here and within a week it was literally brand new. There was a lot of paint damage and I could not even tell it was ever scratched in the first place. The employees were all super friendly and efficient and they made the process with getting / returning my rental car so seamless. I would seriously recommend this place to anyone, they are fairly priced and do such amazing work.
