I signed up for a membership last week and I just say I am pleasantly surprised of how well of a job they do here from spraying my car to cleaning the interior! The staff here is amazing and the manager always has the best attitude!

Great customer service, many different price ranges for quality work. Myal is a great manager and works with clients and customers very well. Appreciate the services offered and detail services are well worth the price. I spilled garlic butter in my back seat and they worked with me over a few weeks to remove the smell. They even got the salt stains from last winter out of my floor mats!!! Thank you so much paradise!!!

Worst experience, NEVER GO HERE, disaster!! ZERO STARS! Scheduled and paid my deposit for my car detailing service. Arrived and dropped off my 2021 Hybrid Van on time for my scheduled time at 9AM Saturday. Was told service is 4-5 hours long. Turns out, I called to check up on my car at 4:15pm (and they close at 6pm), they told me my car is not finished, for me to pick up next day Sunday. Sunday comes, I don't receive a call, so I called at 1:16pm, was told my car is still not done and will call me when its done. By the time it was 4 pm (and they close at 5pm on Sundays); I called them and was told my car is dead now and its needs to be towed. I asked to speak with the manager, Alyssa, and she comes on the phone stating my car had issues to begin with when they drove it into the garage and it died on Saturday and she couldn't even drive my car. (And I mentioned I have been driving my car all week and it was fine). She again stated she doesn't know what happened but she left early at 5:30 pm Saturday (and that there was another same car like mine and that van is fine). Then mentioned that my car detailing service was already done and ready for pick up Saturday. She got really defensive and talked over me saying she called her friend from Toyota and was told nothing is wrong with my car and my car had a battery issue. They recharged my car battery all day Sunday but it didn't even work. I was super upset and asked "why didn't they call me if their were issues with my car before they worked on it?" Per the manager Alyssa, said she doesn't know anything, that my car just died and she never answered my question (as to why she never called me on saturday or sunday). Therefore, without my knowledge or consent they performed other mechanic issues to my car, taking out my battery to charge. I arrived at 4:30 pm on Sunday and my 2021 hybrid van is dead, undrivable. My mats for my car is still not even cleaned, they just cleaned it on the spot with water and just threw it on top of my seats, not dried. My dad had to go home to get his jump starter to try to get my battery going for my van. But my car is not drivable nor is it functional. By this time, it is already 6pm; and these young workers and manager is urging to get home, so they are trying to put it on neutral so that they can push my car out of their garage. Turns out my car brakes locked out and it cannot be pushed or shift to neutral mode. And at end of this, Alyssa avoided direct contact so she makes her employee speak on behalf of her, apologizing to me and letting me know that they will cover for my service and then her employee comments that my car didn't have issues on Saturday that it just died on Sunday. I was so upset that I said, "no you cannot start changing the story on me." Then she tells him to ask me if I can or should go get a new battery for my car. I was furious and explained, that with the time at 6pm, stores are closed. So I left my van there in their garage again overnight. Next day (Monday) comes, my husband picks up my battery and takes it to Toyota to charge all day, turns out the battery is done, when they say it should last up to 10-15 years. We get a new battery from Toyota and my car is still undrivable, it only turns on, but I cannot swift gears or anything. We had to towed my van to Toyota and get a diagnostic test and likely will get everything tested. And the manger is no where to be found and not in, all employees state they will relay our message to her. My Case is not done here, and I will be asking for my full deposit back and be sending a bill for my new battery and all the upcoming issues that I have to fix along with my tow service payment that I have to deal with. What a disaster!! Please do not support this place. Unreliable, unaccountable, and employed by kids that don't have any mechanic background about cars!!

*Update. The GM reached out an offered to make things right, refunding my purchase and redoing the interior free of charge. I'll post updated photos The level of quality you get for paying over $50 for a full service car wash is absolutely terrible. Would absolutely recommend finding an alternative Full service car wash provider somewhere in the Twin Cities.

If you’re thinking about scheduling an appointment at this location, I would schedule it elsewhere(like the West Bloomington location). I initially scheduled my appointment online two weeks in advance on a Thursday. After receiving no voicemails or confirmation of my appointment, I decided to call two days before what I thought was my scheduled appointment to confirm. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone said she called me to inform me that they don’t have detailers in on Thursdays - and that she left called me and seemed baffled when I asked why she didn’t leave a voicemail(as in this day and age, I don’t pick up unknown numbers that call and don’t leave a message). We rescheduled my appointment for Tuesday, December 2nd, which was 2 weeks away. I wrote this down in THREE places and confirmed many times with the person on the phone that I had the date right as I had to pay a $50 deposit to schedule my appointment! The morning of Tuesday, December 2nd, I called to ask about the logistics of the detailing. The manager then told me my appointment was scheduled for WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3rd and that they don’t usually have detailers on Tuesdays…I called back later asking for my deposit back(which they charged me $54 for it) because this was very hard on me scheduling wise with work and logistical planning. Two days later, I got my deposit back in the amount of $50 so I had to call again to get my additional $4 back from my deposit. This was overall an extremely frustrating experience and I cannot recommend this location to anyone with this level of disorganization.

Had a customer in front of me not drive out at the end. I was pushed into that car, then the car behind me rear ended me also being unable to prevent hitting my car. The young man came out to check for any damage, luckily there was none. They provided me with a full interior detail. Way to go Paradise car wash!!!! Handled it very well.

She went above and beyond by buffing out a scratch I thought would never come out now it looks brand new! I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail. Just had to post how disappointed I am that this place has finally hit rock bottom! I've been trying to support this place since they first opened but after yesterday's $50 wash robbery, I'm going to move on... There's only 6 windows on a 2-door Bronco and I had to ask them to clean 3 of them after they gave me the thumbs-up (I was watching and had seen that they never touched the back of the vehicle to clean anything back there. See pics)... After pointing this out, and watching another 1.5 half-hearted minutes of them pretend cleaning, I decided to just do it myself with their rags and they walked away while I did it. Fortunately, because hardly anyone goes there anymore, there was nobody behind me so I didn't hang anyone up... BTW: I actually had a 10$pot in the palm of my hand when I walked out, but I decided to treat myself instead after having to chip in to finish the job... And yes, the pictures are all from after I got home from the "Car Wash"

I had a fantastic experience at paradise car wash and detail. The staff was super friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Alyssa was very helpful and kind! My car came out looking spotless—inside and out. They paid great attention to detail, from the wheels to the dashboard, and the whole process was quick but thorough. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of service, and I appreciated the clean waiting area and prompt service. Definitely one of the best car washes I've been to. Highly recommend if you want your car looking brand new again!

This place is very hit or miss. Make sure when you go when It’s not busy otherwise they rush through your vehicle. I purchased the full service option as well as cleaning the interior mats and when I returned to my vehicle, they had not cleaned the center console or the interior doors. I asked them if that was included and they said you need to request that.Beyond that they did a very basic wipe of the backseat I noticed that there was still crumbs sitting on the backseat that they missed. I’ve gotten good washes from here and bad. Every single time when it is busy, they rush through your vehicle.

I thought I would give this place another shot and was dead wrong! I requested a full service and explained I’d like a vacuum, inside wipe, car mat cleaning and was charged $50 dollars that included a basic wash. I watched them vacuum and wipe interior quickly then tell me they were done. I pulled my vehicle out of bay and noticed all the NEW wet mess they made on the interior of my vehicle. I had the “manager” look at the mess and she immediately got defensive on how they don’t wipe down seats. I showed her the cleaning splatter all over my doors and not once got an apology, but told to book a detail job HAHA. I told her I would never do business with them again. What a $50 scam. I ended up doing it myself and out $50.Ill be speaking with the GM DO BETTER!

Came here to use the vacuums. Not sure if I needed to get a car wash first, but the vacuum suction was not there. Like at all. Ended up going to crew car wash across the street and had an amazing experience. Not sure how their car wash and detailing services are since I did not get those but the vacuums were a zero out of 10 at Paradise.

Tried out this full service car wash today because it’s closer than other options. Paid a little more and got a much worse experience. The interior was rushed with streak marks and towel material left all over the inside of my windows. I paid for an interior cleaning with vacuum and rubber mat washing, salt was still left on the matts and they didn’t bother to vacuum an inch of my interior. Crumbs were still sitting in very cleanable areas of my center console. Ended up cleaning the inside myself. The only thing with a work ethic at this place is the machine that washes your car.

I’ve been to a few locations of Paradise Car Wash before, and honestly, I left disappointed more than once rushed service, missed spots, and just not the level of clean I expected. But this location completely turned that around for me. The difference was night and day. Every part of my car from the wheels to the dashboard was spotless. They paid close attention to detail, didn’t rush through the process, and even got spots other places usually miss. The team double-checked everything which I really appreciated. It’s clear that this location is better managed and puts customer satisfaction first. I’ll definitely be coming back here and recommending it to friends. If you’ve had a bad experience at another location, give this one a shot it might just win you over like it did for me.

I have been a member for quite some time now and I love coming to this location. They do such a great job. The facility is well kept the bathrooms are always clean the staff is very attentive and my kids love the lights in the car wash! They are always so kind and always go above and beyond. Ever since I’ve met Alyssa she’s had nothing but Great customer Service not only that but It has become a joy to stop in every week to chat with her and also get my car cleaned Alyssa and her team do a great job and I appreciate them! I’ve tried this location a few times, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately I haven’t been impressed with the interior services. The $15 interior package and the $20 “all mats” option just haven’t met expectations. I’ve noticed large crumbs left behind, mats that don’t appear to be thoroughly cleaned, and missed water streaks. Because of this, I’ll continue driving 20 minutes to another car wash that consistently delivers better service on interior washes. That said, the exterior wash itself is solid, and the free vacuums are a nice bonus if you prefer to handle the interior cleaning on your own.
