Fantastic experience!! Dropped my truck off last week and needed A LOT of work done to it. They called me every time they had an update on my vehicle. I dropped off my car for an oil change in the morning. They were kind enough to book an Uber for me (at no cost of mine) to where I needed to be! While they had the car, they fully checked everything to make sure my car was in good shape. The report was very thorough and even included photos and videos to illustrate any issues or areas that may need attention. When I got the car back, they left a nice card and an air freshener, which was a very nice touch!

Brought my car to Parker's because it would only occasionally start. I had a diagnostic test at the dealer, was told I needed a new battery. I took my car to the auto store to have my battery checked, I was told the battery was good, it was only a couple of months old. I then called Parker's in brought my car there, I was told it was a main wire from the engine to the battery which was repaired. The team at Parker's is awesome!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Parker’s Automotive did an absolutely amazing job detailing my 2025 Toyota 4Runner. The attention to detail was next level—inside and out it looks better than the day I drove it off the lot. Paint, wheels, interior… everything was spotless and professionally done. You can tell they take real pride in their work and don’t cut corners. If you’re looking for a place that treats your vehicle like it’s their own, this is it. Highly recommend Parker’s Automotive and I’ll definitely be back.

I took my Hyundai Sonata here for a full diagnostic after going to two other places for inspection, with one of them being the dealership. James and the team at Parker's auto were very thorough in inspecting my vehicle and caught major issues that the previous techs weren't able to catch. They were very objective and honest about the issues that they found and they didn't push me in anyway to sell the repairs. Throughout their inspection, they were prompt in their communication via calls and text messages and took plenty of photos and videos and provided detailed responses on issues they found. The price they quoted on me was very good for the quality of the work they do and the 3 year/36 month warranty they offer. They were transparent in their cost estimate as well, detailing the cost of the parts and labor separately. Ultimately, I decided that the cost to fix the car was not worth the value of the vehicle, but for future needs I won't think twice about going to Parker's auto for any inspection/repair needs.

Recently brought my car to Parker’s due to the engine running very rough. They arranged to have the car brought in promptly and were quick in diagnosing and repairing the problem (news spark plugs and replaced 3 ignition coils). They conducted themselves professionally and with a high level of customer service. This is a car used by my daughter who recently moved to the city. I am grateful to have found a reliable shop nearby that will be there to help with any car problems she may have in the future.

Love this place, visited the dealer and called multiple other shops about cam phasers for our Ford Ecoboost. The dealer said they "could not replicate" the symptoms and charged us like crazy for the privilege of telling us they won't fix what they cant diagnose, even though its a very well known problem and ford has redesigned the faulty cam phasers twice . The other shops insisted my wife had no idea what she was talking about, and further insisted that Cam Phasers don't even EXIST. Not the case with Parker's. We described our experience and Bobby knew exactly what we were talking about. We dropped it off and they diagnosed it, quoted us exactly what we expected for the job and got it done when they said they would. This team is knowledgeable but even better they're honest. They don't treat customers like dummies and they don't try to upsell you for stuff you don't need. My truck runs fantastic. Smooth power with no noise, and it's even CLEANER inside and out than when I dropped it off. Anything I'm not doing myself, will be done here.

I wouldn’t go here for nothing anymore this guy Jessie it’s a scammer on God he charged 800 for a new run flat tire. Stealing people like that gonna get you bad Jessie you never pick up my call after u get pay I looked for you you never showed up. I search up the web tires were never 800 he never gave me an actual receipt where he buy them and I ask him for the receipt he ignored my calls and texts. DONT GO THERE AT ALL they will steal ur money!! There’s many shop idk how this place still open

I have been a repeat customer at Parker Auto, and recently brought in my 2015 x4 for an oil change, tire repair, interior/exterior detail, and an overall ~90k mile check-up. Bobby, James, and Casey were incredibly helpful and responsive as always; I appreciate the time and hassle-free approach that they take to explain their recommendations, as well as the written list of estimate options that they provide. The work was done in a timely manner, and at a totally reasonable cost. In regards to the interior/exterior detail, Mark really went above and beyond - it is completely cliche to say, but it really does look better than when I first purchased it from Herb Chambers BMW all spiffed up back in 2019. Even the engine bay is sparkling. Thanks as always to Parker and I will be back again.

I highly recommend them, especially if you are need out of warranty maintenance or repairs. They'll let you know what, if anything, needs to be repaired immediately and what may be needed in the future based on mechanical and a visual (video) inspection they make available b4 they start work.
