I was traveling from New York when an issue occurred with my BMW. Century was able to give me an appointment at 8 AM the very next day and had my car fixed and returned by 2PM. Their communication throughout the process was excellent and I am blown away by their efforts when it comes to customer service.

How can I put no star here? The services department was rude to me. I purchased a CPO and I asked the salesperson to ensure there would be new tires on the car and removed a mark on the front of the car . He say yep new tires had a flat tire called. Few weeks later tire pressure in the car was low didn’t think much of it because it was cold, but it continued. Contact the service department and they said it sounds like you need to speak with the Used Car Salesperson manager and he said “you probably hit something” of the bat he blame me. I took it to Mavis and had them look at the rim and the tire they found no issue. Schedule an appointment with the dealership. I’m summing this cause lot transpired and they very rude. Walked outside to take the car guess what tire completely flat. Call the dealership let them know I won’t be able to make the appointment couldn’t drive the car. I was suggested to call my insurance company. I said why do I need to call my insurance company I’ve only had this car good 6-week at the most only about 600miles put on the car. Then she said you might have roadside assistance on the car now I place the service call through the BMW app and on top of tire issue (I got a notification that there were malfunctions with the lights and windshield , ) but I would start with your insurance 1st. I refused that hung up with her and press the SOS button. They informed me you have 2-yrs roadside assistance and the features that come with it. I said well I wasn’t offered that not told by Service department when I called. Next the towed truck picked up the car. Finally got a response from the service department through txt after 5pm. Were they say the rim was cracked and the tire was flat(which I knew that) and I was stating how did rim get cracked. Then he proceeded to tell me I probably hit pot hole and how horrible South Carolina roads are and how another man just bought a car and was in a car accident had to get his wheel replaced (why does that pertain to me, idk) however I say nope I’m paying for something where I just took to a tire shop who didn’t see anything but now a rim broke. Sound fishy. The service department had me speaker so I’m assuming everyone heard the conversation and I recorded because it was them telling me how it’s my fault and I would have to pay. The next thing I ask what about malfunction lights and windshield and the other lights one of the service men/man who talked over me (it was two in the room) said the towed truck guy didn’t say anything I said I’m confused I made the appointment through the app all of my info should have been passed over. The one said BMW doesn’t make wheel rim that can withstand SC roads(again I recorded this) the guy told me he didn’t see anything service lights but agains it’s in my app it’s registered in whatever BMW database. Now I have to tow the car somewhere else where I’ve had men talk to down to me, speak unprofessional, blame me, dismissed if my issue or my concern one guys said put yourself in my shoes I’m sorry are you one who got lied too talked down too in a fashion you wouldn’t talk to your mother or wife, but sure put myself in your shoes. I feel like I’m been discriminated against cause I’m a women and they took advantage of me. Again no resolution and I have to now get this car towed somewhere else. Just bad a experience but who will listen let’s hope the BBB of South Carolina and BMW will listen cause I’m sending this to everyone I can think of

The service department at Century is great! Sheri, my service advisor was extremely thorough, professional and friendly. They sent me a video, showing the inspected areas and letting know the work was complete. They also provided friendly shuttle service to and from my office. I highly recommend them!
