I was in Greenville for a couple of days, visiting from Charlotte. My car dashboard showed low air pressure in all four tires! I wasn’t sure what to do, so I went to this Firestone location. What a good decision that was! I was greeted like an old friend and assured that they’d take care of me. And, that, they did. I pulled into a bay, a nice guy zipped around, checking and filling the tires. I went in to pay and they wouldn’t have it. They were happy to help, and just asked me to give a review. I couldn’t be happier,to do just that. I am very grateful to them all.

My daughter called with a nail in her tire. I was just getting off work and most shops were closed or closing soon or saying they could get to it the next day. Called Firestone and they said if I could get there soon, they should be able to repair it. I was cutting it very close to closing, within 25 mins, but they still took care of me. You just don't get this level of customer service anymore these days. I plan to bring all my future business here.

Showed up at 2pm and the shop only had 1 vehicle in their entire 10 bay shop tell me why i spent In total over 4 hrs to get brakes and a tire rotation. After about 2-2.5 hrs waiting i was told they are waiting on front brakes to arrive but they still didn't have the rear end done, just vehicle in the air with tires off and 5 guys standing around just staring at the vehicle chatting it up. 6 comes around and now i hear about how they needed rotors too (which was never talked about until the end) but they kept having to return them because they kept getting the wrong parts. Mind you there has only been 1 other vehicle in the bay the entire time so it aint like they have been too busy to do the work or even keep me updated. Didn't get home til 7pm and missed out on family time.

Wonderful job. I’ve Firestone can be kind of hit and miss. This Firestone on woodruff road in Greenville did good quick job. The ones on wade hampton boulevard and on Main Street in Spartanburg are all good. The one on Blackstock road USED to be good but NOT SO MUCH LATELY unless you’re young and hot looking. If you’re old and comfortably plump like myself ( and proudly so) they ignore you until you complain then they are rude, then they do a crappy repair job, and refuse to fix it. Def don’t go to Firestone on Blackstock road.

Firestone on Woodruff Rd was AMAZING! Calling to set up an appointment was easy as Jeremiah was pleasant and advised me that they had open availability to perform the diagnostic. The team had my parts in stock and was able to successfully do the repair AND save me thousands. Other repair places me quoted thousands but Firestone was able to fix my troubles fast and at a reasonable price. I’m truly thankful for the team at Firestone on Woodruff Rd.

I highly recommend! They are honest and fast. I was told by another tire place that after a flat, my tire needed to be replaced. It didn't seem right so I thought I would get a second opinion. I came to Firestone and they got me right in with no appointment. They said I didn't need a new tire and it could be repaired no problem. They also brought to my attention that my tag was out of date (I had no idea) and got the inspection taken care of for me. They really saved me so much money here! I won't trust my car to anyone else!

Brought my truck in for an oil change and brake work. They informed me I needed an alignment. I had them do the alignment. Three months later, my truck started the “death wobble” each time I hit a bump. If you don’t know what this is, look it up on you tube. It feels like the entire vehicle is about to fall apart. I drove the truck straight to the dealership thinking it would be covered under warranty. They informed me that when Firestone did the alignment, they didn’t reinstall my alignment pins. To figure this out, I had to pay a diagnostic fee and rent a truck for a day. The dealership told me to take it back to Firestone. I took it back and they agreed to fix it but not reimburse the expenses. The manager did offer me an oil change but would not reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses. I would never use them again.

The manufacturer’s mark (red dot) was not used to locate the valve stem, thus more weight was likely needed to balance the tires. The “before” readings of the wheel alignment was not recorded according to manager. The reading wound up being the same as the “after” readings. It would have been useful to know what adjustments were made, if any. I find the two short comings to be unacceptable for a major tire distributor.

Warranty issue fixed with no problems! I had part of my brakes done last year, and the other set of brakes done this year, about 4 months ago. Ago. I had definitely noticed some problems and when I finally called them they told me to bring it in. It turned out to be under their warranty which was amazing! Having all four sets replaced under the warranty cost me only a very minimal amount. And they were all done the same day. Great experience here today.

Technician hit something while test driving my car damaging the bumper, shifting the hood, and headlight. I had a witness with me who knows the car wasn’t like that prior to going to the facility. Notified the facility and they wouldn’t pull up full coverage of their cameras showing the car wasn’t like that before coming there. Of course they denied doing the damages, and said the car was like that already before coming there. If you don’t want your vehicle wrecked or damaged, please do not take it to this facility. Would definitely not recommend this business to anyone.
