Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it off at 11am and did not receive it back until 2:45pm. The service advisor tried to make the issue not seem bad by saying his first message to pick up my car “did not go through”, but somehow the second message did? The only bright side of the interaction was him then paying for the services which I was thankful for.

Had a great visit. My truck was taken back as soon as I got there worked on and ended up changing one of the plugs. This was the fourth time I've had it in for the same exact thing. The attendant plus the technician said if it does it again bring it back and they will start tracking which cylinders the issue is occurring on. The attendant was Anastasia and the technician's name was Chris, I'll give both of them five stars for talking me through the problem and trying to lay out a plan to fix it. Even though the root cause of the problem of fouling spark plugs is not determined yet hopefully a root cause will be figured out in the near future

The service tech was good but this is the second time I have had an issue with my 22 Tacoma, the first a ball joint failed at 34,000 miles and the dealer said I would have to pay for repair due to it being one month out of warranty. After calling Toyota it was replaced free of charge. This last time they did oil change and then said I needed to have the timing cover gasket leak repaired for $5,000. When I asked why the power train warranty didn’t cover it the tech looked at me and said we called and they said it was not covered! So again I called Toyota and after going back and forth, Toyota saying they had hard time with dealer, it was repaired under power train warranty. When I brought it in to get done, the tech still seemed amazed it was done under warranty. Yet this is a known issue with this motor. It is sad that the dealer will not take time to advocate for their customer to REALLY check on it. Will not go to that dealer again, Greenville Toyota and I have lost faith in my Tacoma. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past.

Disappointed with the place, probably wont be back. I went for the usual scheduled maintenance. The advisor kept pushing for a wheel alignment even though the car was barely 2 years old and had no issues with the alignment, he pretty much was implying that it would be extremely dangerous to skip, yet didn’t provide the measurements to prove that I needed one. After refusing he decided to discount the service, I then agreed for it, but I ended up waiting like an extra 2 hours for them to do it. They never gave me the before and after measurements of the alignment as it was probably not significant. Also they didnt close the hood properly so I had to stop driving as the car kept alerting me that it wasnt fully closed. A week later I noticed one of my car tires air pressure was low, I filed it with air but a week after it was low again. I took it to them again as the issue clearly started after they worked on my tires. I had an appointment and arrived early just to end up waiting 3 hours for them to fully service it. After around 2 and a half hours I asked them for updates and they claimed they were working on it and were almost done. Ended up getting the car back at the 3 hour mark and they claimed it was a tiny hole (probably caused by them initially) and they did a simple patch. Given the crazy amount it took for a simple patch I decided to check the dashcam to see what happened and it turns out they only started working on the car after I asked what was going on. So my car was just sitting outside and the advisor lied to me about being almost done with my car. Luckily I asked them as they were less than an hour away from closing and they probably wouldn’t have fixed it on time. If I make an appointment and specify that I will wait there I expect them to start working within 30 minutes of the appointment time, not 3 hours after. I was there after work, so I was there starving all those hours for a simple tire patch.

This has been the best experience with a service provider ever. We were on a road trip and were hundreds of miles from home when our car began to overheat. Luckily we were less than a mile from here and were able to show up. They took us right away, explained the process and provided a rental car for us. We were back on the road within 30 minutes. When we came back through the car was ready to go as stated and worked perfectly. Amazing service and wonderful people! Shout out to Shawn for making it all happen.
