I took my car via tow truck in on Wednesday because it wasn’t turning on. I picked it up yesterday& it was working fine- turning on immediately. This morning , once again it did not want to turn on but after like 2-3 minutes of trying it turned on & right now that I tried to turn it on, it took a few times to turn on. Clearly they didn’t do a good job / thoroughly check my car because I’m back to the same issue I started with.

I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. I brought my car in to be repaired and trusted that it would be handled professionally. Instead, the car was kept for over three months and the issue was never fixed. Without my authorization, the vehicle was taken to a third party. I was only informed after the fact, and I never agreed to pay or deal with that third party directly. When I later took the car to BMW, BMW stated they would never refer a vehicle to another shop and confirmed that prior repair work caused additional damage. BMW also advised that a sealed component clearly marked “Do Not Open” had been opened, which made the damage worse. The mechanic initially agreed verbally to refund the money paid, but after waiting over two months, he later refused and attempted to shift responsibility to the third party. Overall, there was poor communication, excessive delays, unauthorized work, and the vehicle was returned in worse condition than when it was dropped off. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.
