I was on a road trip and experienced some issues with my steering. A Cleveland local recommended Z's and they diagnosed the problem on site, repaired it the same day, and even gave me a loner vehicle so I could get around town while my truck was in the shop. These guys are absolute gold. I might never be in Cleveland again, but I will always remember and appreciate how top notch their service was. I wish I could find a mechanic like that in my hometown!

These people have been my mechanic for years. They've been my go-to for oil changes. I've brought my car to them for every issue I've ever had and they've assured me they're not gonna charge me for anything I don't need. And they never have! Instead, they've just ignored every issue I've ever complained about and told me they gave the car a once-over. Recently: I got an oil change and mentioned I've been hearing a grinding sound. "Brakes look fine, but your one tire's belt pad is going." Easy enough fix, they swap the tire out for me. The next day, the sound is not only louder but my car is starting to skid when I brake. After taking the vehicle elsewhere I learned that all four of my brakes need to be replaced, but all my brake pads are worn through and my calipers are locked or rusted. "Brakes look fine," I was told. This was after three separate checkups. Z won't overcharge you, because they won't do anything. I'm never coming back.

The other reviews are probably not fake just because someone had a bad day. I had a very good experience here and this is now the only place I take my truck. Was going to a more commercial mechanic previous. Their prices were steep, came here and the pricing felt much more realistic and reasonable. Staff are nice and work was done quickly and properly. I would recommend this shop. Especially if you want to give money to people who need it and not massive companies that need it less.

Thrilled with the service here! I am weary about trying new mechanics, as so many will gouge your wallet. This place squeezed me in even though I could tell they were slammed, and I was back on the road same day. They didn't try to oversell me on what needed repaired, and the price was way better than I anticipated. Will definitely bring my car back here!!!

I had my A/C repaired here and thought I found a shop to have relationship with but the refrigerant didn't last and I was out of a 150 bucks that I didn't have. Had I known that I wouldn't have got it done. Just thought they would check for leaks. Good People though.

This is an old school, family owned and operated corner service shop! The father and son mechanics there are skilled, honest, and provides satisfying customer service and excellent demeanor. Good prices. Dave will not try to upsell you anything that your vehicle is not in immediate need of, but rather give you an objective consult in what potential and optional needs could be forthcoming. Since it's a small shop (open Mon-Thurs), they can book quickly. Reputation and popularity will do that, but oftentimes, a good sign of a good shop! No hesitation giving them my business and recommending such. Support local and family businesses in the city! They're a dying breed.

Been taking my car there for a couple of years..they are good mechanics ,but overtime they skyrocketed their repair prices! $1,249 to install a fuel pump on my Chevy cobalt... ridiculous.time to file a BBB report.that is why they hardly have any cars in the shop.

I thought my car was making a noise and I was sure it would expensive.. took it here he gave it a through inspection and couldn't find anything wrong with it.. they could've said any number of things were wrong with it and I would have been none the wiser. But they didn't!!!! I will definitely be back for all my car needs..
