After eight years of driving my vehicle, without ever getting it aligned, and hitting many curbs during that time, I was expecting to be charged an arm and a leg for this alignment. It was so nice to be able to drive my car, and actually have the steering wheel point straight again! Their team did a great job for a very fair price! We definitely recommend to anyone.

This place is a JOKE. My wife went there to have our tires rotated and they stripped out three of the studs on the car 2 of them on the same tire. Then they had the nerve to tell my wife that it was because of normal wear and tear. If they only knew how stupid that sounds. So when my wife went to pay they didn't offer to fix them or even knock off a dime for the damage they caused and they charged her full price. So PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND NEVER GO HERE.

For a few years I sent my work trucks to this place to get them aligned before they did a great job but now everything has changed I sent my personal work truck they didn't leave it right give it back to me they delivered it to me worse today when I get home from work when I go into a curve the truck began to lose stability, I stopped to check and I see a crooked tire on one side I checked the suspension to understand why the tire had crooked, I realized that the suspension was loose, I did not tighten the suspension bolts. I think they should be more responsible with their work.

I took my girlfriend’s truck to this shop to get some suspension work done on December 31st. After we received the truck back we noticed 1. The traction control light was on the dash and we were unable to turn TC back on. This was a huge problem considering the snow we’ve had in South Carolina. 2. The ABS light was also on adding to the issue of driving in the snow. 3. This also screwed with the transfer case causing the truck to not switch from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive.. Come to find out the shop “accidentally broke the sensor when they were putting everything back together on December 31st. The 4 wheel drive not working almost cause us to get stuck in snow, and when it rained the car was also losing traction. We returned to the shop after they told us they would replace the part for free, we were told “It should only take 15-20 minutes” only to wait an hour and a half in the lobby until I finally got up to ask for an update. I was then told that they were “too scared to tell us” their supplier had sent the wrong part and they had spent the last 1.5 hour sourcing another part. After a few BS apologies they said they would call me back as soon as they sourced the part which would take 2-3 days. Shockingly it took 5 days for them to call. I came in and got the part installed no problem, they fixed the issue. I then asked for them to change the windshield wipers as an act of goodwill for the inconvenience of having to come back 3 times. After expressing this the best the shop could do is charge me for the wipers “at cost”. The money is not the issue we’ve already spent $500 here it’s the principle of the issue. Terrible experience would never go back.

Robbins Tire has been around about as long as Greenville. This is a great, friendly place to get tires and some other automotive repairs done. They are competitively priced and give you that helpful, friendly service that used to be the norm. You can make an appointment or just show up to get your needs met. I'll definitely be back to get my automotive needs met.

I know this place for so many years I don’t think people to work on the cars they have that many experience Like how they used to be before they do the Wheel alignment To my van And they forget to put the two new tires Then when I ask them for the new tires They put the tires in the And balance it in five minutes I don’t think they did it right because my car is still pulling to the right , And I ask the people in the front desk if they had to alignment Again And they say no 🧐🧐 they say the tires don’t have nothing to do to the alignment After all, I don’t think they have the right people with experience like before and I not take it back to the complaint because I don’t know if they’re going to do it right or make it worse I don’t recommend it But the lady in the front desk, she was very nice

Copying and pasting the review by my technician. My experience at Robbins Tire and Auto was very good. They kept me informed on the work being done. They confirmed that the caliper was bad and that they had contacted my office to get authorization to replace it. It was a descent turnaround for the service work as well as the caliper replacement that was done.

I want to share about my man Zac. I honestly came in expecting to have to argue about my Cv axle that was supposed to have been replaced. It was not and my car was driving awful. When Zac came in he said not to worry and that it would be repaired immediately. My car drives 100 times better. Great service.

These guys were great! Better than great! We were headed out of town for a camping trip and noticed one of our camper tires was really bad. I called them up and within an hour they had two replacement tires for our camper. We drove very carefully over to them. They quickly replace both tires and we were on our way to our camping weekend. Thank you, Robbins Tire and Auto!!

The only shop that can work on F-450’s and up in the area. They also work on ambulances. They have a heavy duty left for bigger and wider trucks. They folks are nice and honest. Thank you for your business!

My car repair was quoted to be higher than it ended up costing. Which was a huge Blessing. Even though they are very busy they are exceptionally organized and know the wait on each vehicle being serviced. Kayla at the front desk is amazing at working with the mechanics and relaying information to the customer. My car drove like new when I got it back. They took half the time expected.

Fast professional service at reasonable rates. Services that I have used include tire repair, full set of new tires, trailer tire replacement, front and rear alignment, complete front suspension rebuild, and fixed a squeak that I could not find for weeks. I have taken my vehicles there for the past 15 years and will continue to do so. No frills, just good people that do good work.

Some places trade in chrome and cappuccinos. Robbins trades in trust. I’ve lived in Greenville a long time, and Robbins Tire & Auto has been part of that road the whole way. It’s not a fancy place — just good, hard-working people who treat customers right. Over the years I’ve stopped in for everything from small tire issues to bigger checks, and they’ve always been straightforward, polite, and fast. Recently I had a tricky tire problem that a couple of other places couldn’t seem to get right. Robbins found the real issue, fixed it properly, and made sure my whole set was safe. Fair price, no upselling, no runaround — just honest work and genuine people. They’ve definitely earned my loyalty. I’ll be back when it’s time for new brakes, and when these tires eventually wear out, they’ll get that business too. Greenville’s lucky to have a shop like this — the kind you can trust without a second thought.
