Hi, my name is Paulette Smith RN. I went to Parks Buick GMC Greenville today and let me just start with " I wasn't w I went there after conversing back and forth with Olivia Gray via email and I already had my financing approved by my Mississippi Federal Credit Union. I knew which vehicle that I wanted, so I figured to myself, " this is gonna be a breeze." Well my Credit Union was only going to approve $53, 000, but the Buick Enclave that I wanted with taxes included was about $3500 more than that, so Ms. Olivia told me not to worry, "you can just get approved with us because our guys work closely with the local banks and the credit unions ". I was doubtful at first, but by the grace of God, Olivia, and her financing team, I was approved for the vehicle that I wanted and the payments are going to be the same as they would have been with my Mississippi Federal Credit Union. OMG!!! What an amazing experience. Everything was just flawless and moved quickly like a well oiled machine. Olivia and her whole team went above and beyond. I highly recommend you going there if you are in the market for another vehicle, new or used. They will definitely take care of you. I promise you will not be disappointing. You will more than likely, DRIVE away one satisfied customer, just like I did.:))))

We contacted the dealership via email before our arrival to start getting a deal arranged because we were on a very tight timeline. We were engaged quickly with Melanie Fink who told us they would put together numbers for us before we arrived. We got there and learned that there is no Melanie Fink, and that it’s an AI email bot, and they didn’t even have the car in question anymore. It was still live on the website. This is a scammy, disingenuous way to do business. I was under the impression I was dealing with a real person and then the guy at the dealership said “surprise! She’s an AI and I’ll be helping you.” Car dealers have bad reputations exactly because of crap like this. Absolute nonsense.

This place conducts honorable business. My husband and I purchased a used truck from them that they had just aquired. We test drove it and looked at it, but didn't notice the touch screen not working properly. I called the next day, Jason and Steven sent me to their stereo people for a quote. Its right at $700 and without hesitation they approved the work. I honestly expected some kind of push back seeming as we neglected to notice it and bought it as is, but they really do live by the Parks promise! Not only did they get the screen fixed, Ernie got us a better interest rate than originally quoted by actually calling the bank and added a 4 year power train warranty with 4 years of oil changes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and not wanting to get jerked around!

My Parks Service Department contact was Ryan Dunlop. I have worked with him previously, and each time experienced Ryan to be thorough, responsive and pleasant to work with. Although minor service was performed during this visit and I was not in a rush to get my truck back, Ryan promptly greeted me, processed my request and called me later that morning letting me know service was completed and my truck was ready for me to pick up. As far as I am concerned, Ryan and all of your Parks Service Department team represent Parks Buick GMC quite well.

Very Disappointed with the Service Department I contacted the service department regarding an issue with my 2024 Hummer EV the small battery died, and now the car won’t start or charge. I can’t even close the door because of the battery failure. When I called for help, I was put on hold and told someone would call me back. No one did. I followed up again and was promised a callback, but it’s now been five days with no response. I was also told I need to arrange towing myself and bring the vehicle in, and when I asked whether this issue is covered under warranty, they simply told me to “call and find out” which I was already trying to do. It’s frustrating to spend so much on a vehicle only to be ignored when problems arise. This kind of service makes you reconsider ever buying another GM product.

While the actual sale went fine, once I left the parking lot they seemed to forget all about me. There were touch ups needing to be done and was told bring it in Monday. Since I was bringing it in I asked to get a quote for a bed cover. May as well been taking to a wall. Never got the quote, never heard from my salesman about the paint problem on my drivers door. Doubt he’d even remember what the problem was. Went to a local shop to get bed cover and running boards. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, 3 days after first call they called and I got both installed. So yeah, disappointed with Parks attention to customer care.

When we finally decided on the Buick, we made the decision to order a 2026. Wayne Brock, was also key in ensuring the vehicle was ordered correctly. *PLEASE READ* 8 Months ago, I bought a 2025 Buick Envision Avenir. I loved this car. After 5 months We began to notice a mildew smell. It worsened until the car was undriveable. I sent an Email to the dealership and explained the situation. Rather than put me though a case with GM which would surely have been a very lengthy process and many trips to Greenville from Winston Salem where I live. Joe D'Aurizio, the GM contacted me and offered to put me in a new car and take the mold issue off my plate. This is stellar customer service. Jason Newsome the manager, and Greg Gilberti in sales were on point and did not miss a beat. Greg must have walked a few miles chasing down vehicles for us to test drive. Jason endured so many times where we changed vehicles. In the end my new car deal was exactly the same as what I had with the Envision. Did I mention that I'm driving a 2026 instead of a 2025 AND I leveled up to the Buick Enclave. They exceeded my expectations and made me a customer for life. This is a real review of a real experience. Thanks to everyone for redefining above and beyond for me.

I recently moved to the area and needed some service done on my 2024 Acadia. Ryan, my service advisor, was outstanding from start to finish. He was very professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about resolving the issues with my vehicle. I had two warranty issues that Ryan and the team at Parks took care of with great efficiency. Ryan was transparent throughout the process, always keeping me updated on the status of the repairs and making sure I understood everything being done. It’s rare to find such high-quality customer service these days, and I truly appreciated the effort he put into making my experience a positive one.
