100% stand by their work, even if they make an expensive mistake. Excellent experience. We brought our 2015 Honda CRV (new to us, ~95k miles) for fluid replacements (brake, automatic transmission, and rear differential). Easy stuff. After they changed the rear differential fluid and I drove the car home, I noticed that there was a slow leak from the differential. I brought the car back and they agree that there was a leak from the plug, likely now cross threaded. They immediately offered me a rental vehicle, at no charge to me, while they ordered the tool needed to repair the threads. Long story short, the threads on the differential plug could not be repaired to stop the leak, so they replaced the entire differential for me, at no additional charge!! During the week or so it took to get the replacement in, I had the rental car, also with no additional cost. I didn't need to argue or demand that they fix the problem, they stood by their work and made me a very satisfied customer. Thank you FC HALT team!

Fantastic place!!! I highly recommend it!! They were very reasonable and professional. I wasted my money taking it to another shop and the mechanic was not able to fix it. FIRST CLASS service & concern for my unusual oil drip coming from my front wheel hub. They not only gave a bumper to bumper visual inspection and put it up on hoist, but allowed me to see for myself what was going on!! They took care of the problem and sent me home with an explanation of what and where needed attention in the future on my vehicle.
