Place is HORRIBLE when it comes to their customer service and their auto care service! They had my car for 4 hours and called me the last hour saying they couldnt even fix the problem. Told me I need a new tire and they didnt even have my tire size! I had a flat tire I asked could they at least put my donut on so I wouldnt have to ride with a flat with my 1 year old in the car and they told me no. NEVER AGAIN! I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place on earth to get car service done! Took my car to Tire Depot on Pearl and only took them 30 minutes!

Rude customer service representative Will not help with simple questions Hung up on me when I called to speak to someone about getting new tires Why even bother having a service center when you don't want to service the costumer Learn some people skill and train your staff on how to communicate properly

I got my oil switched to full synthetic. Price was good and it didn't take that long friendly staff. I suggest not to get any services if you are in a hurry. This is not a 10 minute oil change place. Good quality work for half the price !!

I have had two experiences with this specific auto center, both are worthy of one star. In one instance I made a 1pm APPOINTMENT to have my tires changed. I showed up on time, and was told they would not get to my car for another hour. I tried to be lenient, but what is the point of making the appointment and showing up on time if Walmart doesn’t honor or value your time? I had to wander around the store for an hour until I finally decided to take an Uber home. They told me the tire change would take one hour. I didn’t hear a word from Walmart until just after 5pm! Absolutely unacceptable! Are you expecting your customers to wait in your store for 4 hours for a tire change? If that is the case, change your policy and set the customers expectations that it will take a full work day to put 4 new tires on even with an appointment. On top of this, a lug nut went missing on the rear wheel after a month...are you serious? That is unsafe! My second experience with this tire center was equally upsetting. My newly painted wheels came back with severe nicks and paint chips! Okay, I can accept nicks around the outer rim of the wheel as that’s where tools are creating metal on metal contact, annoying, but I’ll be lenient. The problem is that my wheels were nicked and chipped on the front face of the wheels closer to the center of each wheel and they didnt ask if I wanted to replace my valve stems! I did want new valve stems...Why is that acceptable? Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place any less. Terrible experiences.

I had the pleasure of dealing with dave the manager there over the phone. Was pleaseant really nice and very helpful. Had me come in for 4 tires that i needed. Get there and Mr.hau is the man to take care of my car. He gets into my car redlines my engine at 8000 rpms. Then stalls my car 3 times because he couldnt drive stick and put into reverse. After dealing with the car and getting tires on he then sends my car forward into the shop several times trying to reverse and stalled 2 more times. Everyone refused to get him out of my car and laughed saying everyone there knew how to drive stick and had to just get used. To it. In all my years of machanic history ive never once seen my machanic or any machanic stall out a stick shift car 5 times in 1 hr. Very unhappy and very worried about my clutch now. Technitions should let there boss know if they cant drive a 6speed transmission car

They literally do not answer the phone. After ringing for 3 minutes, it transfers you to the “fitting room” phone and the person says that all they can do is try to transfer you back. Would not recommend. Surprisingly, steel yard location was phenomenal!

I'm only giving them 1 star because I can't give 0. Actually, if I could, I would give them negative stars. This is easily the worst place I've ever had a tire done. I took 1 tire, already taken off the car, 4 hours later the job wasn't even started, let alone done. Only after I got there and complained did they start working on the tire. I recommend that you avoid this Walmart at all cost.

Service was great but people were greater. Terry needs a promotion yesterday because he was AMAZING 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽Took care of me and my car in a timely manner and what he couldn’t fix immediately he made time for later in the day BLESS THIS MANS 😍 seriously if it wasn’t for Terry the entire establishment would come crumbling to the ground 10/10 service if every mechanic was like Terry the world would be a better place 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Seriously @walmart don’t let his talents go to waste give him a better title and more money because DAMN you are lucky to have him 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I must say that the service was great and the fact that 2 people called off during the time I went, it made it hectic for the attendant because he had to check everyone in and service cars at the same time until someone came in to help. He had a pleasant attitude and even though people were short with him, he never got out of character; I really commend him (Joshua) for that...very professional!

Walked in yesterday to get one tire after getting a flat and the staff was extremely nice. Brian and Deandre were helpful and Deandre was able to find me a tire on clearance!! Even when just walking through the store and in the electronics section the staff was helpful and pleasant!! Haven’t experienced this in a Walmart in a while!!

Very irritating experience. I went in yesterday to try and get an oil change/tire rotation. They said they didn’t have any workers but to come back at 7 a.m. the next morning and there would be people able to do it, so that’s what I did. Walked in at 7 the next morning to be told that all three of the auto shop workers called off and there was no one able to do it. The only reason this review gets two stars and not one is because the people working the desk were helpful and pleasant both times. I guess if you don’t need anything done to your car then go here but if you’re looking for shop work on your car, avoid this place at all costs.

The workers at the auto care desk are extremely skilled in denying claims for defective tires they have installed on vehicles. I returned a defective tire that had developed a hole on the sidewall due to dry rot (inspected by my mechanic) and they subsequently denied my claim because I did not have a receipt, but then they were able to look my order up in the computer only to make sure they could deny my claim for having no "roadside hazard" warranty purchased, when the issue was a defective tire. All of a sudden when the manager arrives they can no longer look up my order as they have just done and all but scammed me out of my money by denying my return. Not only do they sell faulty tires but they will also scam you out of the money you are entitled to in return

I went to the Walmart and got these tires and this is what happened. I almost lost my life and all the other tires are seeping air. I have to continuously go back to Walmart schedule appointment and take time out of my day to get them sealed and refilled. these are the Douglas Tower brand they are horrible. I would never shop at Walmart for tires again. I’m so glad I didn’t lose my life in the middle of the highway when my tire flew off and flew across the highway and I really feel like Walmart owe me some sort of conversation.

Scheduled a simple oil change for 11am. I arrived at 10:45a. There was not a wait or line of cars. The parking lot was empty. They didn't pull my car in until 12:15p and I didn't get my car back until 1:30p. What takes so long for an oil change? This shop is slow and doesn't seem to care about doing a good job.

I bought four new tires along with road hazard protection warranty for my 2022 Kia Sorento. Upon finishing, the man put my spare in the trunk and when I asked him to put it where it belongs, I was told “well I don’t know everything.” He was very rude and snarky. Less than 24 hours later I went outside and my front passenger tire was completely flat. I had to get air in my tire then drove back to get the issue fixed. Upon getting there, I was told that I would have to wait for two cars that were in front of me. I explained that I had an appointment to get to after sitting there two hours the day before and asked him to look at my tire and have the mechanic stop working on the car to fix it considering it was their mishap and they had just put the tires on. I was nonchalantly told well you’re gonna have to wait, I can’t just stop what I’m doing and he continue to go to work on the car. I asked for the manager. When the manager Jorge got back here after waiting 30 minutes I said “hi” and he completely ignored me and went to speak with the man Brian working at the counter. He then approached me very rudely and said “well you’re gonna have to wait.” I asked him to pull my car in the bay and have it fixed since it was one tire and I had to go. He said I’m not gonna do that, I have two technicians. I told him I would be calling corporate and asked for his name as well as the name of the person who worked on my car. He refused to give me the name of the technician who worked on my car saying “you don’t need his name.” The man’s name was on the paperwork, so the fact that he refused to give me the name of who was working on my car made no sense. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

It's the strangest thing. No-one answers the phone here. Ever. My appointment was canceled (by them) and I can't get a new appointment, because they don't ever answer the phone. Not even the main line or operator. Nothing. Just eventually hangs up.

I had a positive experience with timelines and customer service. My car was taken back immediately and my oil was changed in less than twenty minutes. Brian at the auto register was very pleasant too.

Had an appointment at 6pm on Wednesday. I showed up on time, only to be told the technicians were “leaving for the day” and that I should come back Thursday at 11:30am. Fine. I rearranged my schedule and came back early at 11:20am. Now it’s THREE HOURS later, and guess what? My car still isn’t done. All I needed was four tires replaced—tires that I brought in myself. How does it take three hours (after an appointment!) to do something this simple? This place has zero respect for people’s time. Completely unprofessional, totally disorganized, and definitely not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
