After communicating with Arnie Einginger via email I visited Fairway Subaru to see the car. I’ve had my 2016 Outback there for service downs of times. As I’ve told all my friends Subaru has been the best car I’ve ever owned. Arnie delivered as promised and everyon at Fairway including Levi the finance manager were very attentive. I chose not to finance as I prefer cash transactions. I wasn’t pressured in any way which was a first since dealers normally want to upsell you everything including the kitchen sink. No surprises on delivery and I am very satisfied with my purchase. See Arnie at Fairway if you want a straight shooter, he won’t disappoint you!

Oil change is a little expensive $100+ for my Forester but it's a dealership. They take care of you well. Waiting area has snacks, coffee, and water. So that's nice while you wait. Tire change was I think comparable to regular tire change places. Been going for a while for everything Forester related want to make sure it runs a long time. I'm very for preventative maintenance:-)

They wanted $350 to pad slap rear brakes on an Impreza. One and, no rotor resurfacing/replacement, just rear pads. I know dealerships are usually much higher than others, but that's absolutely insane

Before settling on Fairway Subaru, we had researched and talked to a dozen or so other dealers in South Carolina and North Carolina. I was impressed by Shaun’s professionalism and hard work throughout the car buying process. He wasn’t pushy like some other dealerships we spoke with. He was down to earth and made the whole process a breeze. Jay in finance was extremely easy to work with as well. Great experience. I contacted them to let them know I was coming from out of town (2 hours) and would appreciate it if all paperwork was complete before my arrival to expedite the transaction. Upon arrival everything was ready and we had a relatively quick transaction. Everyone was courteous and professional and the car’s features were explained very well. average at best.....car I had driven over to see was not cleaned or ready, lots of waiting around with nobody paying much attention but eventually got an offer and arrived at a deal which was pretty good. Agreed to come back in two days to get car which I did. It was cleaned and looked good but then spent more than an hour waiting to see Finance to complete paperwork on a car I had already submitted a full price check for. Finance made a hard sell on additional warranty coverage which I rejected and finally they turned me and the car loose with no instruction on the car features. As I got down the street from the dealer, I noticed the gas was at about 1/4 tank.

First time getting an oil change at Fairway Subaru. Didn't buy the car there, but wanted to maintain it there. Was very impressed with the welcome I received from Angela Plumley and the communication along the way. I love how the technician does a video of your vehicle going over what he finds that is in need. It allows you to see what they did and how they actually looked at things. Very happy and I will continue to return to get our Subaru serviced.

They may do a good work from what I can see in the reviews. However, when I called, I spoke to someone in the service center who did not give me any information on my particular problem and also did not offer any guidance, and almost seemed bothered by me, asking questions to try and understand what is wrong with my Subaru… She tried to transfer me to a different department instead of helping me understand what the best next step would be or just scheduling an appointment to come in. I may have caught her at a bad moment, however, due to this customer service experience I will not be coming here with my car. It just kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

We stopped to get gas and the fuel door wouldn't open. It was hot, frustrating trying to figure it out, and was taking a lot of time. We called Subaru and they told us we would need to contact a dealership. We were far from home traveling to see a friend and one of the closest dealerships was Fairway. We called and spoke to Mairin. She was extremely helpful and gave us a solution, but talked to her manager and found an easier solution. It was all handled over the phone. We were relieved to be able to get gas and continue our trip equipped with knowledge on how to handle the situation the next time we needed gas. A big thanks to Mairin and her manager for getting us back on the road!

Came here for an alignment in November. Noticed our tires were chorded and threading. Called to see if we could be compensated and they said they didn’t notice the condition of the tires at the time of service. Wouldn’t you think the employee would have checked that out when they’re working on the tires? Chorded inner tires is literally the result of a bad alignment. How are you going to refuse responsibility for the damage done to my tires?

This is the official Subaru Service Center adjacent to the dealership in Greenville SC. Professional and friendly service. I was quoted 45 minutes for the wait time for the oil change/ tire rotation service and they delivered right on time. The customer lounge has many tables and chairs to be comfortable. As you are waiting you can grab a snack/ bottled water or make yourself a cup of coffee/tea. I would note that it’s important to make an appointment in advance even it says on their website that it’s not necessary. I came by last week hoping to just drop off my car for service but they didn’t take me without an appointment saying they were already booked for the afternoon.
