You definitely become Family. They are not a Money Hungry Ownership trying to gauge you for every penny and their service is VERY MUCH TOP OF THE LINE. I know because I've lived North, East, West and now South of theses US and have come across only 2 such establishments in all my 64 years and believe me I don't drive new top of the line cars I'm a regular low middle income person. Now retired. I Thank God for J's Auto Service. I have to travel far since I live in Greer but it's well worth it! God Bless You All at J's Auto Service!!

J Auto Services has the BEST mechanics in Greenville/Upstate!!! I've been taking my vehicles (cars, vans and SUV's) to this location for years and I've NEVER had any complaints about their prices or, services rendered! I've tried other auto shops and have had terrible services (price gauging, been lied to about needing parts on my vehicles that actually didn't need repairs) from other auto repair shops. J Auto Services is the ONLY shop that I trust to service ALL of my vehicles!!! You will find honesty, integrity and excellence at J Auto Services

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If I could put 10 or even 20 or more stars I would. We have taken multiple vehicles (personal and business) here for at least 8 yrs and Jay has always been wonderful. He has ALWAYS told us the truth and gotten our vehicles out and back on the road not only quickly but has fixed what the problems are. He has NEVER done as others have and either lied or break something else. He has ALWAYS been wonderful. I just can't say enough great things about him, his employees and his business.

I've been going to this place for auto repairs for almost 10 years and they have never disappointed me yet. It's a very no-frills auto repair shop and they've done everything for me from suspension / ball joint replacements to fixing timing, Heat/AC, brakes and the usual oil changes etc. VERY helpful and friendly. There may be a wait however because it is a small business and they will probably tell you when they can do the work, not usually on the same day; but they may take it right away as a walk-in if it's not a major issue. They're expert mechanics and definitely know what they are doing, in any case though.

Wonderful experience with the owner in a very stressful time! Broke down in the middle of a long trip. The owner brought my mother, my dog and me to a hotel (it was late in the day) and he repaired the car early the next day. We were able to finish our trip with no other car issues. He went above & beyond to help us and I am extremely grateful!

If you are looking for an outstanding mechanic look no further than J Auto Service. He is very friendly with a great personality. He will not over charge for his service. I have taken my mercedes and charger to him if it is anyway possible I will not go anywhere else. I like good customer service and you definitely get it there.

Took my 2013 Benz GL450 for a water leak. When I picked my car up all kind of engine lights were on my car was bouncing all over the road. I went back and he proceeded to tell me that my air bags and cv axle went out in the few days they had it. They charged 3400 for the water pump

Had my car three days in order to repair it. Charged a half grand plus, and the car stalled out again with all the idiots lights on half a mile from their parking lot. Same issues it has when I dropped it off. Terrible service and a dangerous parking lot with a tiny entrance off a major throughfare and cars parked haphazardly everywhere. Almost got hit coming in, in the lot itself, and leaving.
