I spent a little over $100.00 for 2 used tires the back tire has good tread .I have to replace my front tire again after about 2 months. I'm pretty sure they gave me an outdated tire. I called about it and the owner said it does not have a warranty., but I could bring it in for free for him to inspect a possible problem for the wear and tear that happened so quickly. They are probably the reason I had to replace my brand new axle with a net caught up in it causing the boot to be sliced. THESE GUYS WILL BE A DANGER TO YOU'RE LIFE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! ZOOM IN TO SEE A CLOSER LOOK. UPDATE 5/9/24 the back tire they sold me has good tread but I found out that the tire has cups from someone else's struts being bad. My struts are good. AVOID THESE GUYS!!!!

I went there to get air in my tires and they found a nail in my back right tire. He lied and told me that he could not plug the tire because of the location of the nail. He convinced me to get a used tire. He charged me $50 for a BALD tire. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE PLUG ! 💯

My cousin went to this place and replaced brand new tires comes with a 20,000 miles warranty. He put 10,000 miles and the tires now Bald and he went to the shop and talk to them. They said nothing we can do go to court if you want. Don’t trust what they said, especially about tire warranty. They’re just trying to sell their products.

I have used their service twice and both times I have been so impressed. They are all super friendly, their service is very fast, and their prices are reasonable. My first time was because I had a nail in my tire and instead of just plugging it they took the tire off the wheel and plugged it from the inside. They said it would be better due to how the nail was in my tire. I appreciated their expertise. The second time was yesterday. I had 12 PSI in my tire and we couldn't find a nail. They worked and worked to figure out what was going on and it turns out I had a hairline fracture in my wheel that was causing the tire to lose air. They had me come over and showed it to me and I could see the crack and the bubbly solution where the tire was losing air. I appreciated them showing me exactly what was going on. They partnered with a welder, took it over to the welder, and I was back on the road with no more issues. Thank you for always taking care of your customers. Jack was very friendly and I felt like I was one of their most important customers! I highly recommend this company and their people!

We were out looking for tires yesterday 8/16/25 and came upon The Plug Tire & Brake shop,we pulled in and were greeted immediately by the attendant, I told the gentleman that I needed 4 new tires and was on a budget, he showed me the tires that fit our car and gave me a price that fit our budget. They had the car jacked up and all 4 wheels off in a matter of minutes, 30 minutes later we were back on the road. I highly recommend this place, top notch employees and management!! ⚠️ Legal Warning & Consumer Alert ⚠️ I purchased a set of tires from this shop approximately two months ago. These tires were sold with a 20,000-mile warranty. Despite this clear warranty, the tires developed serious defects within a very short time. When I returned to the shop to exercise my rights under the warranty, the owner not only refused to honor it, but also treated me in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. This is a direct violation of consumer protection principles and warranty obligations. A business that refuses to honor its written guarantee is engaging in deceptive and unlawful practices. I am now preparing to escalate this matter by filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and pursuing legal remedies if necessary. I strongly caution anyone considering this shop: do not trust them with your money or your safety. If you value professionalism, honesty, and compliance with the law, avoid this place at all costs. Documentation of my purchase and payment will be attached as evidence.
