I have been with this place for over 4 years now, with two different cars. When I wanted to buy a new-used car, they helped me make sure the car was a good buy. Every time I bring the car in for a check up, they walk me back to show me what is wrong (if anything). I've even been picked up by the owner when my car was ready for me. Broke down on Route 90 in Cleveland while on vacation. AAA picked Target Automotive to tow us to, and I am glad they did. The staff was friendly, accommodating due to our emergency repair situation, and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They even drove us to a restaurant to get food. The next morning I received a call to make sure we made it to our destination and had no more issue with the vehicle. I would highly recommend them.

Trouble with brakes near Cleveland Clinic. Called Target and was able to drive the couple of hours. Got their after 5 so they took us to Comfort Inn. O on Euclid Ave to spend the night. They got in right away in the morning and found the break lines were bad..got an estimate. Since we had to be at Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center in Sandusky at 1:00pm they arranged for a car rental at a very good rate with Enterprise. Our car was repaired and ready to go about 3:00pm. Price was reasonable. Very pleased with their work and customer care. I truly believe this is how the treat all of their customers and would highly recommend them to locals and travelers. We live in Toledo, Oh area and if we had car trouble with 50 miles we would definitely go there again!!!!

Easily the best interaction I have ever had with a mechanic. Jordan and Joe are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and seemingly did whatever they could to make sure I was happy with the work they performed. The price is unbeatable. These guys are no frills and down to earth. I ended up needing more repairs than what I could afford at the time, and Jordan was very helpful in making sure I took care of the most important issues with my vehicle and set up a plan to get the rest repaired next visit. The shop seems small from the outside but its definitely more than meets the eye once you walk in and see their operation. I also dropped my car off before I went on a lengthy 10 day vacation and picked it up after I got back. They waived all the holding fees for me - Truly phenomenal service!

The staff was unprofessional. They stereotyped me as a black person. They made assumptions about me. They assumed I needed to start a payment plan for my repair under the assumption I cannot pay my bill. When i pulled out my AMEX platinum card is when their attitude changed towards me. They quoted me one price. When I came in to pay they charged me a lot higher. They also charge a huge credit card fee. I would never use that racist company ever again.
