Customer service was excellent. Very professional and have product knowledge of the customers wants and needs. Also she’s able to handle pressure and remain calm with a positive attitude. I suggest a raise or any promotions available. Good choice by hiring Danielle

Very polite, and helpful treated me like a customer should be treated. Explained what I needed even after my oil and filter was changed. Gave me a print out of what time each item needs to be done. Very pleased with my visit will be back in the future.

My tire was low after work, and I just needed a quick air fill. They were fast, professional, and so kind—especially on a cold, rainy day. Great service and even better people!

Firestone is my go-to for car care, and they always do a great job. I recently had the pleasure of working with Danelle during my last two appointments. She's a true professional—she made sure I received thorough service and her communication was outstanding. Knowing I'll get that level of care and clear information makes all the difference!"

The Caucasian gentleman mechanic who wears glasses was so polite and helpful. A literal guardian angel.😇 I stopped by several places nearby, frantic and panicked in an unexpected crisis. You see....The air pump at a nearby gas stations tire gage was broken and I had just put almost 20 pounds too much into one of my back tires by accident. Unfortunately I don't know how to successfully remove the air. So I frantically drove from place to place, politely inquiring if there was potentially a good Samaritan to assist me? It wasn't until I had arrived at the Firestone on Prospect in midtown, that someone was willing to even give me the basic time of day, let alone help me out in a pinch. I was naturally going to tip a couple bucks whoever helped me as a basic courtesy... but I had to make a review as well...to show my gratitude. I was near mental breakdown from way too much crap on my plate *(who can relate??) and that unexpected mishap with my tire had started to severely shoe the cracks in my overburdened plate. Firestone glued my plate back together by being empathetic and kind and made my disaster scenario turn out great 👍 👌 ❤️😎. The importance of which I cannot over state.

I have had a few repairs at this location. I like this staff because I can trust them. they have never tried to over sell me things I do not need and all of my repairs have been done timely and with care. Dave as a manager is great to work with being especially helpful with my older car.

Had a flat tire and showed up an hour before closing. Even with several customers ahead of me, they were able to squeeze me in and fix my flat so I can be back on the road. On top of that - customer service was extremely pleasant and professional.

Not even one star more like negative 1000 stars went there and came back with deep scratches on my hood and an engine light that came on the next day, didnt even bother to go back about the scratches because I knew they would just say they didnt do it. If they were careless enough to let it happen they won't admit to doing it at all. Waste of time dont bother.

Unfortunately google requires me to give 1 star, but if I could I would give 0 stars. I had an issue with the breaks, they replaced a few very expensive parts and charged about a grand. Not only did it not improve, it was worse. They told me they bleed the brakes which I never seen them do and I did them myself and that fixed the issue. Idk if they were truthfull or not but what I do know they charged me a grand for something that took less than 100 dollars to fix. Not only this but they attempted to get me to replace other pieces that did NOT need to be replaced which I verfied with other reputable mechanics.

AVOID! Choose any of the thousands of other places in Cleveland to get your oil changed (more affordably, too!). Made a 10:30AM appointment online. Appointment was confirmed. Arrived at 10:30AM to a mostly empty waiting area with one glum, bearded, disinterested-looking employee sat behind a computer on a phone but not saying much. I waited patiently for any sign of acknowledgement: eye contact, a nod, a finger signifying "1 minute," anything. I got nothing. Nada. Zilch. I stood around until 10:45AM - 15 mins. after my scheduled appointment - and then left without hearing one word from the only employee I saw. Customer service SERIOUSLY lacking. I'll never be back. The good news is I went straight to Take Five and my oil change was done in the 15 minutes I spent waiting at Firestone. Go elsewhere and avoid Firestone!

Came in for a new set of tires. The staff was all very friendly, from the time I scheduled my call, to the time I paid the bill. They were busy today, so my wait time was a little longer than I would have liked, but they were moving and grooving back there and even hooked me up with a little discount. Overall, a very pleasant experience with exceptional customer service.

Super helpful location. I called around for help with my warranty claim, and this location was the most helpful out of them all in the Greater Cleveland area! The staff was kind, friendly and work well together. Danielle and Tony specifically were awesome

This was my first time at this Firestone location, and I am thrilled to call it our new car repair home. Dani was super helpful at the front desk, and she kept me updated every step of the way. In fact, every employee I spoke with was helpful, kind, and patient. Highly recommend!

Mar 4,2025 - Made appointment 114pm for 5pm. 1 star - paid $464.77 Appointment approved 128pm. Brought in car to have 2 rear tires put on. Person says 2 tires says in system. 610pm. They say have only one tire. Only one tire in the store. Tell me will get done in the morning. Say will give me a discount if apply for a Firestone card. I don’t want to apply for a card to get a discount. Why approve an appointment if don’t have the tires??? Mar 5 Call 1130am. Says doing wheel alignment. Car not done. Get no call. Show up 220pm. Car in parking lot. Go in. Says didnt do a wheel alignment check. 244pm. Says need wheel alignment done. $120. Got slight discount. For all that trouble saved $50. That’s it. Nearly 24 hours to get 2 tires on a car. Car done - 305pm. $464.77 We go the EXTRA mile. BS!!! The Firestone and Ford tire controversy of the 1990s saw hundreds of people die in automobile crashes caused by the failure of Firestone tires installed on light trucks and SUVs made by Ford Motor Company On February 7, 2000, KHOU-TV in Houston Texas ran a 9-minute story about high-speed Firestone tire failures on Ford Explorers that led to 30 deaths On May 22, 2001, Ford announced a voluntary recall of all Wilderness AT tires of 15, 16, and 17 inches installed on all Ford trucks and SUVs. This covered an additional 13 million Firestone tires and cost Ford $3 billion It’s been 20+ years. Firestone still is 1 star. Go somewhere or ANYwhere else than THIS place!!!!!!

Dave and Ray were awesome dealing with my major brake issues, even staying late to make sure that the car was in tip top shape upon exiting the facility. Service desk was very friendly and efficient as well giving no judgement on what issues my car had. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat. 🤙🏾

I booked an appointment for 3:00 PM and arrived early at 2:45 PM, handing over my car keys. I needed just an oil change and flat tire repair—standard services. However, it’s now 6:20 PM, and I just received my car back, which means it took over 3.5 hours to complete these services. While I understand delays can happen, such a long wait for simple services feels excessive, especially with an appointment. Better time management and clearer communication would have been appreciated.
