This is a solid shop! They will Shoot straight and provide honest pricing for great work. Discounts and deals are not the best way to go, pay for the good work and get good pricing. You can’t ask for more. They are my goto shop in the SC upstate!

Sent my truck here after changing injectors. They called back saying I need a “ NEW ENGINE “ $13,000. Towed it to a real shop and they replaced the injector seals, the truck is running great.

My LML duramax died on me while in Greenville and wouldn't start back. Jason diagnosed a faulty fuel filter housing sucking air in the fuel lines, housing was replaced, and I'm back on the road. Very reasonable labor rates.

Jason helped us here. We are from out of town & our 2018 Diesel 2500 Dodge Ram is having issues sputtering. Jason was friendly & told us the problem immediately. Very knowledgable & professional guy.

I called to see if they could fix our Ford F250, I sat on the line for almost 5 minutes listening to him talk to another customer, then, I was finally put on hold, then a few seconds later, they hung up on me!!! I guess they don't want my money!! I will never call them again!!

Went there to inquire about service on my diesel Colorado. Jason was very helpful and showed me how to upgrade my tuner through the third-party website. Thumbs up!

The review reflects the customer service aspect of the business-I went in to get my truck serviced but was told I needed an appointment, no big deal, I made one for a couple weeks out. I went the day of the appointment but was told they were short staffed and had to reschedule. Not ideal, but I understood, so I rescheduled for a few more weeks out. I returned the day of my appointment but was once gain turned away due to over saturation of work. I was told I would receive a call to reschedule but I never did. This was 6 days ago. I understand you’re short staffed. I am also busy, and spending the time and effort in calling, taking in the vehicle, calling again, taking in the vehicle again is time consuming and annoying.

He might not the prettiest diesel mechanic and he'll potentially yell at you, a lot sometimes, but once you get past his cosmetic appearance and social ability, you'll realize he's one of the best, if not the best diesel mechanic in Greenville. On top of his mechanical knowledge and ability hes honest, gives a F and is more than reasonable in costs. Wouldn't take our trucks anywhere else.

Jason is great. He has been working on our diesel - 330K miles - for the last 18 months. It’s usually smaller stuff and he hasn’t charged me a bundle. Found a bad fuse causing an issue and it was free. Stuff like that. He is busy so it may not be while you wait but he has always had it back to me in a couple days or so. Good people.

They’re very busy because they are great mechanics and great guys, they know their diesel engines. Also they don’t screw you over on the price. I filled my 7.3 f 250 up with gasoline while I was on the phone with my girl not paying attention. They emptied it changed the filter and put 10 gallons of diesel and diesel treatment in it for 350 bucks. I thought I was going to spend at least 1000 on it because most places will drop the tank even though it’s unnecessary. Next time I need something done I will definitely go to these guys

I’d give it zero stars but you can’t… has had out truck for over 12 weeks got it back still broke won’t answer phone calls won’t call back heads are still messed up out of 12 months my truck has been down 9 of them with zero effort to make it right. My truck down means my business hurts as I haul equipment everyday!!! 🤬

I am especially grateful for Jason's expertise. Not only is he trustworthy, but I also appreciate him giving me advice about my truck over the phone. The best advice he can give me is telling me not to worry about a noise or light; just drive it until I get time to bring it in. Highly recommend!

Awesome mechanic! Knowledgeable and honest, what more could you ask for. 1 place told me I needed a new motor but Fletchers fixed the issue and got me back on the road.

Let's put it this way. After doing some research, including reading online reviews and calling and talking with people who ran diesel repair shops, I decided to *tow* an old '84 Ford F-250 all the way from Pacolet just to have it repaired here. Jason is exactly the person you want working on your diesel vehicle. He clearly takes pride in his work, and I couldn't have been happier with the results, and the honesty! My only issue now is that I'm a little over 2 hours away from Fletcher's.

I have been using Mr. Fletcher for multiple work truck repairs for decades. Not only am I always pleased. But I HAVE YET TO STUMP HIM W/A PROBLEM. ALWAYS RECOMMEND HIS SHOP WHEN PEOPLE ASK.

Thanks, Jason, for fixing our 2003 RAM diesel. Being new to the area, we weren’t sure where to go for service, so we first took our truck to the RAM dealer in Greenville. They kept it for two weeks, duplicated the problem, yet still said they “weren’t sure” what the issue was. Even after we suggested replacing the fuel pump, they never performed the work. When we finally went to pick up the truck, we were charged an hour of shop time—and the truck died on the highway on the way home with the exact same issue. This was the second time we brought a RAM to them, and it will be the last. Jason at Fletcher’s immediately validated our suspicion about the problem. He was honest from the start, telling us he couldn’t get to it until the following week. We had the truck towed to the Laurel Street shop in Greenville, and, right on schedule, he began working on it the next week. He duplicated the issue (even got stranded himself while testing), confirmed it was the fuel pump, called us Thursday with the repair estimate, and had it fixed by Friday. The cost was very reasonable, and for the first time in weeks, we drove home without breaking down. We could not have asked for better service. Jason was straightforward, thorough, and dependable. We’ll absolutely bring our diesel back to him for any future work. The Greenville dealer, however, was extremely disappointing.
