Not being good with names, the two gentleman that had to do with my visit, were very knowledgeable, professional and it was a great experience all around. They had fixed the issues in a very reasonable time and my vehicle is back to normal! Very simple fix and they were totally honest and did not try to sell me parts I did not need. From this day forward they have my business. On the advice of a friend, I brought my vehicle to this establishment for some diagnostic and repair work. After I had stated my issues and I explained that I had an extended warranty service, the owner stated to leave the vehicle and he would get to it in a bit (I had made an online appointment prior to arriving). The two issues at hand were air conditioning and a possible tune up. This establishment kept my vehicle from 8:30am until 5pm. At 5pm the owner notified me (if I could leave my vehicle over the weekend). I couldn't do to my work schedule. I conveyed this to the owner and he stated that I could come by pick up my vehicle and we could set an appointment when it was convenient. I arrived at his shop to pick up my vehicle and their was no key to my vehicle left inside. Apparently the owner kept the key until I had paid $80 for a diagnostic for the vehicle. To say this whole ordeal was unprofessional is an understatement. The owner knew I was coming in at 8am ( we exchanged emails back and forth), I made an appointment. Then to keep my vehicle for the whole entire day and then ask me if it would be alright to keep it over the weekend is ridiculous at best. I will not be returning for any type of service to this establishment.

I was told how much it would cost to repair , so I agreed to the price. After the repair I was told it would be 100 dollars more than what I agreed to. I feel all business should let a person know if the price changes. Other than that they did a great job explaining and fixing the problem.
