I almost didn't bring my vehicle here due to the bad reviews I saw, but most of them were many years old so I gave em a try. I can vouch that this place is excellent now, they just need more updated reviews They took excellent care of me, and kept me up to date the entire time they had my vehicle. They got it back to me as soon as they could, and upon checkout applied every possible coupon they could to bring my fee down even lower. I've always liked Firestone, and now I can add this location to my list with the others

Today I visited Firestone Auto Care for a tire and oil change appointment, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I have had positive experiences with other Firestone stores and expected this to be the same. The lobby was dirty and unwelcoming, which was not a great first impression. Despite having an appointment, the service took over 2 1/2 hours. To make matters worse, they forgot to remove the stickers from my new tires and assured me they would come off while driving (not a problem, but seemed unprofessional). All 4 of my valve stem caps are gone as well. Additionally, my tires were not inflated to the correct pressure as indicated by my tire pressure light. When I returned to the store and inquired about this, I was told to drive 10 miles for the pressure gauges to reset. After driving more than 20 miles, the tire pressure is still incorrect, and after calling back now I have to return to the shop. Overall, this experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I expected better service and attention to detail from Firestone.

Front staff very rude. Super nonchalant, not helpful at all. To add, I just left from the location and they didn’t even check the air on all the tires before allowing me to leave. This is probably the worse location I’ve been too. Edit: flat tire the next morning

Husband needs a set of tires for our older Nissan so i searched online as we needed them the next day so quickly and not wanting to spend an arm and a leg so looked here as he works close by, found some online said had them in stock so I made the appointment even printed quote as it told me to and said was valid for 30 days. The next morning hubby gets up to get ready to head that way, he calls to verify only to be told by the lady they dont even carry those tires and cheapest is over $1000. Went from 480 for tires and installed to that. Just trying to take money from people. Stay away from here!!

Last week I took our company work truck to get a simple oil change. The attendee offered me a free tire rotation. My senses were tingling but I agreed. There were many red flags along the way: the bays were completely empty and I had to prompt the technicians to get started. The staff said it would be done in an hour but it ended up being an hour and a half (not terrible, but still annoying). When they were done, I was happy to leave. It was the very next day that I heard a loud sound as I drove down the road with each tire rotation. When I arrived at my destination we immediately saw the passenger side front tire was coming off - only hanging on by a single nut. The technician had only hand tightened this tire and failed to fasten it down completely before sending me on my way. This could have ended in disaster, but fortunately we caught the issue before we lost the tire. Attention to detail is critical and because of that, I will not be returning to this location nor can I recommend it to anyone else.

Stopped in for an oil change Ryan was nice enough to do a free inspection on my vehicle and brought it to my attention my cv axles were bad, I had a swollen radiator hose that needed replaced, and it was time to replace my brake pads. He gave me a very fair cost and got the work done immediately for me just in time to travel for the Holidays. He had a very friendly and professional attitude as well.
