If I could give zero stars I would! Brought my Cadillac here since it was purchased at Kevin Whitaker thinking that I would get the same good service- WRONG!!! It took almost two weeks longer than they said, picked it up still not having all of the parts on the car, they couldn’t clear coat the fender and said that I would have to bring it somewhere else for that and then when they finally said it was ready it wasn’t! Walked up and there was white rubbing compound smeared all over! Had to sit in the parking lot and wait some more! Please listen and DONT bring your car here!!!!!

Had to take the car back 3 times for paint repair after hail damage and it's still not right ( a lot of what looks like dirt specs in the paint ). Two months later took them a gas cover to be painted. Cover cost $15 through the dealer, then had to take to the collision center to get it painted. They charge $63 to paint a gas cover! Hi way robbery, and there are 4 specs of dirt in it. When you pay that much is it unreasonable to expect perfection? I will never take another vehicle to this collision center and recommend that you go elsewhere as well.

Chevy Malibu repair was amazing. Only took less than 24 hours for two lights and bumper which u thought would be days bc if past experiences. When i went to pick it up I didn't recognize my car. I actually had to look inside for my house phob to be sure. It was spotless.. like a brand new car. Blake was very professional and polite.

If zero was possible that is what I would give this place! Very rude and unprofessional. Lied about when they received my truck but stated easier vehicle come first when I questioned the manager he tried to charge it! Kept my truck for almost month. Then stated they was waiting on parts. Gave me a pick up date to stop me from calling then it wasn’t ready on that date. Then they left a part off truck then wanted us to come back but we live out town. Keep looking before coming here.

Very professional . Listened to all of my concerns. Tanya at the front desk was so helpful to me. Relatively short turn around and fixed the problem. A large animal darted out onto the street and did damage to part of the undercarriage. Would recommend this place for collision work.

Kevin Whitaker Collision was the only shop that was willing to work my vehicle in within a week for a small repair job. They also suggested and willingly installed collision wrap over the hole in my roof to keep water from leaking into the interior while waiting to work my car into the shop. Went to pick up Corvette today that only front valance was being painted on and the paint job was pitiful. At least 4 places had bugs or trash in the paint. Had to leave car to be fixed again. Was expecting a first quality job. So dissatisfied. Hoping it’s better on second time.

We are very picky where we take our vehicles to be worked on and were happy to find a local Cadillac repair shop. It was a great experience working with Tonya, Erik and the whole team. From start to finish the communication was easy, everyone was very helpful answering all of our many questions and most importantly they take good care of your vehicle and do really great work. We tried to be as understanding as possible with them, we really did. There are tons of things that are out of their control when it comes to the insurance company and parts coming in, but they had our vehicle for 3 months, we constantly had to be the ones to check up, they never initiated progress reports or check ins, and we still had to take it somewhere else to be fully fixed. The first time we went to pick it up, the pieces that were repaired didn’t line up properly so we asked them to fix it, when we went to pick it up again, it was still wrong. When we finally picked it up to take it home, they installed our blind spot monitoring sensors incorrectly. We told them about the sensors and they told us they would recalibrate but if not we could take it to a dealership for them to diagnose. Diagnoses came back that they were incorrectly installed. We drove 45 minutes back to Kevin Whitakers to have them fix it and when we went to pick it back up, still wrong. We even asked them to test drive it to check if it was fixed and they told us it had no more issues. We had to take it back to the dealership for a second time to which they advised that in appearance, nothing was changed since the previous time our vehicle was there. Before we picked up our vehicle on Thursday, the dealership advised us that Kevin Whittaker’s body shop had failed to reinstall the clips above the wheel well. The negligence, lack of communication, and lack of professionalism would lead me to tell anyone to avoid this body shop.

Tonya and Greg over at the collision center know their business! Prior to taking my car to Cadillac for repairs from a collision, it was in to other shops. Between those 2 shops I was without my car for THIRTY-SEVEN days and it wasn’t ever fixed. Then, I took it to Cadillac. Tonya was so helpful. She went above and beyond to make me feel better as this has been quite a stressful ordeal for me. She quickly got on the phone with my insurance, got the documents she needed and turned my car over to Greg. Greg was on it! Within a couple of hours (not 37 days) Greg had my car taken apart, diagnosed, and had already called my insurance appraiser to come out to the shop and look at it, for final approval. Look folks, learn from my mistakes-if you have a Chevy or Cadillac (or maybe other cars I don’t know if they work on all cars) take it to Kevin Whitaker. I can’t express in words how relieved I am after stressing for over a month without a car. I know the word on the street is that it’s more expensive to get you car fixed at the dealership and that may very well be true but I’m telling you, that little bit extra you might have to pay is absolutely worth it. Thank you so much Tonya and Greg!!! 🤗 *I added a picture of my car just because she’s gorgeous and has been in lock up for 37 days and I miss her. Lol. 😂 I’m super- pumped she’s gonna be paroled soon! 😊💁🏻♀️
