Took my vehicle in for a software upgrade. Service advisor was excellent. Vehicle moved quickly from reception to work area. Lounge was nice. Restroom was clean but out of paper towels. Car was ready when promised. Was told 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. Hard to believe that it took one and one half hours for a software upgrade. Maybe a slow connection or not enough ports but 1.5 hours to upgrade software. What's waste of time or maybe there were other vehicles being upgraded and my vehicle had to wait for an open spot. If so very poor planning.

This is the 3rd time I have been to this Honda to get one of my cars serviced. Their customer service could be better. They are not as friendly and warm as the dealership I purchased my cars from. The service advisor that I had today was very slow and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. One thing I do appreciate is that they don’t push you to get services done on your car.

Drove 2 hours away to test drive a potential '22 Subaru Crosstrek Sport. RJ was my original sales person however he had an emergency & had to go. He left with me no worries and in good hands. The worst part of this experience was trying to get connected to someone by your AI phone answering system. I tried talking to someone several times through throughout the afternoon. It was slow, you couldn’t talk to it like a normal person, it always connected me to the service department, and the phone rang and rang, and no one answered. When asked by AI if I wanted to be connected to the service department, I said no I want to speak to someone, and then it said I will connect you to the service department. I did not receive a phone call or text back telling me my vehicle is finished. From what I understand the AI system was supposed to text me. Well that did not happen, and I could not get in touch with anyone. The way I understand my phone number was in the system as a home phone number and not a cell number, and that could’ve possibly been the problem that I didn’t receive a text or phone call when my car is ready. Updates throughout the service that takes several hours as much needed. My service include transmission and brake fluid and an oil change. An update telling me that the oil change was yet to be done or my car would be ready would be appreciated by the customers. My fault was that I did not call the direct number to My service representative. I was calling the main direct line which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, it doesn’t work. Bottom Line Good Customer Service can’t be replaced with AI.

Happy with the work performed on the car. Absolutely cannot stand the telephone system and the lack of updates provided on the work being done. Mariah for the most part was good at communicating. Her replacement on the day off didn’t realize my car was in the shop when I’m doing 3k worth of repair to the vehicle. Didn’t appreciate the attitude either. Last time I had work done the dealership damaged my throttle gage. They were quick to repair the damage done at no additional cost and admitted wrong doing. That’s why I came back. Thankful for the technicians and good work being done on vehicle. For a place that has at least ten people + standing around the service floor it’s surprising that communicating with customers and providing updates is so difficult. Closing and checking out was seamless and I appreciated (Eric I believe was his name) who honored previously discussed pricing and was cordial and professional. Probably will return if service is needed but it’s very expensive.
