I gave my name and they pulled up my previous service records and estimates and got me right in. After service and inspection other services were recommended for the life of my vehicle.

I went there with my friend. Because I don't speak English well, I needed help from my friend. The handsome man with a big beard at the front desk received me very warmly. It cost $69 and it took less than 20 minutes to change the oil. I was very satisfied and happy.

Jason and Andrew were terrific to work with and very attentive to my daughter’s car. We had a short timeframe to get an oxygen sensor repaired, and they worked us in the schedule immediately. Honestly, I was anticipating some unfair high prices because we were in a time crunch, but was happily surprised with a fair labor rate. Highly recommend!

I take my car in to precision to get my car fixed and there no hassle, it done. Other places I have taken my car in the past,I have had problems with things were not done right or the price to fix the problem was insane.

People's\nFriendly helpful , however , I chevked other shops afterwards; the service was extremely, extremely overpriced ! Normally services here seemed fairly priced. That is why I went there in an emergency situation. The price should have been approx $140.00 cheaper to be in the medium range.

Thank you to Andrew from Precision. I received great service when taking my vehicle in for a full tuneup. My vehicle has been getting great gas mileage and is running like a dream since then. It was an amazing plus that Andrew was also a Buckeye's fan O-H !!!!!

I feel the need to edit my previous satisfactory review. Vehicle is back in the shop for an issue that Precision charged me for preventing. #4 cylinder misfiring after they charged me $55/each for all spark plugs and replaced all coils. It appears that the oil cooler was not changed, that I was charged $1200 for. Photos and video to follow.

PUT MY WIFE IN DANGER!!! My wife brought our van here because the brakes were making slight grinding noises. We knew it would need brake pads, but wanted to make sure nothing else was going on too crazy. The technician (she thinks it was Jason) looked at it eventually and said that we had to do brake pads and rotors on rear axle. He also said the caliper was locked and required the brake line to be flushed, replaced, and the whole passenger side caliper replaced. The quote was over $1,000. Well I knew that was ridiculous so I told my wife to tell them we were going to go elsewhere. And that’s when everything changed. This technician told my wife that the van was too dangerous to drive off the lot (it wasn’t) and made her sign a paper that wouldn’t hold them liable for anything that went wrong with the car. I’ve never seen or heard of that at all. But here is what pisses me off and was completely incompetent. The technician installed the passenger side brake pad back on BACKWARDS!!! And COMPLETELY messed up the alignment of the caliper. Then as my wife is leaving says “Your brakes are locked up bad and it probably won’t get better”. Ya, because “accidentally” put the brake pads on backwards! The brakes sounded 100 times worse than when she brought it. She was scared to drive it so I had to come switch cars and drive it home. Luckily, we know an honest mechanic who came to our place. And guess what? ALL IT NEEDED WAS NEW BRAKE PADS! He was shocked at how bad our brakes had been screwed up. It cost us about $100 to fix and it’s been great since. No thanks to the INCOMPETENT and RUDE technician that screwed up our brakes so badly it did almost cause all the damage he claimed we had. So beware the “free check up” they offer. It might cost you more than you even realize. We will absolutely NEVER be back and are deciding if more needs to be done.

I recently had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered. I went in for an oil change, and not only were my fluids not topped off, but the air in my tires wasn’t checked either. Yet somehow, they still managed to inspect my brakes and give me a quote for that. The very next day, I drove to North Carolina with my 3-year-old, and while stopped at a red light, a woman in the car next to me told me there was fluid leaking from my car and smoke coming from under the hood. When I pulled over to check, I found oil splattered all over the engine — the dipstick wasn’t even secured, it was just sitting there. When I called the shop, the guy told me that with my vehicle, the dipstick “can pop out sometimes” and that it’s “known for that.” That’s absolutely not true — my dipstick has never come loose before, not once.

I've been bringing my vehicle here for years. The staff here has always been accommodating and very hospitable. The service is always quick, and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of or being overcharged for anything. Other places have tried to nickel and dime me for any little thing they can find! Precision Tune on Woodruff road will have my business for years to come!

Precision Auto “registered” my new car battery that I had purchased at another battery store. I was told the battery needed to be registered to operate properly and they recommended Precision for this service. The Precision service people took my car in immediately and performed the required new battery registration. They couldn’t have been nicer or more professional and when finished I asked for the invoice and the manager said “No charge - but if you were satisfied with the work, please pass along a recommendation”. Highly recommend this Precision Auto Care location for Auto service!

THIS IS YOUR WARNING! Beware, do not bring your vehicle here! They may get you in quickly and seem professional but it's far from it. My vehicle is now in worse shape than when I took it in and had services they said were needed to solve my issue. They didn't repair it. And just so the staff knows, ALL YOUR DRAMATIC CONVERSATIONS IN THE BACK, can be heard by your customers. I mean everything! Especially the convos trying to get your customers to pay for more services. It's disgusting! Will never feel safe using PTAC again! Lost so much $$ here.

I arrived at Precision Auto Care at 5:35pm with my engine light on and was please to see they had FREE check engine light testing. Let me tell you Jason and Andrew were top notch! They knew so much about my vehicle.. more than my dealership had ever told me(and they are the ones that have serviced this vehicle for the past 6 yrs) They informed me why the light was on printed out the code the diagnostic machine gave and fixed the problem just like that! And the price was unbeatable! These men know exactly what they are doing. They are PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEABLE and CARING. I would HIGHLY recommend them any day. Thanks guys for ALL you did to help me.. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH!!!!

I stumbled upon the Woodruff Road location maybe 10 ago trying to find somebody with affordable oil changes. I keep going back because they also rotate your tires. No one does that for this price. The guys are always friendly and they're very quick. I didn't know it at the time but I was able to get them to replace the rear bearings on a car as well. Ive used these guys through four different automobiles, foreign and domestic, and I plan on keeping it they way into the future

Do not go to this shop. Spend more for better quality somewhere else. I went in to have my CV axles replaced. The biggest issue i had was being lied to by Andrew. I had asked him twice directly if OEM axles would be put on. Both times he said confirmed OEM axles would be put on. Aftermarket axles were instead put on and one of them failed and i had to get the car towed. I allowed Precision Tune to make it right by allowing them to fix it. I asked Andrew again to put on an OEM axle instead and again he confirm that the axle was "from Honda". This again was lie and an axle put on was from GSP. The aftermarket axles vibrate and are not up to standard. This was a costly experience that lead to a waist of over a $1000 and my time.
