I called Kash's in the morning and by the afternoon I had a brand new windshield installed for less than $175. They also replaced my small side window for $50. The guys running the place a nice and friendly. Definitely felt welcomed and comfortable. I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for auto glass. They also have salvage parts for cheap and can install them for you cheaper than any other place I know of. Helpful, professional and fair. No wonder they've been in business 40 years.

Save your time and money from going here if possible. I've gone to Kash Auto & Salvage place of business since 2017 but the nonchalant attitudes, carelessness and inconsiderate behavior shown to me from those men today turned me off completely from wanting to spend my money there ever again! Those men are money hungry! Went in to buy a reconditioned/used battery due to having a bad battery (it died as soon as I turned off my car). Everything was normal until they gave me a bogus pricing for the service of taking out and installing the battery on top of what was already being spent to purchase the battery. So of course I declined but here's the kicker, they wouldn't even provide a jump start for me even though I already had jumper cables. Though I didn't ask for them to do it (already sensed their energy), I had asked another customer, who had just arrived, if he could help me in which he asked the workers if THEY could do it and was told "No". I'm so glad I didn't ask them for a jump. The customer went on and gave me a jump anyway. Later I called to see if Kash Auto would assist with installation of a battery & would accept the service charge. Again, was told "No" because the battery wasn't purchased from them. So you'll reject $25 because the battery wasn't purchased there? Thank you for replying. Don't manipulate the truth sir. As soon as I walked through the door I sensed the energy you all were embodying. I don't have a trailblazer. I told the Rep TWICE that I have a buick rainier as well as the year. To have gone to your place of business as long as I have shows that I never considered Kash Auto a rip off and for you to state that I think everyone is a "rip off" is a clear indication of your ignorance esp. because you don't know me personally. But I am now a FORMER customer of yours. As I was looking at the prices, the rep who took my vehicle information (probably the same person who gave a response to my review) had asked what was the issue and I stated that it was the pricing for me and he immediately became defensive & said "What? You expect us to work for free?!" Another worker joined in and BOTH of you were making mockery of me due to the price discrepancy which was disrespectful and unruly so why would I want to BUY ANYTHING from you after being treated that way? On top of being denied a jump for my car at an auto parts place? Then you have the audacity to say "stay positive"? Oh I was positive with making the decision to walk out of your store and deciding to go elsewhere as well as not to do business with Kash Auto again.

I purchased a complete bumper assembly from Kash’s Auto Parts for a 2006 Toyota 4Runner. I specifically chose them and drove 5 hours from Chicago because the bumper assembly was listed at a reasonable price, and was the correct color. Marty was who I spoke with, and texted me photos of any damage (scratches and small dent on bumper cover) to set expectations. We drove out to get the parts, arrived 30 minutes after closing and three employees stayed to help us (not Marty), which we were very grateful for. The employees that were there were nice and helpful, however we were rushed out due to being in “a bad area of town“ and after business hours. After arriving home and inspecting the parts closer, the bumper cover and foam piece were in expected condition, however the crash beam was severely rusted (not happy about the rust, but to be expected in the Midwest) and it was literally MISSING A PIECE. On both ends there is a welded on bracket to support the bumper cover, one side is completely missing. I immediately sent photos to Marty and called him about the issue, and his simple response was that it is to be expected on used parts, and that he would offer no resolution to make it right besides me bringing the part back (5 hour drive... not going to happen and he knows it). He then stated that the missing part was a $30 part that I could buy from him and he would ship it to me for free... (more profit for him) then I would have to find a local shop to weld it on for more money out of my pocket. I told him the least he could do was to ship me the missing piece at no cost, then I would just need to get it welded on, and he said that he could not do that... I do NOT recommend this business, they misrepresented an item (I do not believe it was intentional) and were unwilling to make it right... and literally could have refunded $30 or sent the piece free or charge to at least help me.

This was some of the best customer service I received. I was beginning to lose hope of finding a part for my daughters car. When a salvage yard near me gave me this place to call, which was out of state, I was skeptical but called anyway. So very thankful I did. Charlie was so helpful. He not only had the part but being worried I would be buying something I wasn’t sure would work he set my mind at ease by verifying it using my vin number. They took extra precautions to make sure of who I was and where it was being shipped. I was told I would have the part in three days…it arrived in two. I will definitely be contacting Kash Auto Parts and Salvage again and highly recommend anyone else does as well.

Absolutely some of the nicest people I've ever met all around, and super helpful! They had what I needed (which was a new digital instrument cluster for a 99 caddy) and he said, "try it out in the parking and if it works, buy it, if not, it's all good" I already had the car torn apart since I was already working on it. Needless to say it worked out, even let me use a wrench in the parking lot to unplug the cars battery to reset the computer. I couldn't have been happier with the experience I had shopping with them. I honestly wish I could give them more than 5 stars because how outstanding the experience was.

This is the second time I've used a services to get a battery and I have no complaints cuz the first time I bought one it worked up until the year it was time to change it. So what's saying that if I need a battery again I will definitely come here.
