Do not buy tire coverage. They do not honor it. I was called back with apology and my tire was changed to a new one. All issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Will recommend a dealership like this that owns up to error and fixes it without delay. Cudos

Wife made an appointment for a simple Coolant Drain and Fill, Oil Change and PCV Valve. My wife called and I confirmed with the advisor we only needed a PCV VALVE ONLY. This part shouldn't be no more than $50 total. Ask me why did the dealer perform a Coolant Flush(more $$), they replaced a PCV Assembly for $500.00. Yes from $50 to $500 for something we did NOT ask for. I spoke with the Service manager and he would call me back after he spoke with the advisor and tech! Well that was 3 weeks ago and counting! The sad part is we bought this vehicle from Crown and serviced our vehicle with them on multiple occasions! Transmission issues on a 2021 Armada. We had to take it back twice before they finally repaired it. They did give us a loaner. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! GREEDY!

Worst customer service possible. Inept people who work at the service department. Was upsold on options for my vehicle and lied to about how to get things fixed. Three trips to the service department and they still didn't fix a simple issue...fixing the trim all ALL 4 wheel wells that was coming off and rubbing on my tires. 3 times and to this day it's still messed up. Was sold insurance by the car sellers friend, who lied about things in order to make my insurance payment lower to help his friend sell the car. The next year my insurance almost tripled because the agent lied to the insurance company to get me discounts I wasn't eligible for. Went from 140 a month, to 340 a month. Was sold some crappy "protection" that was supposed to prevent stains on my seats, paid an extra $1k, and was told if any stains came up bring it to them, they would detail it and try to get it out, and if they couldn't, they would call a professional company to get the stains out. Within the first month, I had stains all over my seats from basic use, and they told me I have to go to the third party company, pay them, and then if it "qualifies", i would get reimbursed. A complete lie i was told. Also, I'm the notes when I made my appointment, I asked to have the recall issue fixed, which they are required to do. They ignored that. When I brought it up, they told me oh, bring it in tomorrow and we will do it. No, I don't have the luxury of getting off work two days in a row so you guys can mess around and not actually do what you are instructed to do. I showed him my exact report on what I wanted done, and he didn't do half of it. Oil change and topped my fluids off. Also, if you book your appointment online, don't even bother asking for a loner car to borrow. I checked that box, it made me switch my appointment to a different date and time, so I could get a loner car, because I had other things to do. I get there and he says oh we don't have any but I can have someone take you somewhere. He calls and Uber and they take you ONE place and drop you off, they don't even bring you back. I was also told that since I bought the extended warranty and a bunch of other BS add-ons, that any problem I had with the car, I just bring it in and they will fix it. Again a huge lie. I have an issue on my steering wheel where the left arrow doesnt click or act like a button, you literally hover your finger over it and it starts scrolling left like crazy, as if it's stuck. They informed me id have to pay $200 for them to do a check on it, and inwould be reimbursed if it was something out of my control. Out of my control, in my control, I don't care, I paid almost $7k extra for these packages and protection and warranties, and not one of them actually works like the seller told me. I would never go here for a vehicle. I love Nissan, but I would check out the one in Anderson, SC before these guys. They are the epitome of scummy car dealers. Im actually looking to trade this car in to the Anderson dealer, just so I don't have to deal with this location for anything. Also, don't ever pay for their "maintenance". You can get all the same things done for about $100, when they are charging $220. They need to do an entire revamp of their team and get rid of the rude people and the liars. When I asked about my interior protection plan that I paid so much for that the dealer said was the best thing to get, it took over 30 minutes before they could find an employee that even knew what that was. Shows that it is a scam when none of the employees even know.

Did not address my concerns with my vehicle during an oil change-ONLY performed the minimum which was the preventative maintenance. Did not call me when the car was done. Was rude to me after it took 4 Lyft calls and over an hour to pick me up to get my car. When I finally got back to the dealership (2 miles away ) I was given an eye roll and the representative was complaining about me to another person. He blamed me saying I gave them the wrong phone number. He never repeated my personal info back to me to make sure he had it right in the morning. It was wrong on the invoice when I picked up the vehicle. At least they did the oil change correctly. But I’ll skip their customer service. It’s awful. I won’t be going back.

Wife had a 7:30 appointment for oil change, her car wasn't looked at until 9. She left at 11:30. She had a couple flushes added, but leaving 4 hours after her appt time is unacceptable. And it's been like this every time she goes. We will be trying the Nissan in Greer, then Easley, heck we'd rather go up to Hendersonville if we have to.

We recently moved to the area and were in need of a new service department when our Murano started acting funny. It was extremely easy to book an appointment online for a time that worked for us. Dropping off was fast, we quickly told our service person what was happening and away we went. Within a few hours we touched base and decided to ask for some additional testing as we had a hunch as to what was wrong with our car. We were accommodated and before they closed they not only found the problem but corrected it. They also updated some systems within the engine and replaced the fuel we had in the car after they ended up having to purge it to correct the problem. Checking out was fast and the real surprise came when we learned we weren't getting hit with a several hundred dollar diagnostic and/or repair fee! We are so thankful we took a chance on Crown Nissan and now we will be using them exclusively for any service needs on both of our Nissans, right down to oil changes. Austin, if you see this review--thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have no idea how much of a positive impact you had on our family today! Edited to add: Crystal was wonderful on the phone in keeping us in the loop and provided excellent customer service. :)

I had such a great experience at the Nissan Service Department in Greenville this morning, and I wanted to specifically thank the service advisor that helped me, Austin. I woke up to find that my windshield wipers weren’t working and needed to get in for an appointment quickly. I ended up accidentally going to the wrong place first, but when I got to Nissan, they were incredibly helpful and gracious. Even though I didn’t originally have an appointment there, they honored my situation and got me taken care of right away. They fixed my windshield wipers quickly and within the exact timeframe they promised. The whole team was kind, understanding, and professional throughout the process. They’ve definitely earned my respect, and I’ll be using them for all of my future car service needs. Highly recommend!
