My husband's and my sales associate at Fred Anderson Acura was Justin, and he was fantastic! We highly recommend him! He made the whole process very easy and was so professional. We are so grateful to him for taking the time with us and making sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Such a positive experience! Justin in the finance department was very professional and personable as well and made that part of the process seamless. The receptionist at the front desk stood and walked over to greet us when we walked into the showroom. She was helpful and made sure to notify a sales associate (Justin) that we were interested in looking at a car. Overall, all of the staff made us feel very welcome and made the process of buying/leasing a car much more enjoyable. Fred Anderson should be very proud of the staff at this dealership. We will definitely be back in the future and will share with friends and family our experience. 10+ out of 10!!!

Justin and his team were very friendly, quick-paced, and made the buying process a pleasure instead of long and tedious. Provided me and my 2 children with sodas and snacks while waiting. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from about 350 miles away. The team members that I interfaced with were great. Adele and Riley along with the GSM were very helpful. We had some productive back and forth to ensure we were all on the same page for vehicle spec, condition and pricing. We test drive Acura MDX about a month ago. Excellent car! It’s the best among its competitors! One of so many things that stand out above all competitors about Honda cars (Honda and Acura) is the rear view camera. I test drive the competitors but none better than Acura. When the car park between 2 cars, the Acura/Honda rear view camera covers a very wide angles. The backside all the way to a mile to the left and to the right. That way we can see what’s coming. While the competitors only show narrow angles, just 4-5 cars behind the car. This camera is far more important and helpful than the beeping sound from the sensor. Thank you Acura/Honda for keeping this best wide angle camera that your competitors do not have! This is one of the important reasons I consider while buying my future car.

I would like to commend two salesmen,Derrick and Justin. Our daughter was making her first adult purchase and was very nervous. Both young men focused on her and explained everything and answered all her guestions, putting her at ease. It was refreshing that they did not focus on her father as the transaction was taking place and remembered she was the customer despite her age. I would and will recommend both young men and dealership to anyone looking for a good experience and fair deal.

Bought a vehicle one evening this week. Sales rep was very good and helpful. We left info to speed up the paperwork process. We came the next morning at 10 am. It took 4 hours to complete paperwork. We ran out of time and had to shorten our demo time for operating features. The demo guy was great. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. The amount of paperwork required to get a new car is amazingly large. Been awhile since we bought a new car. Obviously lawyers and the government have been active in creating rules to protect us.
